Thur Dec 7: Today on Young and Restless, Lily gets called away to see Maddie, Nate and Devon bicker, and Jack suspects that Tucker is just playing a mind-game.
Wednesday’s recap: After Nikki’s AA meeting, she and Victor came to a conclusion about Jordan, who checked into a Genoa City motel.

Nate joins Devon and Lily at Crimson Lights. He expects the worse when they ask him to sit.
Devon spoke to Victor for his side of things and Nate can imagine what he said.
Nick didn’t say anything good to Lily either.
When Nate threatens to walk, they tell him to sit and listen.
He sits and they run over what happened and Newman. Devon has serious doubts about him.
Lily has less and is sure he wants to change. She’d like to help and give him the strength of his family to lean on.
Nate says he doesn’t need saving. Just a chance.
Devon says they need to stay united to fight off Tucker. They are willing to give him another shot.
Nate is touched. This means more than they know.
Devon makes it clear this is provisional. Nate is humbled by the trust and promises to make Lily proud.
They’ve talked to Jill and they think he belongs in the project development division. He can’t wait to get started.
When Lily walks off to take a call, Nate asks Devon what he thinks.
Devon thinks this could work if he wants it to work.
Hastings talks about how ruthless Victor is and what an eye-opener that was.
His cousin hopes he’s happy out of the c-suite and tells him to be grateful.
Nate is, especially to Lily. Devon makes it clear they will be keeping an eye on him.
His cousin assumes they will be repeating the past and Devon will constantly be breathing down his neck.
Lily returns and explains there is a wildfire at Maddies’s school so it’s in lockdown.
Devon offers to call the jet and tells her all will be okay.
She runs off.
Nate and Devon talk about how things like this put everything in perspective.
Nate insists he’s back on track and thanks him again for this opportunity.
Devon warns that if he breaks Lily’s heart again, they are done.
At the penthouse, Lily calls Charlie to tell him about his sister.
Daniel rushes in and tells her that they won’t let her near the campus until the fire is contained.
She keeps dropping stuff. He clears his schedule so he can go with her.
Lily says she will be fine and he can’t jeopardize his launch.
They hug.

Tucker says hello to Jill at Society. She insults him. He offers her a drink.
She tells him there’s no chance he will ever make Chancellor-Winters his. She’s made legal provisions to insure that.
Sitting with her, he says there’s a lot to unpack there.
Mamie walks in and spots them. She strolls over and joins in the bickering.
Jill accuses them of being in cahoots against her. Mamie won’t cahoot with the man who broke Ashley’s heart.
He says Ashley isn’t the issue and prods Jill to name her price.
She feels like they keep having this conversation. There’s no price that would convince her to sell.
Jill only trusts Mamie slightly more because her family keeps her in line but Tucker is a loose cannon.
“I suppose all you want is world peace,” he jokes.
Jill claims she has a big arsenal and she will use it.
Tucker is sure that she loves Chancellor-Winters and is freaked out that things are far from firm there with the Winters crew united.
When he needles her about Billy, she snaps. He thinks she’s an army of one and it’s just sad.
He may feel sorry for her, but he’s not backing down.
After he makes another jab at her, he downs a drink and exits.
Jill complains. Mamie says she can get rid of him by cutting a check.
They bicker and Mamie claims she doesn’t trust Tucker any more than she does.
Jill asks her to prove it. “Girl, I don’t have to prove anything to you,” says Mamie.
Jill suggests they call a truce to help each other and the people they love.
Tucker corners Mamie at the GCAC and tells her he doesn’t like how their conversation ended.
She doesn’t trust him or want to talk to him after what he did to Ashley.
He says she’s been reaching out to him and she complains Ashley has always been too big hearted for her own good.
They get a table and he tells her that he admires what she’s done for her family.
Jill scares him because he’s sure she’ll fight ugly. He doesn’t want that to affect Devon.
That means he’s waving the white flag and backing off.
Mamie asks what game he’s playing.
At the Abbott estate, Jack and Diane talk about employee evaluations.
She’s impressed that he’s in a good mood and wonders if it’s the holiday spirit.
Smiling Jack is just happy that Kyle is back in the family fold. Life doesn’t get much sweeter than working with his son and wife.
Billy arrives and tells them he just had an interesting conversation with his mom about Tucker.
Jill thinks he’s about to make a move on Chancellor-Winters. They guess he’s back to his original agenda.
Billy explains his mom asked her to join him. She’s feeling outnumbered and she’s worried Mamie’s family ties will sway Lily and Devon.
Jill wants reinforcements. He assures his brother he won’t leave Jabot. However, he does have an idea.
Billy suggests that they work with his mom to neutralize Tucker. They should attack him directly.
Diane says this has merit but Jack worries about Jill’s agenda. He suspects Jill doesn’t feel as threatened as she claims.
This seems like a manipulation to get her son under her wing. She wants to work with family just as he does.
Billy says the goal is still to stop Tucker. Diane agrees and suggests they release the scandal article on Tucker.
They realize that could be buried fast and wouldn’t do much.
Diane points out that Tucker hasn’t actually done anything. This all seems to be a game.
Jack thinks she may have figured out the endgame. They keeps worrying while McCall watches.
Diane suspects there could be more but her husband thinks that Tucker just wants to taunt them over the edge.
It could all be a meaningless mind-game. Diane thinks they are too strong to fall for that.
Jill arrives. She sees they have drinks so she guesses her son is taking her up on her offer.
Billy makes it clear he’s not leaving Jabot.
She assumes they want to gloat but Jack makes it clear they want to discuss Billy’s plan.
They tell her there may be no concrete threat. This could all be mind-games.
Jill has started to think “that weasel” doesn’t have a plan at all.
They sit and ponder this. She thinks this is stupid if it’s all nothing.
But Tucker has his claws in Chancellor so this needs to be resolved.
Billy suggests they form a united front and turn the mind-game back on Tucker.
Jill adds that Mamie has turned on Tucker and is willing to work with her.
Jack thinks they need to push Tucker to the edge and break him once and for all.
