In this episode of CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Sally makes Adam take her out, Victoria and Nate plot against McCall, and Connor tells Chelsea he doesn’t want therapy. In the previous episode, Nick armed Sharon with a knife to meet Cameron, who startled Sharon as soon as she was alone, and Mariah shot down Summer’s help request.

Nate and Victoria are eating at the GCAC. She fills him in on all the details of her latest argument with her family.
Victoria tells him how great his fresh energy and passion is. He asks if Nick is taking a leave of absence. She says her parents don’t want to call it an official leave.
Nate assures her he’s there to support her however she needs it.
She’s sure he’s ambitious enough to reap the benefits. He tells her how much he respects and cares about her. He hopes she knows his attraction to her is as mental and emotional as it is physical.
They chat about how much Audra wants his job. Victoria has no professional issue so long as she works hard. She wants her focused now that Adam is coming after them.
Nate suggests they think of ways to prevent McCall from becoming strong enough to do that. They talk about the divisions they can go after.
Victoria says Audra can handle that but Adam is their weakest link.
Elena wanders in from the gym and glares at them.
She walks over and Nate hopes she’s not about to make a scene. Elena says she made a scene when she was naive enough to love him. She always thought that Victoria was intelligent but she’s fallen for two users in a row.
Victoria is sure her pain will eventually fade and she’ll stop feeling teh end to verbally assault people in public.
That makes the doctor laugh.
Elena thinks it will be fun to watch them use each other up and burn each other down.
Once she’s gone, Nate apologizes. Victoria understands and doesn’t hold it against anyone. They hope Elena finds someone else.
Taking her hand, Nate tells Victoria he’s exactly where he wants to be.
At Crimson Lights, Chelsea calls Adam. He’s in Sally’s suite while she sleeps. She tells him she wants to find someone professional for Connor to talk to.
He agrees and will call her in the morning.
Billy brings her some tea and brownie for Connor. She tells him he can go but he insists.
Connor shows up. His mom asks if he’s okay. He hopes she’s not mad he locked himself in his room.
They hug.
The kid apologizes to Billy if he’s been a jerk. Billy knows he’s just feeling overwhelmed. They assure him no one is angry and ask him to talk.
Connor says he’s getting used to the idea of having a sister and knows he isn’t alone. When his mom suggests he talk to a therapist, he insists he just needs her and gives her a hug.
After Connor eats his brownie, he heads upstairs.
Chelsea is more worried now than ever.

Back in Sally’s suite, she wakes up and decides she needs to get out of the room. He hides her shoes.
She wants to go out and eat. He assumes this is about more than being hungry. She’s sure “this Cameron guy” is out being dangerous.
She’s sure that something bad has happened. Adam tells her his brother told him to keep her calm.
Spectra refuse to stay and demands to know if there is something she needs to know about Nick.
She searches for her shoes and promises to sleep if he just lets her out to eat. He pulls her shoes from the trash.
Sally and Adam go to Society and she complains about how she can’t eat anything on the menu. She worries about Nick and wishes she could call him.
She also wants hot sauce. He hopes the baby will be just like her and his mother.
She tells him to stop wishing the baby will be nothing like him. They need to hope she will have the best of everyone in both of their families.
They discuss baby names and he suggests Hope. She’s sure that would mean a lot to him. She’ll add it to the list but doesn’t want to talk about it now.
Sally admits she’s terrified and he assures her she’ll be a wonderful mother, even with Nick in the picture.
She has a spasm and gasps. Adam holds her and promises to get her to the hospital.
They arrive at the hospital and find Elena. Sally has pain and the doctor runs off to get some nurses.
At Sharon’s, Cameron startles her by walking down the stairs. She asks where her daughter is. He points out this is the first time they’ve been alone.
He thinks she’s as beautiful as the day they’d met. He’s going for recently incarcerated but ruggedly handsome. He thought about her more than she can imagine. She was always in his heart, just like she’s a part of him.
Faith is fine for now but what happens next is up to her. He wants her and he wants more than conversation.
If she agrees to spend the rest of her life with him, Faith can come home. He blames Nick for everything going wrong last time but he’s sure she’ll make the right choice this time.
Sharon tells him he’s put her in an impossible situation. She can’t be free to think about them unless she knows her daughter is okay.
He claims he would never hurt her daughter unless he has to. She asks to see Faith.
Cameron knows she’s a therapist now and trying to manipulate him.
When he looks into her heart, he sees a woman resigned to being alone because every man in her life has let her down. None of them have loved her the way he has. Even after she sent him to jail for twenty years, he still wants her. That’s how pure his love is. No other woman is her.
She heard about the one he beat up and tells him abuse isn’t love.
He thinks he feels things more deeply than other people do. Taking Faith was the only way to get her attention. What’s between them is real and unstoppable.
He still has lots of money and can give them whatever life she wants.
She says this is her home and what she wants. He thinks she’s better than serving coffee and listening to sad sacks drone about their trauma.
“I’m listening to you, aren’t I?” she says.
He says their connection brought them together and he will never let her down the way Nick has. Nick is the reason for her unhappiness.
Sharon demands he prove Faith is okay. He only wants to talk about the two of them. If other people are too distracting, he will “remove” them.
She tells him Nick and Chance will be there any minute and there’s no way out for him. He explains that he called Nick while he was upstairs and won’t be back for a while.
Cameron thinks her threats are empty. He’s sent the cops on a wild goose chase.
“There’s no way out of this for you,” he says.
Sharon agrees to do whatever he wants if he lets Faith go. She agrees to go with him if they free Faith on the way.
He pulls her into a kiss. Nick rushes down the stairs and declares she’s not going anywhere with him.
Kirsten punches him. Nick yelps and throws him to the floor, pounding on him.
Sharon pulls Nick off. Cameron punches Nick again and then hits him with a bookend.
Sharon screams for security and Cameron runs off, reminding her he has her child. Nick gets up and stumbles after him.
He returns and explains that Cameron escaped through a hole in the wall. He’s been tunelling into the house.
Sharon is sure that Kirsten is headed after Faith right now.
