Tuesday, Jan 6, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, The Logan sisters share a special moment as they prepare for the soiree, and Eric is excited to celebrate this new chapter in his life.
Monday’s Early B&B recap: Finn Delivers Better Than Expected News to Eric, Who Wants to Celebrate with a Party
At the Forrester mansion, Donna tells Eric the caterer’s all set for the party.
He’s glad they were ready at a moment’s notice.
She calls him “Mr. Instaparty,” but worries this party could set him back.
Eric assures her there’s no need to worry.
They’re celebrating the start of the rest of their lives together.
Zende arrives and they talk about the celebration.
In the Forrester CEO office, Brooke’s happy to see Ridge smile again.
They talk about Eric’s road to recovery when Carter appears.
They tell him how well Eric is doing and a relieved Carter hugs Ridge.
Katie walks in and says Donna just texted her the good news.
They’re all worried the party is too much for Eric but happily agree, they’ll go along with it.
A few seconds later, Ridge once again suddenly feels nervous.
Donna arrives and they repeat the same things they just said, that they’re worried about the party being too soon for Eric.
So is Donna but Eric has his heart set on it.
Ridge and Carter leave when Eric texts. Donna’s just so thrilled that she isn’t in constant terror anymore.
That crossover changed him, Donna tells her sisters.
He’s determined to make each moment count. Brooke notes it’s what making him want this party.
Donna repeats that she worries he’s pushing too hard and will have a setback.
Donna talks up how much she loves Eric and says he’s always been the one for her.
She flashes back to old times with him in and out of bed. The sisters agree they’re perfect together.
Donna would do anything for her honey bear.
In the design office, RJ and Luna kiss.
He thinks they deserve a medal for leaving the house this morning.
He thought that last night was the best first night in a new place and she’s glad she waited for him. “The man I love.”
They kiss and RJ tells her she’s invited to Eric’s party. She’s blown away.
None of this feels real to her.
Luna says her mom’s on her way over.
She’s never stayed out all night so she’s not sure how Poppy will react.
But she just wants to think about sex last night.
They kiss some more and he goes.
Poppy arrives and assumes she spent the night with RJ at the beach house.
Luna calls it the most magical night of her life. Poppy assumes she’s in love with RJ.
Luna admits she is.
He’s incredible and says last night was, too.
She tells her mom about the romantic set up and that she’s glad she waited to be with the man she loves.
She almost tears up, admitting that she loves him so much.
Her mother admires her for getting an internship here at Forrester on her own with no help.
And now she has a loving man. Poppy’s ecstatic for her and proud. Luna credits her mama. She’s always been so encouraging. They embrace.
Back at the house, Zende and Eric talk about the party and Eric asks him to drop by whenever he wants like usual.
RJ arrives and Zende tells his cousin he hasn’t been this happy in a long time.
RJ and Zende will keep an eye on Eric.
He can live with that and asks if RJ can make a good day better.
Is Luna coming tonight?
He says some women have a “quality about themselves that they can just light up a room when they come in.”
He says Luna has that quality and doesn’t even know it.
RJ calls her amazing as Zende gives him side-eye, then agrees that she’s very special.
Ridge and Carter arrive. Eric calls Carter a card-carrying member of the Forrester men.
Eric take Ridge and Carter off to chat while Zende calls Luna remarkable, unique, talented, beautiful woman and his cousin is lucky.
RJ agrees and pointedly says he’ll never let her go.
He values Zende as an incredible designer but as his cousin. Zende appreciates it.
The men return and Ridge says he tried to get his dad to delay the party but didn’t get far.
Eric says the portrait of himself could fall on his head!
He details everything that happened to him the past few months and every day he’ll seize the day.
They now can’t wait for the party. Eric’s happy for their love and support.
