In the Friday, March 4, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila tells Thomas more than she intended, Bill blames everything on Ridge, and Hope listens to Brooke vent.
We also have Thursday’s B&B recap where Brooke wondered if Taylor and Ridge belong together and Sheila claimed that she broke Brooke and Ridge up.
At Forrester Creations, Taylor and Ridge talk about what people will say. Someone walks in and asks what’s going on between he and Brooke. He hands Ridge some paperwork and asks him to encourage Carter to come out with his friends tonight. When he asks about Brooke again, Ridge says let it go.
When they are left alone, Taylor tells Ridge he shouldn’t feel bad about caring for Brooke. That’s one of his best qualities. He can’t understand why Brooke lied to him after all they have gone through. Why did any of this happen?
She knows he doesn’t want to hurt anyone but is glad she can help him through this. He doesn’t have to go through it alone. Brooke has her family to lean on and he has his. Right now, he should just let things breathe. They hold each other.
At the Cliffhouse, Sheila tells Thomas that she is the reason that his mother and father are back together. He can’t accept that she would ever do anything good. The family don’t need her screwing things up and want her to stay away. Sheila tells him that his mother’s luck didn’t miraculously change. Taylor and Ridge’s reunion is because of her.
Thomas says that everyone knows what happened and she had nothing to do with it. “If you believe that, you are just as delusional as Brooke,” she says, asking why he thinks Brooke got drunk in the first place. “What did you do?” he asks.
Sheila refuses to explain and repeats that Brooke only got what she ordered. Thomas says she ordered non-alcoholic champagne. “Really?” Sheila asks, she didn’t know you can get drunk on that stuff.
Thomas explains Hope was there when the booze was delivered. He asks if she spiked the drink. Is she saying that Brooke drank alcoholic champagne without realizing it? She smiles awkwardly and plays with her hair. Thomas guesses she tampered with the drink.
He is sure she pushed Brooke off the wagon to sabotage her relationship with Ridge. His father calls and asks him to the office for lunch. Thomas is in the middle of something and needs some more time to dig into something unexpected.
After he gets off the phone, Sheila tells him she deserves gratitude because for the first time in years, his family has the opportunity for a true reunion. Would he deny his parents the chance at long-lasting happiness? If he keeps quiet, he will have the family he has always dreamed of.
Back at Forrester Creations, Ridge tells Taylor that their son was being cryptic and that’s rarely a good thing.

At Il Giardino, Bill is eating with his sons. They discuss Ridge and Brooke. Bill complains that Ridge has never made her happy. Liam has noticed what a toll this is taking on her.
Bill doesn’t accept that Ridge really believes Brooke wants Deacon, he’s just using it as an excuse to run to Taylor. She deserves more than she’s ever gotten from Ridge. His sons think this is kind of rich coming from him.
Bill insists he’s telling it like it is. Ridge is a deadbeat like Deacon, but he’s never been held accountable.
He quit again. Liam points out how Steffy and Thomas have pressed the issue and Bill says that just gave Forrester another excuse to abandon his wife.
Wyatt points out that Ridge and Brooke have gone through this sort of thing before. Liam says Hope thinks this might be the final nail in the coffin. But it’s weird… Brook inexplicably decided to blow her life up.
At home, Brooke tells Hope she may just have to accept the situation and leave Ridge to be with Taylor. She has betrayed his trust. Maybe it is time to set him free. Hope thinks she is just punishing herself. Brooke still can’t wrap her mind around how this has happened.
Hope blames herself but Brooke insists everything is her fault. It was her decision not to tell Ridge the whole truth. She’s starting to think Taylor might be the right woman for him after all.
Hope doesn’t believe that Ridge will be better off with Taylor and is sure her mother doesn’t think so either.
She doesn’t want to see her throwing years of experience away as though his potential life with Taylor is more important than his actual life with his wife.
Brooke thinks she should have just told Ridge the truth from the beginning. Her daughter promises it is not too late.
