In the cabin, Liam tells Brooke that pacing only makes anxiety worse. They are both extremely uncomfortable with Thomas in the picture.
Then there’s Steffy and Taylor… “Feels like we’re under attack,” she says, complaining they weren’t invited to the Forrester family soiree.
She thinks Steffy will hope she screws up so bad and Ridge will move on with Taylor. She reminds Liam that Taylor kissed Ridge in Monaco.
Liam asks if it was due to euphoria or not. She thinks for Ridge it was euphoria and she’s forgiven him. He’s forgiven her many times in the past.
She has no issue with RIdge. Her problem is with Taylor and Steffy. She doesn’t trust them when it comes to Douglas, either.
Liam’s curious. She thinks it’s about the Forresters versus the Logans and Douglas is caught in the middle.
She thinks they care about him but they have an agenda that includes taking the kid from his family and Liam.
Liam thinks it’s complicated. He gets it. But nobody wants an ugly custody battle.
The more entitled Thomas will feel the longer Douglas stays there.
Liam doesn’t get why Hope doesn’t put her foot down and take Douglas home. “Like now. Tonight.”
At Eric’s, Zende admires his portrait over the mantle and asks how he’s doing since the split from Quinn.
Eric is happy with Donna, inside and out.
He assures Zende he will be okay after all that happened with Paris.
On the steps, Steffy and Hope talk about the nanny situation. Steffy hopes that tonight has taught Hope how much Douglas loves hanging out with his father.
They talk with Finn and Zende and talk about celebrating together. Thomas tells Hope she’s a part of this family and Finn and Steffy smile.
Nearby, Finn, Ridge and Eric talk about how the kids are always parent trapping Ridge and Taylor.
No matter how old kids get, Eric thinks they always want their parents together. Nearby, Thomas repeats to Hope that she’s part of the family and stuck with them.
Zende jokes about her being stuck with them. That’s what she likes, “For things to stay the same.” Thomas clears his throat.
By the fireplace, Taylor and Steffy watch Hope. Taylor admires Steffy’s restraint.
They laugh and Taylor says not to worry about her dad and her. They both hope Ridge’s eyes are open. Steffy goes to Finn and Taylor says she’d like to say something.
She’s not good at speeches. She feels happy and grateful to see everyone’s smiling faces and the grandkids laughing and playing. She’s happy the kids lives are restored now that Finn is back. Her heart is full.
She rubs Ridge’s arm and reminds them he talked about them going through a rough time. But there are miracles and they’ve experienced a lot of them. As a mother, she’s so happy Thomas and Douglas are getting stronger together.
“This family is everything to me.” She loves them all so much. Including “this handsome and brooding guy right here,” she says, playfully pushing Ridge. “Mmm.” he groans.
Finn and Steffy are ready to leave. He holds Hayes when Kelly and Douglas rush up and hug their parents. Douglas asks Kelly to come to play again tomorrow. Thomas will let her know. Steffy thanks her grandfather for hosting them.
Taylor says she’ll be out in a second. Ridge offers to give her a ride but she says she should go with them.
Later, Douglas thanks Hope for letting him stay there for so long. He’s having the best time.
She’s glad but reminds him they miss him like crazy. He hugs his mother.

At home, Finn’s shirtless.
He tells his wife that the kids are asleep and went down fast.
She admits she’s a little jealous.
Taylor comes down as they’re kissing.
She’s sorry. She’s raiding the fridge as she does.
She gets hungry when something is on her mind. Steffy knows that Dad going on about Brooke hurt her but it’s only a matter of time until Taylor and Ridge are back together.
Back at home, Ridge talks about Finn and Steffy and how wonderful it is to see them.
Brooke thinks it sounds like everyone had fun. He’s about to apologize but she gets why Steffy wouldn’t want her there with Taylor.
Ridge didn’t want Brooke hurt. She’s not but she missed him.
She’d like to show him how much. She moves in for a hug and he says, “Okay.” They kiss.
Hope arrives home without Douglas. Liam’s shocked. He thinks it’s a problem.
Hope says Douglas is having a ball. She starts to cry. He’s so happy there and started a project with Kelly and didn’t finish it.
He’s staying over and she doesn’t know what to do. She wants him home but he seems so happy.
She cries more and Liam tells her it’s okay.
She says it didn’t feel right. “Not tonight. Not yet.” Liam comforts her.
He gets it. She’s a good mother. But Liam hopes she doesn’t lose sight of Thomas’ manipulation.
He’ll take advantage of her conflict if she lets him.
Back at Eric’s, Thomas is shirtless when he comes down to get his phone.
He looks at the photo of him, Douglas and Hope and reminisces about kissing her.
He tells himself she’s married and they can’t go back there.
