In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Noah tries assuring Allie she doesn’t have to worry about Audra, Nick and Sally flirt and talk business, and Michael reminds Phyllis he warned her. In the previous episode, Stark manipulated Phyllis into confessing, Tucker made Ashley a stunning offer, and Daniel accused Billy of being unsupportive of Lily.

Chelsea is in Crimson Lights with Sharon. She tells her that Connor is off in the park.
Sharon worries about how uncomfortable she looks.
Chelsea admits that being out in the world again feels strange and intimidating. This is the only place she feels safe.
Sharon is glad she feels safe but it might be time for her to take a step outside her comfort zone.
Chelsea isn’t sure she’s ready for that so Sharon goes on about how nice it could be to see the world in a new light.
As Chelsea goes on about all the steps in her therapy and how reflective she’s being, Sharon tells her how proud she is of her.
It’s rewarding for her to see people flourishing after saying goodbye to their demons.
Victoria shows up and Sharon steps away as the two women chat.
Chelsea asks Victoria if they can talk and the Newman agrees to give her a few minutes.
They go up to Chelsea’s apartment and she announces she wants to make amends.
She apologizes for what she did to Billy and reminds her that she tried to destroy her marriage when she came to town.
That was shameful.
Victoria won’t disagree but it was a long time ago.
Chelsea apologizes for telling Johnny about being his biological mother.
The Newman is sure it was hard for her to apologize. She does want the best for her, but she has concerns.
Chelsea assures her that she won’t be coming after Johnny.
She’s realized that he’s a really lucky kid and she was just trying to fill a void.
Victoria loves him more than words can say and is glad to hear she wants what’s best for him.
Back downstairs, Noah and Allie tell Sharon all about the maceration process and the profit margin.
Sharon and Noah can’t follow this so they assume it’s genius.
When Allie leaves to take a call from Mariah, Noah tells his mom how amazing she is.
Before she can come back, Sharon tells her son that Audra was looking for him.
Allie returns in time to hear that.
Sharon makes herself scarce. Allie stares.
She’s impressed by Audra’s level of confidence and entitlement. Has he done anything that could have led her on?
“No, not really,” he says. She needs more details.
They stand by the sugar section and he explains that Audra made it clear that she wants him back and kissed him. He put a stop to it.
She asks if he kissed her back. He doesn’t know. It was confusing.
“Do I need to be worried?” she asks.
In the Newman office, Nick and Nikki talk scheduling and she suggests he take more of the meetings.
She assures him she’s not suggesting that he be co-CEO.
Aside from his personal life, she’s confident in his abilities.
He refuses to discuss his personal life. His mom doesn’t stop.
Nick assumes that his father just wants something to be in conflict with him about.
His mom points out that Sally faked a terminal illness among other things.
Does he really want to bring another Ashland Locke into the family?
He says they have all done things they regret and she’s learned from her mistakes.
She reminds him of what Spectra did to Kyle and Summer. He’s made peace with that.
Nikki is disappointed in her son, who keeps repeating this is none of her business.
He’s sure Summer will eventually see he’s happy and that will be the only thing that matters to her.
Sally interrupts.
Once Nikki takes off, Nick assures Sally she has nothing to worry about. She asks him to look over her new business plan.
He flips through her tablet and says he likes what he sees.
After he talks about taxes, she tells him he’s sexy when he talks “all businessy.”
When he tries wooing her with some more business talk, she taunts him.
Pulling the redhead in leather pants close, he asks if she can fit him into her schedule.
She tells him how wonderful it is to be with him, taking things slow, and planning things.
Nick says they can enjoy the journey.
Backing up, she announces she has to go and pick up food. She’ll pencil him in for later.

Y&R opinion: Summer finally Summering & Unpopular Opinions
Phyllis stops Summer at Society and asks if she agrees with Jack that she needs to be fired.
Summer spots Adam at the bar. When she sits down, she tells her mom this should wait until they get back to the office.
Her mom won’t back off and demands to know if she is being fired. She insists that she didn’t tell Stark anything.
Summer isn’t impressed and her mom continues blaming Diane for everything.
“Does nobody deserve a second chance?” Summer asks, reminding her of their pasts. She’s been defending her to Jack, but she’s making it difficult.
Phyllis reminds her that she hasn’t trusted Diane since she got back either.
From across the room, Adam says that if this is supposed to be a private conversation, they might want to keep it down.
As Phyllis yells, her daughter tells her that all of this might really be about something else.
She lectures her for what her actions have done to Harrison and Kyle. Did she think about the stress from what she did could hurt her marriage?
Summer dismisses all of this and continues blaming Diane.
Phyllis claims it’s all over because she shut Stark down.
Her daughter is appalled that she doesn’t seem to care about what she’s done to everyone else.
She announces that she, Kyle, and Jack have decided to terminate her employment at Marchetti.
Phyllis thinks that Diane is pulling the strings from out of town.
Once she’s handed her takeout, Summer gets up and tells her mom to think about how she should be held accountable for her actions.
After Summer is gone, Michael and Lauren wander in and Phyllis instantly criticizes them for how they dealt with Diane.
Michael has to explain who Stark is to his wife and Phyllis continues complaining about how people blame her for this mess.
He reminds her that he told her to let this go because it could bite her in the ass.
Phyllis isn’t impressed.
Looking over at Adam, she complains that she always sees him skulking, not working, while all she’s done is try to save her family.
Sally walks in. Adam spots her and gulps.
When Sally joins him, he’s surprised. She’s not afraid of running into him.
They agree their relationship ended well.
They have some small talk about work and how she’s been spending her time.
She tells her business plans for an interior design company. She’s sure it will be a success.
He’s impressed by her optimism and wishes her good fortune. Believe it or not, he also hopes Nick makes her happy.
Spectra appreciates that and informs him she is now officially seeing his brother.
On her way out, she tells Phyllis she may need to step up her game because she will soon be her biggest competitor.
“Everyone’s lost their damn minds!” Phyllis complains.
