Tuesday, June 27, 2023, full episode recap of GH:
Chase and Brook Lynn finish a run and return to the Quartermain house.
For a moment, she almost forgot her dad doesn’t know her.
Inside, Tracy and Olivia hope Ned comes to his senses soon. BLQ and Chase turn up for water and Tracy tells them Olivia went to Sonny’s to bring him clothes and dessert pasta. BLQ worries she’ll drive him further away.
Tracy agrees she might but didn’t stop her because she’s fighting for her husband. She thinks BLQ should change but the younger woman says she took the day off.
Tracy asks why and Chase says she needs a break because of Ned’s amnesia.
Tracy thinks work is the best thing for that. She goes to take a call and Chase tells her someone else witnessed Ned’s fall. Nina Reeves.
BLQ wonders why she didn’t say anything.
Outside, Tracy is on the call and reminds the caller she’s their boss.
She will get the information on The Deceptor that they need.
She promises and then returns inside where Chase takes off and BLQ questions Tracy.
At the Metro Court pool, Joss feels bad about being there when her mom and Drew are going through something.
Trina and Dex understand. Trina asks about Dex’s background and he talks about moving around and all his other jobs, and that he met Joss when he worked for Sonny.
They tell the real story about what happened and how Joss cut him a break.
Dex leaves and Joss gushes about how happy they are though he doesn’t like him working with Sonny.
Trina can see that she sees a side of Dex that nobody else does and gets it. She has that with Spencer.
Before Victor died, he falsified evidence that could put Esme in prison. Joss thinks he should use it.
At Laura’s, Spencer offers to drive her to the airport but she has a car coming.
He and Esme are nervous about staying there without her and ask her to stay.
She knows they’re uncomfortable but called for backup and believes they can put differences aside and work things out for Ace’s sake.
They talk about how the kid was up all night and neither trusted the other to get up with him so they both did.
Spencer goes for coffee while Esme thinks she knows what’s best for her kid. Laura urges her to sleep so Spencer can care for Ace.
Martin arrives and hugs his big sister and Lucy turns up behind him. They heard she was headed to Russia and wanted to see her off.
Spencer returns and Laura says Uncle Marty is the backup. In an advisory capacity — no dirty diapers!
Lucy says she’ll help and thinks Martin will do well. Later, alone, Martin and Laura disagree about her going to Russia.
He asks her to take care of herself and kisses her cheek.
Laura tells Spencer that Esme’s not going to disappear, no matter how much he wants her to.
Spencer thinks of the falsified information he has in the safe deposit box. He hugs Laura, worried he’ll lose her.
She reassures him as Esme watches. Laura insists people change if you let them. They embrace and he agrees to be civil to Esme.
At Sonny’s, Nina asks Sonny if she should check on Ned since he’s still asleep. Sonny says to let him rest and hopefully, he’ll wake up himself again.
Ned appears. It’s Eddie, not Ned, who asks why he’s there. He loves Sonny’s view.
“Nice digs,” he says, thinking maybe when he’s on tour he can stay in a place like this.
He thanks Sonny for letting him stay and Neddie says Olivia’s nice but he can’t convince her that he can’t be who she wants.
She takes off and outside, tells Neddie that if he wants to call, Sonny has her number. She goes and he calls it brutal.
It’s why he likes life on the road. Nina thinks it sounds amazing. She encourages him.
Valentin grabs Anna inside her house and hauls her outside to show her that someone vandalized the front door with the word ‘Murderer’.
She didn’t hear a thing and there’s no sign of forced entry.
She thinks it’s kids which puzzles Valentin.
She goes to get something to clean it with. When she returns, he’s taking photos and thinks they ought to call the police.
It’s an attack — a warning shot, but she thinks he’s overreacting.
He tells her he’s staying but she refuses to let him.
He’s going to Russia with Laura. She says she does need him, his voice, how he makes the most mundane things sexy.

He asks her to go on.
They sit on the steps and she says she likes how he says breakfast is ready and a full English breakfast.
She likes his bad jokes, but he claims he’s never made one.
They snuggle. When she’s with him she can breathe.
She’s had time to think and realized that the world hasn’t stopped even with her past spread across the papers.
At GH, Ava can’t get Pilar fired. Austin says she has to or Mason will break bones.
Ava points at Austin and says he’d better leave Avery alone.
Austin knows nobody’s off limits though.
She tries to figure out how to get rid of Pilar when Mason turns up. “So, whatcha got for me?”
Ava sneers that he hasn’t given them enough time.
He reminds her she’s Sonny’s “baby mama.”
She knows but they’ve never been friends.
Austin asks for more time but Mason just wants anything they can get on Pikeman.
Shipping dates, and cargo manifests. “Quit stalling,” he says, lifting his jacket to show his gun as motivation, then reaches into a pocket and shows her a baggie. She squints at it and asks what it is.
It’s from Nikolas’ body, he reveals. It’s her hair. He can put her in prison.
He figures he did what he came to do and takes off. Austin urges her to find a way to get Pilar gone. She agrees to do it after spending time with Avery.
Olivia arrives at Sonny’s with the pasta dessert and hugs Sonny.
She tells Neddie she’s sorry about what happened a the Savoy.
She made him ravioli and says he used to like it.
Nina suggests they have it tonight and takes it to the kitchen with Sonny.
She reveals she didn’t sleep much and hands him some clothes.
He thanks her and moves to change but she asks for five minutes.
She shows him photos of their wedding renewal and Thanksgiving pizza.
He questions that and she says there’s always pizza at a Quartermaine Thanksgiving.
He can see they’re happy in the photos but it’s meaningless to him.
She just wanted to see if something would jog his memory.
He finds a photo of himself from the 90s as Eddie Maine and latches on to that.
He sees Lois, his manager and Sonny has to tell him who she is. Olivia’s eyes shine with tears and Neddie remembers his guitar.
Olivia has a meltdown and he’s sorry.
He takes off for air and Nina rushes after him. “Eddie! Eddie.”
Outside, Neddie says she is the only one who calls him that and she doesn’t pressure him.
Nina’s sorry it’s happening to him. He thinks it’s best if he left town.
Inside, Olivia thanks Sonny and says she’ll give Ned space but she’s not calling him Eddie. She goes to say goodbye and it’s awkward. Later, Nina encourages him into leave Port Charles.
Poolside, Martin asks if Lucy’s upset about the wedding talk. She’s not.
He tells her not to talk to anyone about The Deceptor talk and she agrees but calls someone and asks them to meet her at the pool because Martin’s acting weird.
Nearby, Joss wants to find the evidence but Trina says he destroyed it.
At home, Olivia tells BLQ and Tracy about her visit with Ned.
She’s not giving up on him but it didn’t go well. They need a new tactic.
Back at Sonny’s, Nina rushes into the condo and tells Sonny that Ned is gone and she couldn’t stop him.
Dex races in with Neddie behind him and they stare at Nina.
Outside, Ava freaks out when Pilar tells her that Avery’s gone missing.
