Wednesday, April 17, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Finn urges Deacon to move on, Luna frets to Poppy about what RJ will do, and Liam asks Hope where her relationship with Deacon stands.
Tuesday’s Early B&B recap: After Zende worried that RJ may not be forgiving, furious RJ burst in and clocked him across a desk.
In the Forrester office, Liam and Hope laugh at the photos of themselves with Beth at the zoo.
She says it was nice for the three of them to be together but Beth is missing Douglas and Deacon.
He asks where her relationship with her father stands now that Sheila is gone.
Hope knows her father has a tendency to make troubling decisions but she hated shutting him out of her life and had to set boundaries.
Liam appreciates that.
She’s glad that chapter is behind them and she can start again with her dad.
He wonders how possible that is.
She thinks they have a good chance.
He’s lonely and struggling to let Sheila go.
They contemplate what his attraction to her was and how different she was from Brooke.
Hope thinks her dad can do better than Sheila. Liam says anyone would be better.
Neither of them think Deacon is anywhere near as bad as Sheila is. This topic should be buried.
She jokes about Sheila haunting them and they shake on never speaking of her again.
At Il Giardino, Deacon takes another drink and thinks of Sheila’s toes before wondering is she’s alive, in trouble, and who Sugar is.
Finn shows up to get takeout and asks if he’s finally accepted Sheila is gone.
The doctor can see he’s having a hard time letting go.
He knows grief can affect people but… Deacon is more and more convinced of what he saw at the crematorium.
He asks Finn if Sheila ever mentioned anyone named Sugar.
Finn would remember someone with that name.
Deacon says he’s been going through Sheila’s messages and the doctor tells him he’s wasting his time.
Sharpe adds that she was meeting with someone from her past and the texts are not friendly.
The doctor repeats that she’s gone.
After Deacon hands him a bag of meatballs, he apologizes for talking his ear off.
Finn urges him to stop obsessing.
It’s pointless.
Deacon asks if part of him wishes she was still alive.
Finn says it doesn’t matter.
He should enjoy his memories and move on.
After the doctor leaves, Deacon goes back to thinking of the toes and wondering if Sheila is still alive.

At the beach house, Luna worries to her mom that RJ will knock Zende off.
She’s concerned he’ll do something he’ll regret.
Poppy wonders if she should explain things to RJ.
Luna already did and she’s never see him so hurt.
He was in shock and felt betrayed by everyone.
She tried telling him Zende didn’t take advantage of her but she’s not sure he believed it.
Luna checks her phone but RJ is not responding.
Poppy hates seeing her baby hurt so much and wishes she could go back and stop this.
“Those damn mints!” she curses, explaining she threw her drugs away and will never buy them again
Her sniffling daughter says there is no going back.
Poppy wants to make things better and offers to talk to RJ again.
Luna can’t take this anymore and needs to head over to Forrester.
Her mom tries to talk her out of that and tells her that RJ will realize this was not a conscious decision.
She’ll have another chance to get through to him but she needs to be patient.
If she walks in on Zende and RJ, things could get worse.
In the Forrester design office, after Zende has nearly had the golden butterflies knocked from his shirt thanks to a punch from RJ, he gets up from the desk and tells him he deserves to be angry but he did not take advantage of Luna.
He says this is his fault, not Luna’s.
RJ says it’s his fault because he’s family.
He’s been betrayed by his own cousin.
When RJ accuses him of thinking only of himself and taking what he wants, Zende swears that he thought Luna was into him.
They scream at each other and Zende tries to explain.
He didn’t know Luna wasn’t waiting for him when she was in his bed.
If there was any indication she was stoned, he wouldn’t have done anything.
“With the woman I love? With the woman I am in a committed relationship with?” RJ screams.
Zende is so sorry.
He thought Luna was making the first move.
RJ says he has no excuses because he never respected his relationship and can’t justify sleeping with his girlfriend.
Zende admits that what he did was wrong but he didn’t do it to get back at him or anything.
He cares about Luna.
She never reciprocated to his flirting and they are just friends.
“Dude… she thought she was with you,” he says, urging him to forgive her.
Luna rushes in with her mom trailing behind her.
She doesn’t want them fighting.
The ladies notice the bruise on Zende’s face.
Zende and Poppy take the blame and she insists it was all an accident.
Zende claims it’s a misunderstanding that got out of hand.
He urges RJ to see how much Luna loves him and tell her he forgives her.
RJ looks at Luna.
