Billy opens up to Traci about the big business deal Lily has in mind.
Traci comes to Billy’s rescue.
Dominic can’t stop crying and neither Devon or Lily can soothe him so Devon calls the doctor.
Devon and Lily struggle with an important decision about the merger.
Billy admits to Lily that he doesn’t know what’ll happen to his job as COO if she merges companies.

Amanda asks point blank if Devon wants full custody of Dominic.
Rey and Sharon’s date is cancelled and he spends time with Chelsea.
Chelsea plays with fire.
Chance has therapy that is difficult on him, and makes him lash out at Abby.
