Monday, Feb 19, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Hope begs Deacon to dump Sheila, Poppy warns Zende things are about to get worse, and RJ tells Luna she will never lose him.
Frisday’s Early B&B recap: Poppy attacked Zende before Luna forced her mom to come clean about the mints, and Hope and Thomas learned RJ is in love.
At the beach house, RJ can see Luna is upset and worries he did something wrong.
Maybe he was texting too much?
That’s not it. There’s something he needs to know about last night.
She flashes back to her argument with her mom and Zende about the mints and tells RJ he has no idea how much she wishes she had gone home with him last night.
He’s sure they will have more nights together.
When she seems to doubt it, he wonders if he did something wrong.
She assures him he’s perfect and she just wishes things were different.
He asks her to share so they can fix whatever this is together.
He tells her how much he loves her and wishes they never had to spend a night apart.
RJ goes on about how honest, pure and stunning she is.
He loves her and nothing could change that.
She never thought she could love someone like this and the last thing she wants to do is hurt him.
She never wants to lose him.
He repeats that she never will and they hug.
Zende is in the design office. He can’t concentrate on work because he keeps flashing back to all that happened with Luna.
Poppy bursts in and demands to know exactly what happened last night with her daughter.
He insists that he did not take advantage of her daughter and had no idea she thought he was RJ.
This is all because of her “mints.”
Throwing up her hands, she declares she’s horrified.
So is he. He never would have put himself into this situation.
Poppy says it is about to get worse because Luna is going to tell RJ everything.
He worries that Luna is about to lose everything.
She’s sure he thinks she’s a terrible mother.
He doesn’t know her or have an opinion.
She raised Luna and she’s wonderful but she’s also clearly careless.
They are both sorry.
Poppy can’t accept that one innocent mistake can ruin RJ and Luna’s relationship.

Deacon is startled when Hope shows up at Il Giardino. He hasn’t see her for some time.
She reminds him of why and urges him to end his relationship with Sheila.
Does he miss her and the kids? Deacon misses them all.
Hope asks if he understands how much it hurts that he’s choosing a psycho over his family.
Sheila eavesdrops and breathes deep.
Hope doesn’t know how to make her dad understand. She loves him so why is he driving this wedge between them?
There are millions of women in LA who aren’t Sheila.
Sheila interrupts and Deacon apologizes.
Sheila knows how much Hope hates to see her with her father and she’s sorry but they love on another.
Can she find it in her heart to give her a chance?
Hope will never be able to accept that she has changed and is sure she’s pulling one over on Deacon.
She is sure that she will destroy the life he has fought for. Hope refuses to lose him to that woman.
Sheila claims she can prove she’s changed.
Hope has heard the changed speech by many people but she’s sure Sheila is just the same manipulative killer. If she wants to prove she’s grown, she’ll walk away.
He’s lost enough time with his family already.
Deacon asks her to let him speak to Sheila alone.
As soon as they are, she urges him not to let his daughter get to him.
She’s relieved and claps his hand when he assures her he won’t let Hope get between them.
She loves how he sticks by her and can’t wait for the day when they tell everyone he proposed.
“About that…” he starts. He’s not sure that announcing that news would be good for his daughter.
If they are married, Hope might cut him off completely and he will never see his grandkids again.
He can’t marry her yet.
“Not ever?” she asks.
He doesn’t want to hurt her but he can’t ignore his daughter.
“You don’t want to hurt me but you just did,” Sheila says, walking off, a tear falling from her eye.
