In the Wednesday, May 25, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke worries to Hope about all the time Liam is spending with Steffy, Li hides Finn, and Liam comforts Steffy.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where Baker gave Steffy Finn’s belongings and Li flashed back to being told Finn had no brain activity.
At the cabin, Hope and Brooke talk about her getting back to work. Brooke feels like a weight has been lifted off her shoulders since she discovered Sheila was to blame for her drinking.
Even Taylor has been sympathetic about it. Hope is eager for Ridge to move back in with her mom. Brooke thinks about how lousy things are for Steffy.
They talk about the situation with Liam and she admits that she and Bill found some common ground.
They get back to blaming everything on Sheila. Hope suggests that Ridge may have overreacted when he moved out.
Brooke admits it’s nice to have two exes who support her so much. But she’s more worried about Steffy right now. “How long has Liam been gone?” she asks her daughter.
They talk about how hard this must be on Hayes and Kelly. This has been a huge loss for them. Brooke claims she doesn’t want to bring this up, but suggests Liam should bring Kelly over there, instead of going to Steffy’s.
Hope knows it’s tough to be in two places at once. Her mom worries if he will be spending more time at Steffy’s. Hope repeats that Steffy is the one who has suffered a loss and she trusts her husband.
Brooke lists all the people Steffy can rely on. She worries that Liam being with her will become a problem. Hope knows she has her best interest at heart but assures her there is nothing to worry about.

At the cliff house, Steffy holds Finn’s ring and admits to Liam that it only makes the sense he will never come home seem more real. She thought they had a happy life ahead of them but now he’s gone and it’s all Sheila’s fault.
He encourages her to reach out to Li.
Li has comatose Finn in hiding, hooked up to a battery of machines. His medical crew might have given up on him, but she didn’t. No one knows he is alive but she’s sure he will regain consciousness soon and return to his life.
Steffy calls and says they need to sort some things out. Li says it’s not a good time but agrees to come over. She tells her son she wishes it didn’t have to be like this but it’s the only way she can protect him.
Li promises to give Hayes a kiss from his daddy and encourages him to keep fighting.
Back at the cliff house, Steffy admits to Liam that the last time she saw Li, things were pretty tense. She’s basically alone and she wishes they could mourn together.
Liam says Finn will live on through Hayes. She’s sure that’s what Li will want. She just wishes she was willing to discuss the memorial so they could start healing.
He offers to leave so they can speak alone. Li arrives at the door and glares at them hugging.
When she enters, she wants to see Hayes but he’s off with the babysitter. Liam gives them some space. Steffy tells her they will never see Finn’s face again… but they can get some comfort by honoring his life.
Li is uncomfortable when she explains she has told Kelly that Finn is dead. She asks where Finn’s final resting place is and what her plans for his ashes are.
Li refuses to see him as gone. She won’t let him go. Making an excuse, she exits.
After Li leaves, Steffy wonders to Liam about why she is putting up walls. He admits her behavior doesn’t make a lot of sense. They both sense how cold she is.
“It’s almost like she’s keeping something from me,” Steffy says.
Sobbing, she leans on him and wonders how she can wake up every day without Finn.
Li returns to Finn’s bedside and says she has to believe he’s pulling through this. Unfortunately, she didn’t get to see Hayes and she’s very concerned about him… Steffy too.
They may all think he’s passed away, but she couldn’t let him leave her. She hopes Steffy remains worthy of his commitment.
