In the Wednesday, November 9, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Carter comforts Katie, Steffy and Thomas urge Ridge to move on, Brooke remembers her life with Ridge.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where Hope agreed to stay silent about Thomas’ attempt to kiss her, and Brooke was frustrated when Ridge rejected her again.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas tells his father how pumped he is to get to work. He senses that Ridge is not so pumped and wonders why.
Ridge admits he saw Brooke last night and still can’t wrap his head around her calling CPS. She’s still pretending she has no idea why they split up.
His son encourages him to leave Brooke in the past and move on.
Ridge says he did something today which will hurt her very much.
Steffy rushes in to tell her brother the press is saying he’s a fashion icon. She notices the mood is dour.
Her father explains he sent Carter to deliver annulment papers to Brooke. His kids wonder if she will resist. Ridge is sure she will be hurt either way.
Things will be a little awkward around the office. Steffy admits she’s happy he’s back with her mom, but she didn’t want Brooke hurt.
Thomas is sure Brooke was expecting this. Steffy hopes things will be clear to Brooke once she receives the papers.
She reminds her dad that Taylor gives him something Brooke can’t: a love he can’t question.
Ridge admits his marriage wasn’t perfect, but they always found a way to communicate and fix things. He can’t get past what she did this time.
“I’m sorry, dad,” Thomas says. His father wonders why. Steffy points out he wanted them apart as much as anyone.
Thomas is just sorry for what he’s going through. Ridge says it will be okay.
He’s having no second thoughts. He’s just conflicted since he’s spent “two lifetimes” with Brooke and he’s trying to process things.
His son tells him he has nothing to feel guilty about and he should focus on the things that make him happy.
There’s no reason to look back and he should just focus on his future with Taylor.

Carter arrives at Brooke’s with the annulment papers. He feels terrible.
This isn’t a surprise to her… but it is shocking to see it in black and white. A marriage like hers shouldn’t be ending with a few pieces of paper.
She tells Carter she saw Ridge after the preview. He may not have been callous, but there was a barrier.
Left alone, Brooke sits and stares at the papers. She flashes back to her many reunions with Ridge.
Ridge shows up to check she’s okay. She tells him she’s not drinking. If he really cared, he would tell her what’s going on.
He says they need to move on.
“Is this it?” she asks.
She tells him he doesn’t want this. He can’t go through the repetition again.
Brooke repeats none of this makes sense and she can’t understand what’s happening. His children are adults, he doesn’t need to be with Taylor to look after them.
When she demands to know why he is doing this, he shakes his head.
In Katie’s office, she is making calls until Carter arrives. She notices he doesn’t have a happy face.
He explains he just delivered annulment papers to her sister so she might want to give her a call.
“He wants to wipe out their marriage like it never even happened?” she asks, sure this will devastate her sister.
Katie decides to give her sister a minute to process this. Carter tells her the Logan women are the strongest he’s ever met.
Katie points out they are not invincible. Taylor was not supposed to be a threat and now Ridge’s desire to wipe out his life with Brooke will crush her.
“Why is this happening?” she asks. He holds her.
Back in the main office, Steffy tells Thomas she can hardly believe that it’s over with Brooke. They finally have what they want.
They complain about the endless Brooke cycle and how Ridge is finally free to have a life with their mother. Now he can have a life not controlled by Brooke.
Left alone, Thomas flashes back again to making the fake call to CPS that framed Brooke.
“Goodbye Brooke,” he says with a sigh.
