Stitch thinks it’s a leap and asks them not to panic but Tessa says that the messages she sent don’t sound like her. It also sounds like a flat-out lie about a work trip. She was sketchy in the past. She recalls Ian Ward’s name but he is still locked up. Stitch wonders if she was the target since she’s a singer. Could an enemy of hers want to hurt Mariah? Tessa worries more. “What if Mariah’s in danger because of me?” She recalls when her sister was forced into a prostitution ring that she made enemies.
