Monday, August 28 recap of B&B: Eric wants RJ’s help, Ridge worries to Steffy about Thomas, and Brooke tells Hope not to give Thomas another chance.
Friday’s B&B recap: Sheila wanted Steffy out of the picture, and Eric vowed to launch his new line even without Ridge.
At Eric’s, his hand cramps up as he tries sketching.
RJ walks and sees he’s upset and wonders if he’s okay.
His granddad assures him it’s nothing to be concerned about it. He’s just having a bad day.
RJ is excited to hear he’s got anew collection in the works.
Eric says Ridge thinks he should be playing pickleball instead. That sounds insane to RJ. Eric agrees.
He’s determined to do the biggest collection he’s ever done and he wants RJ to help.
RJ is honored but doesn’t think he needs his help.
Eric explains that his arthritis is a problem.
He asked Ridge for help but wouldn’t tell him why. Ridge refused.
He’s still determined to do this collection and asks again for him to help.
Thomas barges into Liam’s office at Spencer Publications.
He’s determined to talk to him about Hope.
Liam doesn’t want to hear it but the other man tells him he has to find forgiveness for Hope. She deserves it.
Liam says he’s not the person who should be pitching him on this and he’s in no position to tell him what he should be doing.
Liam admits that he and Hope still love each other.
But that doesn’t mean he can forgive her.
Thomas reminds him of how many times he has messed up and even had a pregnancy scare with Steffy.
Hope messed up once and he’s done?
Fidgety Liam says there was one thing Hope knew he couldn’t forgive and that’s what she chose to do.
Thomas thinks he’s a fool and tells him he’s going to regret this.

Daily B&B spoilers into September
At Forrester Creations, Brooke tells Hope she can’t believe Liam wouldn’t forgive her.
Hope knows he knows how much she loves him but he can’t get past what happened with Thomas.
This makes no sense to Brooke. It’s not like Liam hasn’t hurt her before.
Her daughter points out he can’t even forgive her for the kiss so it’s unlikely he could forgive her for the rest.
Hope is angry at herself for acting without thinking it through.
Her mom says everyone makes mistakes.
You just have to take responsibility and move on. Her daughter isn’t sure she deserves forgiveness and love.
Brooke assures here there’s nothing she could do would make her unworthy of love, but she better not go back to Thomas.
She knows he’s vulnerable, but she better not turn to him.
Hope is sure she has hurt him and her mom is sure he will sense an opportunity.
Her daughter insists that she has feelings for him.
Thomas has done nothing wrong and has shown her that he really loves her.
Brooke reminds her that love has cost her a lot of pain.
After Brooke leaves, Hope sketches until Thomas interrupts.
He tells her he’s sorry because he went to see Liam. He had to point out how ridiculous he is being by not forgiving her.
It turns out that he’s an even bigger fool than he ever thought.
He wasn’t trying to cause any kind of trouble, just to talk him around.
Liam made it clear that he’s unwilling to forgive her.
It makes no sense to him and it hurts him to see her in pain.
He makes it clear that he didn’t tell Liam about all they did.
That belongs only to them and he doesn’t get to be a part of it.
When he looks at Hope, all he sees is beauty and grace.
The moment they shared in Rome has given him so much energy and passion.
He just wants to create for her and make love to her.
This could be their time. They start making out.
In Eric’s office, Ridge and Steffy chat about her moving into her grandfather’s.
He says that Eric loves having her there.
He’s not so sure about how his father feels about him at the moment.
Ridge suspects he offended him by throwing out his stapler.
He’s sure they will figure it out. He asks if she and Thomas have talked about his relationship with Hope.
She has no idea what’s going on but is rooting for Liam and Hope.
Her dad is more worried about what happens if Thomas goes back down the dark road.
She says her brother has put everything behind him.
They just need Liam and Hope to reconcile.
Brooke joins them and announces that Liam has refused to forgive Hope.
She’s worried about how vulnerable her daughter is.
