In the Thursday, March 10, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke is glad that Ridge still cares for her but tells him she needs to let him go, while Steffy harps on Brooke’s misdeeds and Paris tells Carter she would do anything to be with him.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where Ridge went to check in on Brooke, and Thomas demanded to know what Sheila did to Brooke.
At her house, Brooke wishes she could wake up and have this be a bad nightmare. She blames her terrible choices and hurting him, letting him down. She’s not sure why or how it happened.
He tells her he carries her in his heart all the time. That means a lot to Brooke that he still cares even though she messed up. He can’t help it.
She’s done a lot of soul searching about why she self destructed. She can’t figure out why she hasn’t grown from her mistakes. She wonders if she’ll self-sabotage for the rest of her life. She wonders why she can’t change.
Ridge doesn’t know. She recalls him forgiving her for Bill and she did the same thing with Deacon. “That’s just who I am,” she says. She wants his happiness. It kills her to say that she’s going to let him go. Taylor’s steady and predictable in a good way.
There will be no more scandals with her. She knows he wants to trust his partner and she can’t give that to him. He insists he really wanted it to all be done with but Brooke says it’s unfair of her to ask him to overlook it.
She loves him. This is why she’s willing to let him go. She tears up. “I will give you a divorce.” She’s grateful for their time together. She won’t fight this. Ridge tries to wrap his head around this. She understands. She’ll make it quick and painless. Ridge asks how they got there. She cries that she doesn’t know and doesn’t blame him. She’s sorry. She loves him. He cries as they embrace.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas sketches and thinks about Sheila telling him the truth about switching the labels on the champagne to get Brooke drunk. Steffy interrupts and notices he’s distant.
She asks what’s on his mind. They talk about their father and mother and how he sees Brooke “for who she really is.” She says that Brooke should have stayed away from Deacon. She insists the drinking doesn’t make Brooke blameless.
Thomas knows but she was drinking. Steffy doesn’t care. She asks her brother to let their father be happy with their mom.

In the design room, Grace touts how perfect Zende is for her daughter. He’s a man of integrity and she knows that her heart is safe with him. He admits he was ready to make things official on New Year’s Eve.
He had the ring but they weren’t on the same page about their future. She’s about that single life so he didn’t bring the ring out. He can’t believe he was so far off base and can’t help but wonder if something changed in her.
Grace thinks he should get that ring, find Paris and propose. She urges him to act quickly before it’s too late. Zende argues that Paris doesn’t want to get married. Grace admits she spoke to her and she knows she sees things differently now. She goes.
Paris kisses Carter while he flashes to her mother warning him to stay away from her. He tells her that they need to stop this. Paris wishes he wouldn’t go there or think that his track record with women has anything to do with them. “If only,” he says.
She doesn’t see this as a dead end. She’d do anything to be with him. Carter holds her hand but says nothing. Carter tells her she shouldn’t say things like that. She asks his feelings and he admits he can’t get enough of her, though he knows it’s wrong to be together.
She thinks something that feels so right, can’t be wrong. He laughs and says she takes his breath away but he thinks Zende’s the guy for her. He dresses and tells her that she deserves a life of love and happiness. Kids.
Zende can give her that and more while Carter will only drag her down. Paris can’t believe that but he tells her being with him will cost her the job at Forrester, her friends, and a good relationship with her mama. If Zende proposes, she should accept.
Paris cares about him but she’s never met a man who touches her on a deep level as him. Carter wants to sweep her in his arms and never let her go but it’s complicated. Paris admits she loves Carter. He furrows his brow. “You love me?” He confesses that he loves her, too. They kiss. Grace turns up and shocks them.
