In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Jack agrees to Stark’s request to meet with Diane, as Sharon watches Audra flirt with Chance and Ashley opens up to Tucker about her argument with Chance.
In the previous episode, Ashley interrupted Audra and Tucker’s sexcapades and Summer wanted Kyle to spend the holidays with Diane and Harrison.

Tucker opens the door to Ashley who reminds him he already showered hours ago.
In the bathroom, Audra hides out, eavesdropping.
Tucker tells her he worked out and says he loves that intimate detail from their conversation.
Did it spark reminders of them in the shower? She says no.
He invites her in to join him and she turns to go. He stops her and calls what he said crass.
He invites her for a drink while Audra tugs on her shirt.
Ashley refuses and agrees instead to meet him upstairs at the club. She goes and Audra appears, dressed.
It’s not in her description to handle that but neither is their colleagues-with-benefits relationship.
She thinks his seeing Ashley is a good thing. Maybe she underestimated him.
He comments that it wouldn’t be the first time.
She looks away and he promises if she sticks with him, he’ll give her the reward she deserves.
At Jabot, Jack tells Kyle and Summer they can leave now and they’ll ensure nobody follows.
Stark will respond to a show of strength he says.
He’ll see them on Christmas day. With luck, Stark will be out of their lives.
At Glam Club, Noah cleans up as Allie appears.
He’s ensuring things are ready for tonight. She’s surprised people will come to the club on Christmas eve.
He says many aren’t with family tonight. Maybe it’ll be a holiday tradition.
She thinks it’s a great way to give back. Things are awkward. She tells him things are quiet at the Abbott house.
She looks at his guest list and blathers about his success. He talks about everyone supporting him, including her.
He asks if she has something on her mind, like Audra.
She doesn’t like that his ex kissed him. He calls it one-sided.
She’s concerned Audra won’t give up on him. 
Ashley interrupts. She’s meeting Tucker and asks them not to read into it. Allie admires him.
He goes to find a table for Ashley. Later, he and Allie sit in chairs and look at the menu. He thinks she needs a booth or a plaque in her name.
She doesn’t want to attract attention in her name.
He talks about her Christmas gift and she thinks he’s trying to prove to her that though Audra wants him, he only has eyes for her.
He agrees he is. Allie says it’s not necessary. She knows he wants her. They kiss.
Tucker walks in and stares at them for a minute before going to Ashley.
He tells her he likes to think he played a part in Allie and Noah getting together.
She brings up Jack and her arguing and how ugly it was. She doesn’t like that he believes in Diane. Tucker tells her to do something about it.
Elsewhere, Noah and Allie talk about Christmas plans.
At home, Kyle and Summer discuss their lie about going on a Santa tracking adventure.
She wraps a gift and they discuss her hidden presents upstairs. He’s glad to give her presents in person.
They agree Jack’s job is the most dangerous. Kyle packs a present for her behind her back and she packs a little more for Harrison.
She asks if he snuck Mrs. Martinez’s cookies into a bag.
He can’t do without them. He’s worried about his dad. Summer trusts Jack will get this done.
She gives him a present to open. It’s an ornament-making kit. Kyle likes it.
It reminds him that his dad made that one with Dina when he was a kid. They kiss. He gifts her a necklace with the letter H charm on it.
She got a similar one from her mom when she was little and can’t believe they’re fighting at Christmas.
Kyle thinks they’ll find a way to set aside their differences but Summer doubts it.
Jack appears at Stark’s room at The Grand Phoenix. He hasn’t heard from Diane.
Stark reminds him he asked him to stay away and now he’s in his face, every time he turns around.
Jack has found a way to change that once and for all.
He sets down a case with five hundred grand inside. It’s double what Diane owes him.
Stark thinks he could have done more with it.
Jack says to take it or leave it and if he takes it, he needs to leave Genoa City and not look back.
Stark thinks his time is worth more so Jack says to name his price. Jeremy asks if he’s dating her.
Jack says he was the number one suspect in her faked death years ago.
He’s tired of her manipulations but he’s fighting for their shared son. Stark wants to negotiate with Diane only.
Jack hems and haws and finally agrees to let Stark meet with her one last time.

Audra comes upon Sharon at Crimson Lights.
She butters the blonde up but Sharon says there’s no need to do that since she isn’t seeing her son anymore.
She heard she’s working at Chancellor-Winters.
Sounds important. Is it permanent?
Audra can see it’s a clever way of asking how long she’ll be in town.
She’s not sure and assumes Sharon worries about how her presence will affect Noah.
Sharon agrees the joy and energy had been drained out of him when he returned to Genoa City from London.
Allie got him out of the funk. She touts their relationship. Audra gets it.
She’s not going to beg for another chance and wishes them the best of luck.
Chance arrives all out of breath. “Sharon. I did it!” Audra sits nearby and Chance tells Sharon that he cracked a case at the mall of a Santa’s Helper stealing stuff at the mall.
Audra listens and laughs as he talks about the guy trying to pretend that he wasn’t but he had left a fake ear on.
They laugh. She suggests he pitch it as a story to Nina.
He admits his mom isn’t going to be in Genoa City this year. He’ll see his son and then work, work, work.
He can’t wait to see Merry Mc Jingles’ rap sheet, he says as Sharon brings him some hot cocoa. When Faith calls, Sharon goes to take it, asking how Switzerland is.
Audra watches Chance take a drink. He’s not happy. She comments that it’s sweet.
He admits he just likes coffee. She assumes he’s not in a festive mood.
She jokes that he was grinchy to arrest the elf. She flirts and thanks him for his service.
Sharon watches from nearby. Later, they’re discussing podcasts when Sharon asks if they want refills. They’re fine.
Chance goes to the counter with Sharon and asks if Faith is okay. Sharon says yes, and she’s just so far away.
She’s sure he and Abby will find a way to co-parent together. He appreciates her and everything she does.
She knows it must be exhausting. Doesn’t she just want to tell everyone to suck it up and get out?
She jokes that wasn’t in any of her textbooks. She’s grateful for every day. She thinks they can grow from their pain and learn to love.
