General Hospital recap for Tuesday, November 8, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Nina and Sonny tell Michael of their suspicions about TJ and Willow, Laura and Nikolas catch up, and Liz tells Finn what she discovered.
We also have Monday’s GH recap where Laura returned and doubted Holly’s loyalty, Anna was picked up by a mysterious guard, and Liz was reluctant to tell Finn the truth.
At General Hospital, Britt calls to make a doctor’s appointment because she’s starting to have symptoms.
Sam shows up and Britt asks if she’s discovered where the necklace came from.
The PI explains it was a high-profile necklace in the 80s worth 35 million dollars. She couldn’t find the official bill of sale, but the last owner was Leopold Taub.
The necklace was worn during fashion week in 1989. There is no record of it changing hands after that. Dominique either took it or Faison did.
Four of the diamonds in the necklace came from the Ice Princess.
Britt wonders if this has something to do with the famous curse. Sam leaves to do more digging.
Cody arrives to pick up the paternity test.
While he waits, Mac and Felicia arrive.
The nurse tells them there has been a backlog in the lab.
She agrees to go to the lab personally and look for them.
The three of them sit and have some awkward small talk until Felicia leaves them men alone. There is more awkward small talk.
Mac talks about growing up in the outback. They talk about camping until he spots Britt and chases after her.
The doctor tells him the necklace could be worth 35 million. And he may have more of a claim to it than she does.
The nurse brings the paternity results.
Cody steps aside and reads them alone.
Finn stops by Liz’s. She admits that she went to see her parents to get some answers.
He already knew something was off and understands she needed to figure things out on her own.
Liz tells him she now knows what happened on the stairs. She explains she caught her father with a female doctor when she was 15. They argued. The woman fell down the stairs and died.
“It was my fault,” she says, explaining the woman died from an infection later.
Finn assures her that none of this was her fault. She adds that her parents went out of their way to suppress her memories.
They claimed they were afraid she would hurt herself so they sent her away so her memories wouldn’t be triggered.
Finn doesn’t know what to say. She complains her parents ruined her life for nothing and left her afraid of what she would do to her kids.
He suggests she talk to someone like Kevin to sort this out.
She thinks that’s a good idea and thanks him for being so supportive. He’s been amazing with her when she has no right to his kindness.
Finn is confused and tells her how much he loves her and how she isn’t to blame for any of this.
Liz explains there is something else he needs to know, and it will change everything.
The doctor who fell down the stairs was Reiko.

Kelly Thiebaud exits and the latest GH comings and goings
Valentin calls Sonny and leaves a message saying that Anna is being transferred to Pentonville tonight and they need to act immediately.
In the park, Sonny tells Nina Michael doesn’t need to know anything.
“I don’t need to know about what?” Michael asks. He bickers with Sonny who accuses them of trying to see Wiley.
When Sonny leaves to take a call, Nina tells Michael he should show his father more respect.
She accuses him of living to look down on other people.
Slipping, she tells him that it’s no wonder Willow has turned to someone else.
Sonny returns and adds that he’s seen Willow and TJ together too.
Michael insists that TJ is just a friend and that’s something they wouldn’t understand.
He refuses to believe Willow would cheat on him. Nina reminds him she cheated on Chase.
Michael tells his father to see Nina for who she is. She’s poison.
Sonny warns him to be careful about what he says next. He’s done with him talking trash. The three of them bicker and Michael stalks off.
Sonny admires Nina for being so strong. She’s passionate and vulnerable. Nina thinks his son made a huge mistake turning his back on him.
In Terry’s office, she informs Willow that her leukemia has progressed to stage four.
She worries she may have waited too long.
Terry explains they will have to work more aggressively to fight her illness.
They talk about her needing a bone marrow transfer and how important an HLA match is.
Terry leaves to order a test and Willow thanks her for all her help.
Alone with TJ, Willow admits she didn’t think things would progress beyond stage three.
“I can’t die!” she cries. He assures her she’s not going anywhere but she’s not reassured.
He holds her as she sobs.
He tells her she can fight this, but she thinks she’s been stupid.
The doctor reminds her that she was faced with a terrible choice and chose to protect her child because she loves it.
Willow worries that Michael will leave her after learning the truth.
He tells her how much Michael loves her.
As they hug again, Michael walks in on them.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas is surprised when Laura barges in. She announces to Victor that she’s brought Charlotte back. Valentin is back too.
She tells them that her mother is doing fine and then tells Victor she wants to speak to her son in private.
He exits, saying he has a lot to catch up on with Valentin.
Laura tells her son how Victor was using Charlotte.
She warns him that his uncle can turn on him at any moment.
He reminds her he has been handling Cassadine politics his entire life and can handle this. He fills her in on his divorce. She’s sorry to hear about that and wonders if his uncle had a hand in that too.
Nikolas flashes back to Victor threatening him into it but claims he had nothing to do with it. He admits to his mom that he cheated on his wife.
She suggests Ava just needs time to come around. He says not this time.
His mom hugs him and says how sorry she is.
As he walks her out, she tells him how much work she has to do. “Heaven help the man who gets in my way,” she says.
When he goes up to check on Esme, he discovers she snuck out the window.
Esme is loose in the house. She says Nikolas won’t get away with this.
A guard takes Anna to the hospital, explaining that Finn ordered a phlebotomy treatment for her.
When he brings her to an exam room, Valentin shows up in a doctor’s uniform and orders her uncuffed.
Once the guard is gone, he kisses her and says that he convinced Finn to order a phlebotomy treatment for her. She’s going to be transported. One of Sonny’s guys will take over the vehicle and drop her off at a car.
Anna thinks it’s interesting to see him working with Sonny. They kiss and promise to see each other on the other side.
Anna is escorted outside, where Dex meets her. As he loads her, another guard brings out Heather and says they need to bring her alone.
“Looks like we’ll have time to catch up,” Heather tells Anna.
As they drive along, Heather tells her about the arts and crafts she does at the prison for the criminally insane.
Up front, the guard notices that Dex has deviated from the route.
When Dex refuses to turn around, the guard pulls out his gun. They fight over it, the gun goes off and the van goes out of control.
Sonny arrives at General Hospital and bumps into Victor. He tells the Cassadine that he takes care of his friends and he’d be wise to remember that.
