Jack isn’t happy when Tucker shows up at the Abbott estate to see Ashley.
Since he’s there, he wants to fill them in on no longer being a threat to Jabot. Ashley joins them as Jack declares he doesn’t buy this.
Tucker wonders where Kyle and Billy are and is surprised to see Diane and Ashley on side.
McCall wants to declare peace and lay down his sword. Jack says they aren’t accepting it.
Declaring peace a two-way street, Tucker offers his hand. Jack tells him to put it down.
He’s sick of this war and waiting for the next move.
McCall claims he’s feeling drained and wants to focus on his new business, letting go of the negative.
He tells Ashley he will buy her half of Glacade, whatever it costs. He’ll never go after Jabot again.
Extending her hand, she says they have a deal if he has the cash. They shake and he exits.
This seems too easy to Jack. They assume Tucker suspects something.
Jack has to drink some water to calm down and they wonder how they can destabilize Tucker. They can launch their smear campaign.
Diane points out they need to wait until Ashley is free and clear and then complains about Billy not showing up.
Ashley walks off to call her lawyer, leaving Jack and Diane to debate Billy’s part in their plan.
He won’t argue this. Billy and their son are where they belong.
At the GCAC bar, Tucker sends Audra a text saying they should meet.
Kyle and Audra have sex in her suite. When they relax, he wonders what’s on her mind. She tells him he needs to stop dragging his heels about getting dirt on Jabot.
Having sex makes her more focused on work. He’s not crazy it makes her think about Tucker.
Audra tells him to step up or her boss will think he’s playing them. He needs to prove his loyalty.
Kyle doesn’t know what useful information he could have so she reminds him he’s COO and should know something.
He needs more of an indication of their game plan.
Once he pulls on his shorts, he asks if Tucker is just playing everyone, trying to get them all riled up when nothing is happening.
Audra isn’t stupid but she’s trust McCall for now. Maybe if Kyle can give him something of value, they can figure out what he’s planning.
Kyle worries about this could mean for her, but she says she has Newman Media to fall back on.
She’s only going to leave that job if she knows this plan is a certainty. They make out.
After sex, he asks her to agree that if Tucker keeps evading details, she needs to recognize they are being played.
She wonders if Kyle is playing her but he claims he’s genuinely concerned.
When she heads to the bathroom, Tucker shows up.
“Gee Kyle, what are you doing here?” he asks as he looks at his unbuckled belt.
He’s annoyed Kyle hasn’t even been showing up to work. Kyle advises him to dial it down and admits he’s frustrated by the lack on information.
If McCall wants him to prove his loyalty, he needs to know the game plan or he’s walking.
Audra joins them and wants to know the game plan too.
Sitting, Tucker explains that he wants some lucrative information on a new product being developed. He wants the formula and their company will launch it first.
Then he will frame Diane or Billy as the mole and that will rock the company.
Once McCall is gone, Audra asks if he believes that plot. He’s not sure. It’s not like Tucker thinks he would frame Diane.
He assumes that he will be the sacrificial lamb and Audra will be sacrificed too. Will she help him turn this against Tucker, or will she side with him?
Down in the dining room, Tucker answers a call from Ashley. He agrees to the figure she’s settled on for the company.
The call ends immediately.
At home, Ashley turns to her brother and Diane to say it’s done. He feels like they are near victory.
“Finally, we will put an end to Tucker McCall,” he says.
