In the Wednesday, April 13, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Hope begs Steffy to wake up, Ridge prays for his daughter, and Taylor tells Sheila she will keep what happened secret.
We also have Tuesday’s B&B recap where Taylor slipped over the edge of the roof while trying to save Sheila’s life.
On the roof of the hospital, Taylor begs Sheila to stay so they cab find out who did this terrible thing to Steffy and Finn so they can bring them to justice. “Justice,” she mumbles, looking over the edge.
When Sheila nearly leaps off, Taylor lurches at her and winds up going over the edge. Sheila holds onto the doctor’s lengthy sweater sleeves as she gasps. Sheila manages to pull her up.
They weep together and Taylor thanks her for saving her life. Sheila keeps staring over the edge.
When they sit down, Sheila tells her to stop thanking her and apologizes. They’ve saved each other’s lives. Taylor never thought she would say that. Sheila deserves a happy life.
“Do I?” Sheila asks. Taylor promises to be there for her. Saving her life is not something the old Sheila would have done and if that doesn’t give her a place in the family, nothing does.
Taylor tells her not to blame herself for the tragedy. She just stopped another one from happening and Finn would be proud of her. They weep together and the doctor assures her they don’t have to tell anyone about this.
In the hallway outside of Steffy’s room, Ridge paces and wonders what Taylor is doing. Thomas texts her but there is no response. They assume she is with Sheila.
Liam is amazed that she’s helping her with all that’s going on. Ridge says Taylor is barely holding on herself right now.

Hope sits at Steffy’s bedside and tells her she needs to come back for the kids. “It’s not your time, Steffy,” says Hope. Growing up, she always looked up to her as she charged ahead with her innate strength.
Hope has always admired and learned from her. Sobbing, she says they can’t stop that now. If anyone can overcome this, it’s her.
Hope returns to the others and Ridge takes his turn with Steffy. Crying, Hope admits that it’s really hard to see Steffy fighting for her life. She’s sure this must be painful for Liam.
He keeps thinking about all the history they have. He can’t imagine it ending this way.
Taylor and Sheila come in and claim they were just having a heart-to-heart. Everyone else has just been waiting but nothing is happening.
In Steffy’s room, Bridget checks her over. There’s nothing new to tell Ridge but she urges him to talk to her until she wakes up. Left alone, Ridge sits on her bed and asks her to open her eyes.
Pacing, he doesn’t know what to do. Everyone keeps telling her how much they love her but nothing is changing. Sitting down again, he prays, admitting he hasn’t done so in awhile.
Steffy needs help. No matter how strong she is, she needs some help to pull out of this. Ridge wonders if it’s just a numbers game in heaven. If it is, they should take him. He doesn’t need to be here anymore but Steffy does.
“Help her find a way back. Not for me, for her,” he prays. When he touches Steffy’s hand, her eyes flutter. Ridge starts crying and telling her not to strain herself before thanking God.
As she grumbles, Ridge tells her they need to have her looked at and calls Bridget. He can’t wait to tell her mom. Bridget comes in with a nurse to check her over.
Ridge runs out and tells everyone that Steffy is coming to. Sheila doesn’t react well and starts pulling her hair as the family pile into Steffy’s room. She enters and stands far away until Steffy gasps when she spots her. All eyes turn to Sheila.
