In the Tuesday, February 22, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke confides in Eric about her drinking, and Taylor and Ridge wake up together.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Liam was sent in to get Ridge to listen to reason and Ridge and Taylor made out.
Steffy arrives at the Cliffhouse and Steffy tells him to keep his voice down. He asks if it’s because the kids are asleep or if it’s got to do with Dad’s car being in the driveway. Steffy says the latter and Thomas jumps over the sofa and gives her a high five.
She squeals and cringes. Thomas is surprised Brooke didn’t call and change his mind about staying. Steffy says that Mom and Dad were in her bedroom last night and they haven’t seen them since. Upstairs, Taylor sits in her bed in PJs and can’t believe he’s there.
She calls last night, “So good, so good kissing you, being in your arms.”
It felt right but she asks if he regrets it, because a lot changed overnight, literally. He thinks sleeping across from her bed was the right choice. “Yes, me too,” she says. He does have regrets.
He fiddles with his wedding band as he says he regrets not seeing that Brooke would choose Deacon and throw away everything they had but he doesn’t regret being with Taylor, “This beautiful, amazing, giving woman who has always been there for me.”
They call Steffy a dog with a bone when it comes to them wanting the reunion. Just like her grandmother, Stephanie. They head downstairs and hug the kids, who are thrilled their mom and dad have reunited.

At home, Brooke tells Hope that Ridge didn’t come home last night. Hope assumes he’s in a hotel. Eric knocks and wanders in. He came as soon as he could. Brooke calls Eric her last hope.
She asks if he spoke with Ridge lat night and he can assure her that he isn’t where she thinks he is.
Later, Brooke has told Eric about falling off the wagon. She admits she doesn’t want a drink. “I mean, look at what it’s done to my life.” Eric’s sorry it happened. He hasn’t spoken with Ridge. Brooke assumes he is with Taylor, reaching his limit after she defended Deacon. Hope thinks that he overreacted.
Eric doubts Ridge sees it that way. Brooke’s not sure how she can’t be worried about the future of her marriage. She tells Eric that the kids are pushing them together. Brooke knows Ridge loves her but everything spiralled out of control that one night. “Why did I drink?” She gripes, confused. She leaves a message for Ridge to call her and come home and talk.
Back at the Cliffhouse, Steffy notices that Ridge is missing his wedding band. Ridge jumps up and says he has to go see Brooke.
Thomas gives him his phone back and he notices that his phone is blown up with messages. He takes off.
Steffy worries so Taylor hugs her and lets her know everything will be fine. Thomas is doubtful, knowing Brooke can “reel him back in” no matter what. Steffy thinks Taylor should go there and stake her claim.
Taylor won’t do that but Thomas agrees with his sister. Taylor’s concerned about Brooke but she trusts that what the four of them shared was honest. The adult kids repeat how they want them back together to be a family again.
Back at home, Brooke is alone as she flashes back to better times with Ridge while a song about destiny plays. Ridge arrives and she hugs him, grateful he came back. He lets her hold him and she apologizes for everything. If she was sober, it never would have happened. It’s unthinkable. “Until it isn’t,” Ridge says.
She asks if he stayed at Steffy’s on the sofa. He only says that he stayed there. She goes on about being together for the rest of their lives as he says nothing. She finally notices he isn’t wearing his ring and questions him and what happened last night.
She smiles and reminds him he said they could work through this. He also told her to keep “that guy” out of their lives. She’s sorry. She was trying to support their daughter.
