Thurs Oct 20 recap of B&B: Li’s confrontation pushes Sheila to her limit, and she eyes the knives on the table as Liam and Thomas commiserate over Sheila and Liam tells Steffy everything.
The confrontation with Li pushes Sheila to her limit.
Deacon offends Sheila by telling her to stop obsessing over Finn.
Thomas assures Hope of his unwavering love.
Wednesday’s B&B recap: Li Spills the Family Secret to Finn and Dr. Colby Calls Eric’s Condition Very Serious, But Eric Refuses to Listen to His Orders
At Il Giardino, Sheila guesses that Li shoving her face into her plate was an accident.
Li says it is a reminder of how disgusted she is that Sheila’s not rotting in prison forever.
Li tastes the sauce from Sheila’s face and says it’s bitter. “Just like you.”
Sheila’s demeanor changes and she fists her hands and stares at the knives on the table.
She deserves Li’s anger and refuses to fall for her provocation.
She’s not stupid! Li grins.
At Deacon’s, he tells his daughter he loves her but she doesn’t think that it’s possible.
“Loving her is hurting me,” she says. She calls Sheila toxic and he knows it.
She’ll kill their relationship and Hope wants him to put an end to his relationship.
Deacon says this is killing him. He’ll never disappoint her again.
She says not to throw their relationship away for a manipulator and user like Sheila. She’s a sociopath and dangerous.
Deacon tries to explain their relationship and talks about how he’s made mistakes but Hope says there is no comparing the two. She begs him to let go.
Hollis knocks. There’s a situation downstairs that needs his attention.
Deacon asks Hope not to lose faith in him. He swears he knows what he’s doing. He leaves her crying.
In the design office at Forrester, Liam drops by to find Hope.
Thomas doesn’t know where she is. Liam has a toy for Beth and leaves it on her desk. Liam says he heard about Deacon and Sheila.
Neither knows what the hell Deacon’s thinking.
They bellyache about how they’ll never be rid of her.
Thomas agrees that Finn’s handled the situation wrong. Liam says they’re all paying the price.
Steffy is miles away and it’s killing her and him because he wants her back.
Thomas is surprised. He wants his sister’s happiness and Finn is still Steffy’s husband.
All Thomas wants is for her to be loved and safe.
Liam does too and wants Finn to be a real husband.
Thomas barks about him leaving Steffy.
How will he protect Steffy better than Finn.

Daily B&B spoilers into October
He has an idea and jogs off.
Hope arrives, sobbing and tells Thomas what happened with her father.
But that’s not why she’s there.
“I came here to do this,” she says and kisses him.
She needed that. He professes his love and she cries and admits she doesn’t know what she feels but is grateful he’s so understanding.
She doesn’t want to take advantage of that. He knows she never could. She’s wonderful.
She says she’s still processing the end of her marriage and realizing that Liam wasn’t fully committed.
She says it was exhausting. Thomas is sorry Liam hurt her.
She cries that she’s not sure she can feel that connection with a man again.
Thomas says it’s fine. He still wants her. They kiss some more. He’ll always love her. They kiss again.
At the hospital, Finn has orders for a nurse.
Once she’s gone, Ridge turns up and says, “Deacon and your mother are happily in love.”
Finn corrects his father-in-law. Li is his mother.
Ridge shrugs. How much does Steffy know?
Finn hasn’t told her anything. He says Sheila turned his life upside down.
What if she doesn’t stop until she destroys everything they love?
Ridge thinks Steffy needs to know the truth.
He goes and Liam turns up and says the same thing as Ridge, that Steffy needs to know about Deacon and Sheila.
He realizes Finn hasn’t told her yet. Finn explains that Deacon thinks he can control Sheila.
Liam doubts any of them can. A nurse appears. Dr. Finnegan is needed.
Finn tells Liam he’s being disrespectful to him and Steffy and tells him to stay out of his business and away from his wife.
He goes and Liam calls Steffy and leaves a message that Deacon and Sheila are romantically involved and that Finn’s keeping it secret.
Liam says Finn will never keep her safe the way he would. “Don’t come home to him. Come home to me.”
He stares at her photos and thinks they could remarry.
Deacon arrives at the restaurant and Sheila explains what happened.
Li thinks hes’ crazy to be involved with a heinous creature like Sheila.
