Tuesday, June 27, 2023, full episode recap of B&B: Steffy fills Finn in on what happened in Rome, and Brooke tells the crew at Forrester Creations about he reunion with Ridge.
At the cabin, Hope hugs Liam and tells him how much she missed him.
He turns away and drinks coffee, asking her how the city of eternal love was.
She guesses something is wrong.
He pulls a long face and thinks of her kissing Thomas.
Sitting down, he asks her to tell him everything she did on her adventure in Rome.
“Tell me everything,” he repeats.
She sits across the room and says everyone loved the designs.
“Sounds like Thomas came through for you in a big way. You still riding that high?” he asks.
She keeps talking about the success of the press and how breathtaking the dresses were.
It almost sounds romantic to him. He can hardly look at her. They both have the fidgets.
He’s sure it must feel good for all her long nights with Thomas to finally pay off… and in romantic Rome.
She insists that she missed him and asks what’s really going on.
Standing, she notices his bags are packed. When she looks at them, she sees he was in Rome.
He admits he was in Italy. She asks why and gulps.
At Steffy’s, she sighs and thinks of Liam telling her that his wife kissed Thomas.
Finn walks in and is thrilled to see her. They kiss. She missed him.
He’s missed her too so they kiss some more.
Sitting on the couch, he plays the sound of the Monaco church bells and they kiss some more.
When he asks her to tell him about the trip, she takes a deep breath and says that can wait.
She just wants to spend time with her sexy husband.
He asks if there were issues and adds he knows Liam went to Rome.
She explains Liam got a surprise.
Slowly, she explains Hope never saw Liam and he flew home.
The doctor tries putting it all together and she finally admits that Liam saw something happen between his wife and her brother.

At Forrester Creations, Eric and Donna tell Brooke that she looked hot modeling and the reviews for the collection are great. RJ is sure Hope and Thomas are stoked.
Donna senses something else happened. They assume only one thing could get her smiling the way Brooke is.
With some prodding, she admits she and Brooke are back together and squeals. They sit around the big table and she recounts Ridge chasing her across the park with a goofy smile.
He asked her to be his Logan again. She had a hard time believing it was happening, but it did.
Donna and Eric are so happy for them. They deserve to be together. RJ is happy too but worried about how Steffy and Thomas will take it.
Brooke says that Steffy and Thomas took it well and just want their dad to be happy. Taylor is another matter.
Ridge visits Taylor’s basement office.
They have an awkward hug and then talk about how good things were for Thomas in Rome.
She says this is a good time for their family.
He adds something happened in Rome that she needs to know about.
The doctor guesses he got back together with Brooke. She sits and takes a breath.
He had no idea it would happen but he saw his future in Rome.
He has to give this one more chance.
“One more last chance with Brooke,” she says.
He knows it seems like this has happened before, but it’s different this time. She doubts that. He’s just setting himself up for more heartache.
He knows she has every right to be cynical. Taylor loves him and will miss him, but she’ll be okay and doesn’t need him for her happiness.
She remains doubtful about this. He sees his future clearly until he doesn’t. Brook will always be Brooke and she will betray him again.
