Tues Dec 12, 2023: Today on General Hospital, Kristina tells Sam about the surrogacy, BLQ offers to help Maxie, and Tracy is relieved that Ned is back to normal.
Monday’s GH recap: Tracy declared the Q mansion looks like Coney Island, and got BLQ’s news, and Dante needed to hold the WSB accountable.
Liesl joins Scott at Kelly’s an immediately reminds him they have broken up. She demands to know why he asked her there.
He thinks they ended to soon. She reminds him that his lies ended their bond.
Obrecht insists their problems are insurmountable. He still thinks they are a good match.
She suggests he’s just avoiding being alone and doesn’t want to settle. The lawyer asks if she’s at least a little lonely.
Scott knows she’s been traveling because she’s been hiding from her grief.
Liesl storms out and he chases after her, urging her to let him in. He’s buried three children and knows what she’s going for.
He’s sure if they discuss it, they can grow closer. Obrecht says he can’t be more wrong.
She doesn’t want anyone helping her. She managed to go on after Nathan because of Britta. But she cannot make sense of being alive when her children are gone.
Only redeeming herself for her grandson seems to make sense.
Scott understands. That’s how he thinks of Liz’s kids.
He’s sure they both want love and could be crazy about each other again.
This isn’t wooing her. Liesl refuses to settle and hopes he finds a happy ending, but it won’t be with her.
Mr Brennan sits with Roman at the bar. Roman wonders why they keep meeting there when Corinthos’ ex owns the joint.
Brennan claims he comes for the ambiance. The only person who could recognize him is Anna.
He suggests that Roman return to DC but find the report that Forsythe stole before he goes.
He’s annoyed that someone eliminated Forsythe prematurely and Roman worries that searching could expose them.
Brennan says that whoever has the file now will have to be dealt with.
Tracy interrupts Ned playing guitar in the Quartermaine kitchen and worries that Eddie has not really gone away.
She complains that the “pink ladies from Bensonhurst” must have been having her on about him recovering his senses.
He confirms he has. She hugs him and tells him she missed him.
They joke about his head industry and then she slaps him, telling him he’s wasted time.
She tells him to put the guitar away and focus on stopping Michael from taking over ELQ.
When BLQ arrives at Deception, she listens through the door to Maxie telling her mom about her financial woes.
She enters and asks if all is okay. Maxie says everything is great.
Her friend admits she was eavesdropping. Maxie doesn’t explain so her friend shows her the ring and announces her engagement.
Maxie is impressed by the stone but wonders what the rush down the aisle is.
BLQ assures her it’s not a shotgun wedding but she needs a planner. Her friend is eager to help.
The Quartermaine offers her help in return.
Maxie tells her about her debt and how mac and Felicia want to help. BLQ offers to lend her the money.
Maxie turns her down and BLQ reminds her that she’s responsible for her problem. Maxie still refuses. They hug.
Once BLQ leaves, Lucy shows up and announces she may have made a mistake.
She tells her about having drinks with Scott and how lonely he is since things ended with Liesl.
Lucy sympathizes with him and worries that could lead to cheating, as it has in the past. That could ruin the rest of her life.
As she complains about Scott being the catalyst for some of her worst decisions, he arrives.
Maxie escapes and Scott asks Lucy if she wants to go to Florida with him to see Serena.
Back at the Quartermaine estate, Tracy and BLQ talk about Sasha and the Deception campaign. Tracy is relieved they stopped Blaze from taking over.
Her granddaughter brings up Deception. She’s reconsidered her offer.
Until she gets more clients, it will be tough to live on Chase’s salary so she needs to supplement her income.
Tracy would be delighted for her to join her at Deception. She can’t wait to start teaching her.

Willow drops by Nina’s office and asks if she’s been pulling away from her. Nina claims she’s just been jammed for the holidays.
Her daughter asks if she did anything to upset her. Nina repeats she’s been swamped by work.
She asks about gifts for the children and starts taking notes. She appreciates all the help.
Willow is happy they are spending Christmas Eve together and suggests the kids open their presents then.
Nina would love that if Michael is okay with it. Willow can’t imagine why he wouldn’t be.
Ned shows up, happy to see both of them. He tells them Drew will be in Australia for Christmas and makes some vague warning.
Once Willow takes off, Ned tells Nina how tempted he was to let her daughter know she was the one who turned in Drew and Carly.
She points out that they were guilty. They argue.
He doesn’t buy that this was about justice. She just wants to keep things quiet so she won’t ruin her relationships.
Nina assumes he wants something or else he would have blown up her life already.
Ned wants to make a deal. He’ll continue taking the blame if she gets him some insider information on Aurora.
She points out she has no access to the parent company and everyone involved hates her.
Ned is sure she can be resourceful when her back is against the road and demands she get the intel or he will exposed her.
Dante takes Forsythe’s keys down to the lockers. He opens it and takes out a narrow, wrapped box.
He takes it to the bank and gets a safety deposit box.
Opening it, he looks through the reports it contains and the photos inside. “Who are you?” he wonders.
Before he boxes everything up, he takes the wallet.
Back at Kelly’s, Kristina joins Sam at a table and orders something extravagant. She tells her sister she’s indulging while she can.
She tells Sam that she and Molly decided that she would be the surrogate.
Sam reminds her of how big that is and how she wanted her to think about that before committing.
Her sister admits she wasn’t ready before but now she is. She wants to give Molly and TJ what they want.
She assumes Sam has objections and questions. Sam does but thinks she’s doing this out of a place of love and supports her.
After Kristina goes, Sam worries about where Dante is.
Willow jogs in and startles her, asking about the holidays.
As soon as Dante walks in, Sam runs over to him with a hug.
