In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, things take a turn for the worse with Sally, Sharon finds a clue in the case, and Cameron explains destiny to Faith. In the previous episode, Adam had to rush Sally to the hospital, and Nick and Cameron fought over Sharon before Cameron escaped.

At the hospital, Elena tells Sally her blood pressure is concerning. Sally is nauseous, can hardly breathe and has double-vision. Her OBGYN has already advised her about pre-eclampsia.
Elena leaves to contact her doctor. Adam holds Sally’s hand and tries to calm her but she starts blaming herself for this.
He starts talking about Halloween costumes for their daughter and baking pumpkin pies with her for Thanksgiving. Sally says they will definitely make pie but she’s not good at baking.
Elena returns to pump her full of anti-convulsives. They’re concerned about the severity of her symptoms. There’s a chance they may have to induce labor.
Adam says they should do whatever the doctors say. Sally tells Adam to call Nick.
She asks if he’s allowed to be scared now. “A little,” he says, promising to be there. As he steps out, she tells him Hope is a beautiful name.
Pacing, Adam calls Nick and tells him Sally is in the hospital and it’s serious. Getting off the line, he prays for Sally and the baby.
Adam calls Victor and asks after Nick. Victor guesses there is something wrong with the baby.
Elena comes out to say the meds aren’t working and Sally is unconscious. There’s a chance for placental abruption. It’s possible they could lose Sally or the mother.
He needs to choose which one of them they save. Adam can’t make that decision right now.
She tells him there is no time but lets him have two minutes with Sally.
Adam walks back into her room, kisses her forehead, and then remembers when he realized she would turn his life upside-down.
He doesn’t want to do this. He’s the last guy who should be making life-or-death decisions.
He needs her to wake up and be bossy.
Sobbing, he decides he knows what she wants.
Elena sticks her head in and prompts him for a decision. If he won’t make it, the doctors will.
Sally is rushed off. Elena soon comes out and tells Adam they couldn’t save them both. The baby is gone.
Later, Sally wakes up and notices Adam is still there. He tells her it’s going to be okay.
She asks how the baby is.
At Sharon’s, Nick cleans up as she worries that Cameron could hurt Faith or worse.
He tells her that she’s their miracle and will be okay.
Chance arrives and they explain that Cameron tunneled out of the house after bragging about out-smarting them all.
Sharon says she promised to go away with him in exchange for Faith’s security but then Nick showed up. Now Kirsten is even more unhinged.
Chance has his suitcase. They go through it for clues. Sharon finds some of her clothes and some schematics of the sewer system that runs under the ranch.

Faith is tied to a pipe in a damp cellar. Cameron tells her she deserves better but her mom let her down. It’s not her fault her mom is a bitch.
All he’s done for twenty years is love her. He even chokes up quoting poetry.
He sits down and tells her that the moment he met her mom, he realized he couldn’t live without her. He tries but love is love and fate is fate.
All Sharon has done is lie to his face and stab him in the back after he’s given her everything. She treated him like garbage.
Pulling out a piece of her clothes, he smells it and says he still loves her.
Pacing he calls Sharon and tells her that her daughter expects more from her. Sharon demands to speak to her but he won’t allow it.
She offers to do whatever he wants and reminds him he promised not to hurt her. “You promised me the world!” he complains. She’s been dripping words like honey but they’ve all been a lie.
It looks like the kid is running out of oxygen. If she wants to find her child, she’ll be in the place where she expected to find his dead body.
When he gets off the phone, he gets back to making a bomb and talking about how he wishes that he and Sharon could have had a pack of kids.
He wishes she’d convince her mom that they belong together.
Then they could be a real family and hang out. Faith would even learn to love him.
He’s sorry about her cat but he had to do something to get her mom’s attention. He’ll buy her a new one, any kind she wants.
If she plays nice, he’ll take off her gag and give her some water. After he takes out the gag, he tells her that her mom is never afraid to speak her mind. It’s nice she has a great mom so it’s too bad about her dad.
She defends Nick and says he’ll never be half the man her father is.
She refuses the water bottle, thinking it’s been poisoned, so he drinks it and complains about her father.
Nick is a real “bump in the road” and needs to die. Then he can be her dad.
Cameron forces her to drink some water but she spits it in his face. That makes him unhappy.
When she tells him he’s crazy, he’s furious. She asks why he’s doing. “It’s destiny,” he says.
The more hopeless it becomes, the harder you work. He’s just manifesting his destiny with Sharon.
Nick got in her head and turned her against him and he needs to remind her of what they had.
Faith tells him he’s taking away the life Sharon has. He doesn’t think slinging coffee to a bunch of losers is a life.
Back at Sharon’s, she tells Chance and Nick that Faith is in the sewer and they need to get in there. They check out the schematics and make a plan.
Sharon insists on going along because she knows how deranged Cameron is.
She needs to get to him and end this.
They run out. Nikki and Victor show up.
He explains that a distraught Adam called him.
Something must be going on.
Nikki looks around and is shocked when she finds the schematics.
Victor calls in one of his security guards to lecture and fire him.
When Nikki says they are in the sewers, he trudges off to find them.
Down in the sewers, Cameron can hear someone coming and disappears as Faith shouts.
Sharon runs over to her and her daughter tells her how crazy Cameron is.
Sharon manages to untie her as Nick arrives.
Before they can run, Cameron leaps out of the shadows and grabs Sharon.
Cameron starts taunting Nick and says this feels like old times. He holds a screwdriver to Sharon’s throat and tells Nick he can’t throw him out of an airplane this time. He’s in control.
When Faith begs him not to hurt her, Cameron says love hurts.
Nick asks him to let the ladies go so they can end things man to man.
That makes Cameron laugh. He tells him to choose between Faith and Sharon.
Nick tells his daughter she can run.
Cameron asks him to look under her sweatshirt. There’s a bomb strapped to her. Cameron has the trigger under his foot. He tells Nick that he needs to choose between blowing up Faith or letting Sharon be stabbed.
Kirsten is tired of losing. It’s Nick’s turn.
Sharon starts reaching for the knife under her dress.
As Cameron yells at him to say a name, she grabs the blade and cuts his arm.
Chance rushes in with his gun out.
Sharon turns and stabs Cameron in the chest.
He laughs and then says, “How do I love thee, let me count the ways.”
He falls to the ground.

“That’s from Tracy, calling a family meeting,” Billy explains to Jack and Ashley at Jabot.
“I want her! I want her, Adam! But you let her die! You are the reason that she’s dead!”
Sally cries at the hospital.
“Before we take this off, the explosives are going to have to be careful deactivated one by one,” Chance explains.
“You can do that, right?” Nick asks.
