General Hospital recap for Thursday, March 2, 2023. In today’s GH episode, Chase tells Dante his plans for Linc, Molly and Sam both have a sick stomach, and Gregory goes to a mysterious medical exam.
We also have Wednesday’s GH recap where Ava and Austin were shocked when the cops didn’t find Nikolas, while Mason has Nikolas’ body, and Obrecht was a donor match for Willow.
Sasha visits Brando’s grave. She tells him it’s all over and she hopes that Heather suffers for what she did.
Everyone tells her about moving on and living her life, but she misses him so much…
Maxie meets with Brook Lynn at Kelly’s. They chat about the Heather and Ryan mess.
Maxie called Austin to check in but hasn’t heard back. Brook Lynn immediately talks about Chase.
She admits things are awkward between them. She’s actually happy that he will be able to go back to being a cop. Brook Lynn feels like she’s not getting all she wants.
Plus, she thinks that Chase is interested in Sasha now. Maxie is sure they are just friends.
BLQ goes back to complaining about getting what she wants but having to sign an NDA to get it. She’s worried that Chase might find out.
Maxie suggests she look into loopholes with the NDA.
Sasha arrives as Brook Lynn worries about Chase. The model sits down and Maxie makes an excuse to walk off.
Sasha tells BLQ that what she’s done with Chase’s career is amazing. As they chat, Brook Lynn asks if she is planning a future with anyone.
Maxie returns. Brook Lynn wants to leave but Sasha points out that there has been tension between them. She assumes it’s about Chase.
Dante runs into Chase in the sauna. Chase is determined to get back on the force. He beats himself for being out while the killers were caught.
Dante is sure he will be reinstated. He just needs to have some faith.
Chase has another bad guy to take down while he waits. He’s determined to go after Linc.
Dante reminds him that that’s what landed him in this mess in the first place and offers to talk to him. He suggests that he talk to other clients if he wants to help.
Chase insists he’s the perfect person to take him down. Dante thinks that could cost him his chance to get his job back.
Falconeri asks him if his feelings for BLQ could return. Chase admits they might. He just wants to help people, one way or another.
Dante makes him promise to call if he gets into any trouble. They chat about Willow and Dante suggests he stop by to see her.
He mentions Olivia keeps hinting that he and Sam should have kids. They’ve never even discussed it.

Gregory wanders into Alexis’ office. He reads her latest article and tells her it’s the scoop of the year.
She hates that she owes it to Schmoltz. They give each other credit for cracking the case.
“We’re good together,” she insists. Alexis asks again why PCU won’t let him work for her. He asks her to drop it.
She urges him to quit his job at the university. He asks how she would react if someone had told her to quit practicing law.
Teaching is his first love. If anyone should understand how painful it would be to give up a career you put your soul into, she should.
Besides, they can still work together. He pitches an interview with Kevin.
She asks if he would have accepted her job offer is PCU hadn’t gotten in the way. “I’d have liked nothing more,” he claims.
TJ and Molly arrive at Sam’s for brunch. She’s a tad nauseous. Kristina and Sam surprise them by shouting happy anniversary.
They sit and blow out a candle on a quiche. Sam only wants sparking water because her stomach has issues.
Kristina talks Molly into having a small glass of wine. They toast to the hook being caught and to all the milestones in their lives.
TJ thanks them all and says he now knows what it’s like to have sisters. After he takes off for work, Molly thanks her sisters for celebrating her commitment.
Kristina is glad her sisters are in love. Sam is sure she will find someone because she’s great.
Molly says they are all magnificent and only deserve good things. She goes back to drinking sparkling water.
As Kristina goes through the grocery bags, she finds a pregnancy test.
When Molly goes to the bathroom, Kristina asks her sister about the test.
Dante walks in.
Robert takes Diane out for dinner at the Metro Court. He thanks her for her help when he was drugged and swindled. She assumes he asked her out for more than that.
Scorpio wants to fill her in on Heather’s arrest. Diane is just relieved she doesn’t have to testify.
They talk about Holly and he says she has some challenged ahead of her. He wishes her well.
Diane is sorry their second chance didn’t work out. They quote Tennyson and toast.
Alexis interrupts and Robert excuses himself and takes off.
Diane tells her friend that was only breakfast. She thanks her for alerting her about the hook being caught.
Alexis tells her that PCU won’t allow Gregory to join her editorial board. She can’t accept this and is determined to do something about it.
At General Hospital, Ashby arrives to meet Laura. She has an impossible task to deal with and needs her help.
Laura notices she’s not looking well. Ashby mentions she’s been having nightmares and then changes the topic.
The mayor explains that the French authorities think they have recovered Anna’s remains. They’re down in the morgue. Sobbing, Laura says she’s supposed to identify them.
Ashby suggests that Robert should do it, but Laura explains the body has been decomposed so she doesn’t want to expose one of Anna’s loved ones to it.
She asks Ashby to do it. It’s their duty as city officials.
Ashby is surprised by this request given how little trust Laura has put in her in the past. The mayor admits she’s been keeping her at arm’s length.
She tells her she will be a great successor and she needs to know she can count on her when it matters. Ashby agrees to go to the morgue.
Once Ashby is on the elevator, Laura makes a call to say she’s on her way.
TJ bumps into the mayor and thanks her for officiating at the wedding. It was her honor.
They chat about Stella and then he asks why she’s there. “Closure,” she says.
Gregory arrives and asks a nurse to direct him to exam room three. TJ offers to escort him. The doctor asks if he’s caught the latest bug. “If only,” Gregory says.
Chase shows up and asks his father why he’s there.
Robert joins Laura and she tells him Ashby took the bait.
Ashby goes into the morgue. She flashes back to the calls she’s been receiving from Anna.
Mo the morgue assistant startles her and pulls out the Jane Doe from Paris. He leaves them alone for a minute.
She takes the sheet off the corpse and the lights flicker. Ashby calls for Mo. When the lights come back on, Anna’s ghost is in the room.
“This isn’t real!” gasps Ashby.
