Tuesday, August 8 recap of B&B: Finn tells RJ why Steffy left, Wyatt hears about Sheila saving Kelly, and Steffy tells Ridge and Eric why she left her husband.
Monday’s B&B recap: Hope refused to reconsider divorce, Li sided with Steffy over Finn, and Liam told Steffy to lean on him.
At Eric’s, he pours some coffee for Steffy.
She didn’t sleep well and Kelly was up playing all night.
She thanks him for everything. He loves having her and the kids there but wishes it was under better circumstances.
This is their home too.
Ridge arrives after being summoned.
Steffy informs them that something has happened so she and the kids will be living there for a while.
“Why?” Ridge asks.
She explains living with Finn was too dangerous. Her father asks what happened.
Steffy explains that Sheila saved Kelly from drowning.
She’s still trying to process her daughter being alive because of that awful psychopath.
Finn even urged her to cut his birth mother some slack.
She doesn’t think he will ever get past his connection to her and she can’t live with that.
Taking her hand, Eric tells her he loves her, will make sure she has all she needs, and she can stay as long as she needs.
After he walks off to inform the staff, Ridge gives his daughter a hug.
She tells him how afraid she is for her children. He assures her all is fine and she did the right thing by coming there.
They will get through this as a family.
He offers to move in and help with the kids but she thinks he should stay close to Brooke.
Ridge says Finn is going to hear from him.
His daughter adds that Finn also hugged Sheila after she was released.
She saw a video that Liam took of it. Although she really wanted to believe in her husband, but she doesn’t know how she can trust him.
Her dad is sorry. So is she.
Finn paces in the cliff house, haunted by memories of Steffy and the kids.
As he flashes back to begging Steffy to stay, RJ shows up to say hello to Steffy and the kids.
Finn tells him they left. RJ needs an explanation.
The doctor explains Steffy took the kids and left for Eric’s.
“Why would my sister do something like that?” RJ asks. “Because of Liam,” says Finn.
After Finn explains and tells him how horrified he is about what happened, RJ says he can understand why his sister left.
Finn tells him that Liam has been stoking this to undermine his marriage so he can get Steffy back. He won’t let him get away with that.

Daily B&B spoilers into August
At Spencer Publications, Liam and his brother talk about what happened with Finn and Kelly. Wyatt is startled to hear it was Sheila who saved the little girl.
This all sounds crazy to Wyatt and it proves Sheila won’t stay away.
He thinks Steffy did the right thing.
His brother is sure that Finn is a magnet to Sheila and she won’t give up on being in his life.
Thankfully, he and Steffy are on the same page about this.
He goes on about how Finn is unreliable and his brother reminds him he has “complicated” feelings about Steffy and kissed her twice recently.
Waving his hands, Liam swears he wasn’t trying to upset their marriage.
He claims he’s laser-focused on protecting Steffy and the kids.
His brother is sure that’s true but also suspects he sees this as an opportunity for a reunion.
After his brother leaves, Liam looks at a photo of Kelly on the shelf.
He leans down and pulls out a photo of he and Steffy and puts it out on display.
Finn arrives and tells him he knows what he’s doing.
No one can feel worse about what’s happened, but he still knows what’s happening. They bicker.
The doctor points out that Sheila did save Kelly, no matter how any of them feel about it.
Liam accuses him of defending his mother and Finn accuses him of taking a shot at his wife and trying to undermine his marriage.
He calls him “a little puke.”
Angrily, he insists that he and Steffy will overcome all obstacles and accuses Liam of exploiting ancient history.
Steffy is with a “real man” now and Liam needs to stay away.
