In the Monday, August 29, 2022, full episode recap of CBS’ Bold and the Beautiful, Hope spreads the news Deacon has a new woman, Deacon wants Sheila out, and Carter has a romantic surprise for Quinn.
We also have Friday’s B&B recap where Ridge got in Deacon’s face before he burst in on scissor-wielding Sheila as Hope began to think she recognized her.
At Deacon’s, Hope is sure she recognizes disguised Sheila. Deacon insists they have never met. Hope remains sure she is familiar. He tells his daughter she’s always welcome but maybe call first.
Once he’s scooted her out, he tells Sheila to stay away from his kid if she’s going to stick around. She tells him to relax. They bicker and she tells him he’s overreacting.
Seeing her with Hope has brought him back to his senses. She claims she would never hurt his daughter. He reminds her of what she did to her son.
Sheila thinks he’s mean. He wants her out immediately. She orders him to take a deep breath and pull himself together. She’s sure that Hope won’t figure out who she is. He didn’t.
Deacon says this is no game. She’s aware of that. They’re in this together.
When she touches his chest, she tells him how fast his heart is beating and suggests they relieve the stress in the shower.
At Brooke’s, Liam tells her and Ridge about all the fun Douglas is having at Eric’s.
He wonders if he should wait around for Hope. Arguing about Deacon erupts.
Brooke won’t let anyone stop Hope from having a relationship with her father. Ridge brings up how Sheila used Deacon.
Hope arrives and Liam asks if she found her dad. When he asks if he was acting squirrely, she wonders why.
They explain Ridge confronted him tonight.
Hope explains there’s a new woman in Deacon’s life.
This surprises everyone. She says he seemed kind of nervous around her. She would have liked more of an opportunity to talk to her.
Her name is Lena and she has the strange sense she’s met her before. She doesn’t know why her dad hasn’t said anything about her.
Ridge is sure only a crazy woman would want to be with Deacon.

At Forrester Creations, Quinn and Zende work at accessorizing his new designs.
They tell each other how amazing they are.
Carter strolls in to remark on how beautiful she is. As they kiss, Zende notes how happy they are.
Quinn said it was a long road with many twists.
Zende is sure they want some alone time, so he takes off. Quinn and Carter make out.
Once they are alone, he pulls out some wine and tells her he wants to give her a special surprise.
She says he always surprises her.
He’s always been the one who hears her. Who knew he would be so kind and they would have so much in common?
She’s not sure she will ever get over how a woman like her could be lucky enough to fall for him.
They kiss. After they eat, they kiss again and share wine.
She loves how thoughtful he is. There was a time she thought she was too strong and independent for this, but she realized she needs this kind of attention.
He finds her self-awareness sexy and brave and beautiful.
It’s what attracted him to her. She can see the truth in a situation. She sees more deeply than anyone he’s ever met.
When he looks in his eyes, he can see their whole future. She tells him he’s chiseled to perfection and kisses him again.
