In the Monday, April 25, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke and Taylor continue to argue about telling Steffy what happened, Eric worries about how his granddaughter will recover, and Baker questions Sheila.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Steffy began to have flashes of who shot her as she was questioned by Chief Baker.
At the hospital, Chief Baker resumes his questioning of Steffy. Sheila enters as Steffy starts to get flashes of the shooting. “Why do I see Sheila?” she asks. Everyone in the room looks at Sheila.
She remembers Sheila was there the other day and doesn’t want her around. Sheila excuses herself. Ridge’s daughter is bewildered about why the other woman was even there.
Ridge and Baker keep pushing her to remember but she’s coming up blank. After the cop decides to give Steffy a minute, he walks out and corners Sheila.
The cop is surprised that the Forresters are letting her anywhere near the family given their history. She reminds him that she was Finn’s birth mother. This has left her devastated.
He’d like to speak to her later and asks if there’s anyone she can think of who would do this.
Liam and Hope join Taylor and Brooke in the waiting room. They say that Steffy is getting her strength back. As they talk about the investigation, Liam is eager for the cops to get whoever shot Finn.
Taylor warns that “this will take a minute” and Steffy still hasn’t remembered much. “Including who her husband is and isn’t,” Brooke adds, repeating it may not be wise to let Steffy believe she is married to Liam.
The doctor reminds her she is suffering from trauma induced memory loss. They can’t rush her. That could have damaging long-term consequences. Hope understands all of that but worries about when this could start affecting Steffy’s children.
Liam tries to keep everyone calm. Brooke keeps huffing. He knows that grieving process will be long but right now the important this is that she remember who shot Finn.
Once Taylor has stepped out, Brooke complains that this whole situation is absurd and Steffy can’t go on believing Liam is her husband. Brooke is adamant that someone needs to inform Steffy what’s really going on. Hope thinks Liam should do it.
Taylor visits Steffy and Ridge. He tells her about the questioning. Everything remains fuzzy for Steffy and she’s not sure her memory is even real. Her mom assures her she will remember when she’s ready.
The doctor tells her daughter to focus on healing. Everything else will fall into place. They are just grateful that she is such a fighter. Steffy just wants to get back home to Kelly and Liam. Her mom tells her to get some rest and steps out with Ridge.
In the hall, Ridge worries about his daughter’s memory lapse.
Sheila sneaks back to Steffy’s room and creeps in while it is empty and she is asleep. As she eyes up the medical equipment, she flashes back to fighting with Steffy in the alley before the shooting. As she yanks at the IV, am alarm goes off.

At Forrester Creations, Eric tells Quinn how unbelievable it is that Steffy was gunned down like an animal. She can understand why he’s been so distant lately with this on his mind.
Carter interrupts. Eric surmises he wasn’t expecting to see him there. Carter tells him everyone misses having Steffy around the office. Eric is sure his granddaughter will recover physically, but emotionally….
Quinn and Carter say everyone has been praying for her. Remembering he has an appointment, Eric takes off. They talk about how the stress must be affecting Eric.
She admits to Carter that she thinks her relationship with her husband is back on solid ground. But maybe she’s kidding herself and it will never be the same after her affair with him.
Carter tells her never to forget her husband loves her, but he’s got a lot on his plate with his family. Quinn knows but worries he’ll never trust her like he used to.
