General Hospital recap for Friday, November 11, 2022. In today’s GH episode, the US Marshalls take over the hunt for Anna, Britt tells Austin about her condition, and Cyrus tells Laura he’s been protecting Spencer.
We also have Thursday’s GH recap where Dex and Joss got closer as she stitched up his wound, and Nikolas recaptured Esme as the cops learned she was in Port Charles.
At the safe house, Anna wakes up Valentin with a kiss.
They talk about how well they slept until they jump when there is a knock at the door.
It’s just Sonny.
Anna explains how things went wrong during her escape.
They don’t know where Dex disappeared to.
Sonny walks off to take a call.
Anna feels bad about Dex.
Valentin blames his father.
Sonny returns and explains Jordan wants to speak to him.
This will be the last time they have any contact.
Anna thanks him as he goes.
Left alone with Valentin, she tells him he needs to go before they get caught.
He wants to help with her investigation and tells her how much she means to him.
She worries that Victor could go after Charlotte again if he discovers that his son has been helping her.
Reluctantly, he agrees to go.
Taking off his Cassadine ring, he tells her he has a lot of complicated feelings about it.
He asks her to hold onto it until they are together again.
After he’s gone, she sobs.
Joss returns to her dorm room and calls her mom to assure her she’s safe.
Dex is sleeping in her bed.
He wakes up and grunts before realizing where he is.
She explains that she found him unconscious after he popped a stitch, so she smuggled him in there.
He can’t believe she did all this for him.
Neither can she.
When he tries to get up, he practically falls on her.
She helps him back into bed and asks how much Sonny is paying him to get shot.
“No comment,” he says. He doesn’t want her involved in this, but she already is.
When he asks for a phone to call his boss, she refuses. Joss reminds him that Sonny hung him from a meat hook.
Dex tells her he has limited options.
She agrees to let him send an email while she gets him food.
At Kelly’s, Cam tells Trina he’s been trying to reach Joss all morning but she’s not responding.
He’s a little on edge with all the attacks.
She’s shocked when he informs her Esme has been spotted in town.
They tell each other to watch their backs. The topic turns to Spencer and his feelings for her.
She tried to see him before he was taken to Pentonville.
He points out she knows exactly where he is so what’s holding her back?
She’s not sure she wants to be friends with him.
Cam assures her Spencer just wants to be happy, even if that’s with Rory.
They talk about his relationship with Joss and he says it’s their friendship that keeps them together.
Trina says the same is true of her and Rory. “Maybe it’s for the best Spencer never gave you that letter,” he adds.
Joss calls her and says they are spraying the room for bed bugs so she should stay away.
Cam wonders why his girlfriend didn’t want to talk to him.
Trina asks Cam about the letter from Spencer.
He’s vague but says it contained a confession she’ll have to ask him about.
After hearing her mention bed bugs in the dorm hall, Adam asks Joss to help him check his room for signs.
She tells him to check for black spots.
He apologizes again for what happened and tells her she deserves a drama-free year.
While Joss is gone, Joss’ RA starts trying to open her door.
Laura visits Spencer in Pentonville.
He assures her he is being looked after.
“Who is doing the looking after?” she asks.
They discuss how he ended up in there and she wishes whoever helped him get out of Springridge should be penalized too. He doesn’t agree.
He’s happy to see her but she shouldn’t have come.
There’s too much going on in Port Charles for her to be there.
His grandmother tells him he’s never a waste of time and adds Esme has been spotted. “I hope they deployed dogs,” he says,
Laura knows he’s had another rift with his father and wishes they could all get along.
He suggests she ask Esme why.
He’s sorry if he’s let her down. She admires what he did for Trina.
After he’s taken back to his cell, Cyrus pops up.
She’s not thrilled, but she does confirm she knows he wasn’t behind the attack on her last year.
He tells her how good it is to see her. She doesn’t want to talk but he’d love it if she and Martin came to visit.
Cyrus insists he’s doing all he can to make things right with his family, starting with Spencer.
They start yelling at each other and he insists that he’s been protecting Spencer.
He can’t do the same for Anna if she gets sent to Pentonville.
“Does the name Olivia Jerome mean anything to you?” he asks.
She can’t wait to roll out the red carpet for Anna.
“If Anna is on the run, she better stay that way,” he suggests.
Later, Spencer is shocked when Trina shows up to visit him.

Kelly Thiebaud exits and the latest GH comings and goings
At General Hospital, Austin calls Spinelli and reminds him he asked for a favor.
He spots Britt getting angry at a vending machine.
After he helps her get her club soda, she takes a gulp and nearly chokes.
When she claims she’s okay, he doesn’t buy it.
He leads her into his office and notices she’s shaking and has dysphasia.
He wants to runs tests and asks how long she’s had these symptoms.
Britt snaps that she knows what’s going on. She admits she has Huntington’s.
Sitting down, she explains how she learned. He’s sorry and startled when she admits she has no doctor to help her deal with this.
Britt knows she can carry on for years but there is a bomb in her brain and the countdown has begun.
She admits only her mom and Scott know. This all happened when things started going well for her.
Austin reminds her there are advances in medicine every day so maybe they can take advantage of one of them.
When she jokes about blaming her “britchiness” on her disease, he reminds her that people don’t look at her like that anymore.
He suggests that she let the people who love her support her.
Agent Whitten (played by Mike Peebler) of the US Marshall’s office storms into Jordan’s office. She’s annoyed.
He demands everything she has on Anna’s case and announces he is assuming control of the investigation.
They get territorial and he explains the deputy mayor called him in. She claims she has this under control.
He points out that escaped convicts and serial killers on the loose suggest otherwise.
Besides, given that Anna used to be the commissioner, the department needs to keep its distance.
They go over the evidence. Sonny strolls in. Whitten was planning to see him.
He knows that the mobster and Anna go way back.
He’d be making a friend with the feds if he’d help them find her.
Sonny claims he’s not in contact with her. Whitten says that if they can’t bring her in, they have to take her down.
Jordan complains he’s getting combative. Whitten exits and tells Sonny he’ll be seeing him.
Sonny tells Jordan that Whitten likely meant his threats against Anna.
They agree not to hand Anna over to the authorities. It’s best to let her stay on her own.
After telling someone on the phone they need to lean on the person closest to Anna until he breaks, Whitten looks at a photo of Valentin and smirks.
