Co-Executive Producer/Head Writer Josh Griffith previews what’s going down with all of the Genoa City residents of Y&R during February sweeps 2023 with Soap Opera Digest.
What’s coming up! Looks like some business deals and a lot of strife in relationships.
Newman takes over McCall
Victor (Eric Braeden) waits for Tucker (Trevor St. John) to self-destruct so he can get his company, McCall Unlimited from him.
He’ll plan a takeover and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) don’t know that the takeover means Adam’s (Mark Grossman) coming back into the fold, finally.
As that’s going on, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) works on her own project outside of the company — a special Genoa City event that will get the attention of everyone in town.
Ashley holds the cards
Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) back from Paris, France in February.
She tries to move on from Tucker but is again drawn to her ex’s charms.
Even still, Ashley has a plan that will show she is hanging on to all the cards this time.
Phyllis vs. Diane
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) tries her own hand, away from Nikki and Ashley, to take Diane (Susan Waters) down.
This will lead to a shocking twist in their rivalry.
And Diane takes her vendetta against Phyllis to far which backs her into a corner with Nikki.
Kyle & Summer’s continued issues
Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) dark side is brought out by his collusion with Victor Newman, which brings issues to his relationship with Summer (Allison Lanier).
Summer and Kyle are also at odds over her defense of Phyllis and his of Diane.
Sally’s baby daddy reveal
The paternity of Sally’s (Courtney Hope) child is revealed.
Sally struggles with making the right decision for herself in hopes that it’ll be the right one for her baby.

Victoria’s interest in Nate
After that kiss Victoria initiated, her partnership with Nate (Sean Dominic) will get more complicated.
She’ll be more interested in him and he’ll try to remain faithful to Elena (Brytni Sarpy).
Someone waits, trying to push the dynamic further between Nate and Vicky to further their own agenda.
Billy and Chelsea’s relationship
Billy (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) both navigate their relationship whine they mind Chelsea’s mental health and Billy’s recent break up with Lily (Christel Khalil).
Mariah and Tessa becoming moms
As Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) prepare for motherhood, one of the women starts to question if she’s prepared for this next step in their lives.
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) provides lots of comfort and support to her daughter and daughter-in-law as she continues spending time with Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd).
Bad news for Devon and Lily
The siblings are still at an impasse about what to do about the future of their company, Chancellor-Winters.
Jill (Jess Walton) is not able to mediate through the siblings’ feud.
Devon (Bryton James) leans on Abby (Melissa Ordway) for support during this.
Daniel (Michael Graziadei) is distracted when Heather (Vail Bloom) and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) unexpectedly arrive with shocking news for him.
