In the Tuesday, April 12, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Taylor stops Sheila from jumping off the roof, and Thomas tries to tell Steffy to keep fighting to stay alive.
We also have Monday’s B&B recap where Taylor found Sheila trying to kill herself by jumping off the hospital building.
On top of the hospital roof, Sheila sobs, “I’m coming. I’m coming, Finn.” She’s ready to jump as Taylor appears in the door and yells at her not to do it. “Don’t jump!”
Inside, Ridge looks in on Steffy and Thomas tells him Sheila ran off. “Mom’s concerned about her,” he says. Hope and Liam pop in and Hope’s sorry this is happening.
Thomas goes to Steffy’s side. Bridget tells him there’s no change. She urges Thomas to tell Steffy to fight. She leaves him alone and he asks his sister to pull through.
Bridget leaves and Ridge asks a nurse to tell her that he needs to see her. The nurse promises to do that but she’s busy at the moment. Once she’s gone, Ridge barks about needing her.

Back on the roof, Sheila tells Taylor that Finn’s gone. She gave him up so he’d have a better life and this is her fault. Taylor asks how that’s her fault. She didn’t do any of this. “Please don’t blame yourself for this.” Sheila gawps at her.
She wanted to show him she’d changed and for what? It did no good and now her son is dead. “My son is dead,” she repeats over and over. “I wanna be too,” she says. Taylor asks her to live for Hayes. “Take my hand,” she says.
Sheila asks Taylor to tell Hayes how much she loves him. Sheila doesn’t think that she’ll get to see him again but Taylor reminds her of Christmas Eve. Taylor witnessed how she’s grown. “I haven’t,” Sheila says.
Taylor insists it’s about progress. Not perfection. She’s sorry this happened to Finn and her but asks her to stay so they can find who did this terrible thing. They’ll ensure they’re brought to justice.
Sheila moves closer to the edge and then Taylor grabs her hand. Sheila fumbles and Taylor gets pulled up over the edge.
Sheila grabs her arm and Taylor screams. “Don’t drop me!” Taylor looks over the edge, in fear.
Back inside, Bridget finds Ridge. He demands answers but she has none. She tells him to pray that his kid wakes up soon. She leaves him with family.
Meanwhile, Thomas keeps talking to Steffy, reminding her she’s a fighter. “Let me see that fighter.” It’s just been the two of them since Phoebe left. He sobs that she’s all he’s got.
He asks if she saw…if she knows that Finn’s gone, and then he cries at how sorry he is. Steffy doesn’t move so he goes back outside to family. Hope asks if she can have a moment with her.
Thomas tells her to prepare herself. It’s not easy to see her that way. Hope goes in and Liam tells Ridge and Thomas that he doesn’t know how to do this. He doesn’t know how to live life without Steffy.
Inside, Hope talks to Steffy. She can’t believe this is happening, that she has to go through this. Everyone’s praying for her. Hope doesn’t know how someone could take a gun and be so cruel. She tears up a little.
She knows things are strained between them but when she wakes up, she doesn’t want that for them anymore. She never wanted it. It’s so pointless now.
They made a pledge to be united as a family and it’s the kids that brought them together. She talks about making new memories together. She begs Steffy to fight for her children. “We can’t lose you!”
Outside, Thomas brings coffee to his dad and Liam.
