Wednesday, March 6, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Liam complains about Finn to Steffy, Li warns her son about alienating his wife, and Hope checks on how Deacon is holding up.
Tuesday’s Early B&B recap: Deacon said goodbye to Sheila at the morgue, Li encouraged Finn to be with Steffy, and Liam showed up to support Steffy.
At the cliff house, Steffy rests on Liam’s chest and thanks him for all his help.
There’s nowhere else he wants to be.
She’s feeling guilty about killing someone.
He says there was no alternative and everyone knows that…other than Finn.
Liam gets that her husband is “having a moment” right now, but he should be understanding her.
As he complains about Finn not being there, she claims she’s trying to put herself in his shoes.
They have survived many things and can survive this.
They are strong when they are together.
He repeats there is no excuse for Finn having an ounce of pity for Sheila and not prioritizing his wife and kids right now.
Liam says she and the kids can always count on him.
In Finn’s office, Li tells her son to snap out of it.
Sheila is finally gone after causing so much pain and heartache.
He should be grateful his wife is alive and get over his feelings about Sheila before he does something foolish.
Li is thankful Sheila gave birth to him, even if it was by having an affair with Jack, but she also shot him and he shouldn’t be mourning her.
Finn thinks this is complicated.
He’s not blaming Steffy but wishes it didn’t have to be this way.
He wishes he knew why Sheila was there.
His mom says she was a murderous stalker and there is nothing to make sense of.
Finn is trying to be a good husband.
He doesn’t like being apart from his wife.
His mom is appalled when he admits that he slept there last night.
She tells him to get his head on straight before he causes permanent damage to his marriage.
After she leaves, he stares at a photo of Steffy and thinks about running out on her.
“Hi John,” Liam says, as he enters, startling him.
Finn is not in the mood to talk to him.
Liam walks in and closes the door.
They talk about what happened and Liam says he doesn’t get why he’s not with his wife right now.
The doctor is processing this. Liam asks if he’s processing his psycho mother being dead or walking out on his wife.
Liam starts playing with his paperclips and mentions he was just with Steffy, the mother of his child.
Finn knows he never misses an opportunity and reminds him Sheila is dead and there’s nothing for him to worry about.
Liam tells him his fuzzy feelings for Sheila are disloyal and accuses him of being a momma’s boy. He thinks any other woman would have dumped his ass.
He accuses him of hiding away after Steffy saved the family.
His prioritizing his grief is making Steffy feel alone.
“Wait, she’s not alone…because she has me,” Liam smirks.
He promises to do all he can to make himself the man she starts turning to.
Finn smiles in disbelief and nods.

Deacon goes to his empty apartment and pours himself a drink as he recalls visiting Sheila in the morgue.
Hope shows up. Hollis thought he could use some company after his trip to the morgue.
She knows Sheila meant something to him and wanted to see how he was holding up.
He explains that he needed to see her face one last time.
He’s sure she thinks he’s nuts for caring about someone who hurt so many people.
She admits she has no room in her heart for Sheila but she does have room for him.
Deacon realizes she and the kids are all he has.
He hopes they know how much they mean to him.
His daughter admits it felt like he was choosing Sheila over them.
He never wanted to hurt her.
Hope tells him he’s not the only person mourning.
Finn is upset too.
She fills him in about how upset he is. Deacon had no idea his feelings for her ran so deep.
The irony is that she’s not here to see that her son loved her, the one thing she wanted the most.
In her black pleathers, Steffy goes to work at Forrester and flashes back to killing Sheila.
Hope is surprised to see her there and is sorry for what she’s been through.
Steffy can’t get Sheila out of her head.
Hope is sure she was very traumatized by knowing she had to kill someone.
She can’t even begin to understand how she’s feeling.
Steffy says she had no choice and claims Hope would have done the same thing in the situation.
She wasn’t going to let Sheila take her from her children.
Hope knows this is a heavy burden.
When she brings up Deacon, Steffy rolls her eyes.
Hope urges her to be patient with Finn.
He’s a good man and needs time to grieve.
She hopes he will be sympathetic to how vulnerable he is right now.
Steffy arches an eyebrow.
When Hope asks her not to let Sheila’s death interfere with her marriage, Steffy glares at her.
