They discuss his medication and Finn is glad he’s handling that for now, but isolating himself won’t help. He urges him to be honest with himself and worries that he wants to be alone with his drug of choice.
Curtis insists that this is not about addiction but his refusal to be a helpless man. The doctor tells him that acting for help doesn’t make you helpless. You have to swallow your pride and let people in.
“Good old doctor Finn going woo woo,” Curtis jokes.

Brad Smith to General Hospital
At Sam and Dante’s, Cody thanks them for letting him pass out there. He’s really worried about the danger Sasha is in.
She didn’t mean to stab him and she’s not insane.
The cowboy doesn’t believe that she’s not well. Something else is going on.
After Sam is gone, Dante asks his friend why he thinks there’s more to Sasha’s breakdown.
Cody says there’s a big difference between being fragile and broken. The suddenness of this is suspicious.
Dante doesn’t think he knows her well enough to speculate on her mental health so his friend tells her he’s spent time with her. He’s convinced that Sasha’s problem is the people around her.
The cop asks why he’s had this ongoing problem with Gladys.
His friend is evasive but the cop probes for why he, Gladys and Selina have been spending time together.
Cody finally explains that Gladys is heavily in debt to Selina because she keeps losing at gambling. He knows because Selina bankrolls him to manage the game.
Sam goes to see Molly at her place, where she has a cast on her foot from her accident.
She fell down the court house steps because she was distracted by thinking about whether or not she and TJ should have a child.
Molly never wanted to be one of those women obsessed with having a child. Her sister tells her there’s nothing wrong with not having kids.
She asks how she really feels about it.
Molly admits that her heart tells her there will always be something missing. She and TJ want kids but wonder about the timing.
She mulls over all the options and all the decisions that have to be made.
Sam points out that she and TJ have a lot of time and she will always be there to listen and even babysit.
Sasha wakes up at Ferncliff in restraints and starts yelling.
Nurse Mandy comes in and explains where she is. This doesn’t make any sense to the model, who asks her to call Gladys.
When Gladys arrives with Dr. Montague, Sasha tells them she can’t remember anything.
They explain she tried to kill Cody. Montague says she had a psychotic break.
Sasha insists she was better and everyone told her son.
The doctor and Gladys says that was a delusion. Although Sasha begs her to stay, Gladys steps out of the room.
Maxie rushes up to her in the corridor.
Gladys tells her that Sasha is completely delusional and it breaks her heart.
Maxie thinks it would help Sasha to see a friend. Gladys tells her they need to let the professionals help her now. None of this makes sense to Maxie.
Meanwhile, Sasha tells Montague about how people have been telling her she’s getting better.
He suggests that those are delusions. She realizes everything was going great until she started to see him and take the prescription he gave her.
He urges her to calm down.
When he injects a drug into her IV, she screams that she doesn’t need it but quickly passes out.
