Thur Dec 21, 2023: Today on General Hospital, Michael gives Ned his proxy, Sonny learns about the gun Ava received, and Sasha lays into Spinelli for chasing Cody off.
Wednesday’s GH recap: Anna and Valentin said goodbye, Spinelli moved in with Maxie, and Marshall and Stella nearly kissed.
Sasha drops gifts off at Maxie’s. She lights up when Cody pops up in his Santa hat.
He tells Sasha he has her present wrapped but didn’t know she would be there. He hands out gifts to Maxie and Felicia.
She tells him Mac is in Argentina on a fact-finding mission.
Maxie notices it is quiet and worries about what the kids are up to. She runs off to check on them.
Spinelli arrives and demands to know what Cody is doing there. Felicia is confused by his rage.
Cody explains they got off on the right foot and he wasn’t nice to Spinelli. He thought they’d gotten over that.
Spinelli hasn’t and reminds him Christmas Eve is for family. Cody takes the hint and heads for the door.
The Qs invited him to join them. He wishes them Merry Christmas and exits.
Sasha tells Spinelli he was completely out of line. He’ll admit Cody has been heroic on occasion, but he’s duplicitous and deceptive.
Sasha says he’s saved her life and earned her trust. She walks out.
Felicia tells Spinelli that what Sasha said is true. He gets that he needs to be more open to that. Although he’s sure Cody has something up his sleeve, he walks out to find him.
When Sasha and Maxie return, Felicia says that Spinelli may be on to something. Something about Cody seems off.
Maxie says this is not a “Peter situation” and Cody isn’t a sociopath. Felicia is thinking about when they thought he was Mac’s son.
Sasha flashes back to Cody admitting he lied about the results. Maxie can’t imagine anyone lying about not being Mac’s son.
None of this adds up to Felicia and she can’t stop thinking about it.
In the stables, Michael tells Ned that he wants truce. Thinking of Nina urging him to throw Ned off track, he tells Ned he’s giving him everything he ever wanted.
He’s giving him the voting proxy on half his ELQ shares. Ned assumes there’s a catch and accuses him of doing Nina’s dirt work.
Michael makes it clear that he’s only giving him temporary control contingent on his silence.
Ned wonders why he’s not jumping at the chance to drive Nina out of his family. Willow interrupts to say she’s getting the kids ready.
Once she’s gone, Michael says that Nina gets to stay because exposing her now wouldn’t fix anything and would cause pain.
He hands Ned the proxy. Ned hopes he knows what he’s doing because he wouldn’t trust Nina.
Later, Spinelli tracks Cody down in the stables to tell him he regrets the way he reacted to seeing him at Maxie’s.
Cody recognizes that’s not an apology. Spinelli won’t give him one, but he does see that he is getting closer to Maxie’s family.
He reminds him that he is Georgie’s father and he’s sure they will cross paths. He wants a truce.
Cody accepts. Spinelli warns that if he steps out of line, he will find himself in danger.
Cody warns him to step away from the horse, but it bites Spinelli.
The stable hand suggests he have that checked out and apologizes again for all he did to him. He appreciates how much he cares about Maxie’s family and assures him he will never hurt him.
That means nothing to Spinelli, who warns he will be watching him.
At the Quartermaine estate, Tracy isn’t impressed by the flashing antlers that Willow is wearing. Lois announces she brought enough for everyone.
Tracy narrows her eyes and Lois tries goading her into wearing some antlers.
BLQ gets between them as Tracy starts trashing the “bridge and tunnel chicks” and Lois tells her to shove it.
They start arguing about public transit and Willow finds an excuse to sneak out.
Tracy gets sick of this endless digressing and agrees to wear the antlers. As she begs for a peaceful Christmas, Yuri wheels Monica in.
Tracy suggests she find accommodations more comfortable for her but Monica likes a full house and says Lois is welcome.
As Monica tells Lois how much she enjoys watching her stick it to Tracy, Tracy apologizes to Olivia for upsetting her. She won’t apologize to Lois.
She brings up the fact that Lois was also married to Ned and realizes that she and her old friend have never hashed this out.
Ned walks in and looks confused by all the antlers.
Lois and Olivia talk and Liv tells her to stay as long as she wants. Lois wants to stay to annoy Tracy but she doesn’t want to overstay her welcome.
Olivia gets vocal about insisting she stay. Ned brings them eggnog. His wife looks at him looking at Lois.
