Tues Oct 24 GH recap: Portia does an about-face with her thoughts on Spencer, Martin tells Michael that Nina will go after him if he crosses her, and Mason gloats to TJ that he’ll get out of this mess unscathed.
Lucy complains to Scott about Tracey taking 51% of her company.
Scotty says to do it or things will get worse. Laura appears and needs to talk to Scotty. “Now!”
He grimaces and follows her out. She asks what compelled him to get her brother out of prison.
Scotty didn’t break him out. She says he may as well have.
He’s walking the streets.
She’s shocked that he was just there and Scotty admits he told Cyrus it was a one-shot deal.
Mac blasted him for doing the same thing.
She’s glad and asks how he was paid since her brother said he gave away all his money.
Scott tells her about Cyrus mentioning a fund that helps prisoners reform and Laura explodes.
That’s the fund he donated his money to!
They agree he’s resourceful and Laura asks if this was just a payout for him.
He asks if she wants him to chase ambulances.
He admits the doctor and warden spoke on his behalf and he did seem to have changed.
She gets a text and runs while he returns to Lucy, who hasn’t yet signed the papers.
He runs off to take a call about a deal and returns to the table. Lucy’s gone. “Took my pen!” He exclaims.
At the hospital, Austin grabs Cyrus and pulls him into a closet.
He threatens him with a scalpel.
He did everything he asked and still, he tried to kill Ava?
Cyrus will forgive this “clumsy transgression,” he says, knowing he has feelings for Ava.
He demands he take his hands off him and says he needs to get him in to see Mason.
Portia arrives home early to spend lunch with her baby, she tells Curtis.
He tells her he went outside and looked at the photos Trina took in New York. There are a lot with Spencer.
He shows her and she says it’s fine. They seem to care about each other and she doesn’t want to butt in.
They lunch outside and when she gets a text, they embrace and kiss.
She runs into Laura on the way out who thanks her for giving her time with Curtis.
They talk about Cyrus being out and Portia asks not to mention it to Curtis just yet. 
Laura and Curtis catch up.
She’s sorry she was gone for so long. He knows it was for a good cause.
Mac and Dante are doing all they can to find his shooter, Laura says.
They talk about their bond and hold hands.
Yuri gets Lois a lemonade at the Quartermain house.
She thinks he’s cute and admits she invited Chase over.
BLQ is pissed that she’s using him to help change her mind about Tracy’s offer and threatens to never speak to her if she does it.
Chase appears. They talk about Tracy and BLQ says she’s in NYC for the day.
Lucy says hello to Lois and then puts Brook Lynn on blast. BLQ lets her rant and then Lucy signs the papers on Yuri’s back and throws them in BLQ’s face.
“Please, please tell your grandmother she can kiss… No.. I’m too much of a lady,” she says, stomping out. Yuri asks if he should lock the door but Brook Lynn says it’s a little late.
She kicks Lois under the table to shut up about Tracy and they talk about the music Blaze showed her and Brook Lynn plays it while Lois asks Chase to sign along.
He does and Yuri appears and listens for a bit.
Sonny and Nina make out in his office. She shows him the photos she got for Ava and Carly of the kids from the wedding.
They’re glad Ava’s okay. She can’t stop looking at Wiley.
They make out more and she takes off for work.

At Aurora Media, Michael plays the recording he made of Martin confirming Nina rattled on Carly and Drew to the SEC.
It’s time he told his father. Martin strolls in and tells him to reconsider.
The recording wasn’t a surprise and it’s not admissible in court.
Michael doesn’t care. He thinks Nina destroyed his mom’s life.
Martin says he always researches people.
He knows what “Miss Reeves” has done in the past. Since they both know what she’s capable of, Michael should know what’s to come when he takes away everything that’s dear to her.
Martin’s afraid, knowing about her past. If he’s going to pull the trigger, he should dig two graves.
Michael sits, deep in thought after the lawyer leaves.
TJ goes to Mason at GH to tell him he should make a full recovery. “Whopee,” Mason says.
TJ says he’ll be behind bars soon but Mason admits he’s gotten out of worse spots.
TJ takes off, shaking his head. Austin takes Cyrus in to see Mason and details what just happened.
Cyrus vowed to assure Miss Jerome was brought to safety. He never goes back on his word. Mason agrees, looking worried.
Cyrus demands he tell his cousin the last words he said to him when he was with Ava.
“Take her home,” Mason says. Cyrus says he disobeyed him and he’s not happy about him. He dodged a bullet since Ava’s okay, he gives his word that the pain he felt when he was shot will pale in comparison if he ever betrays him again.
When Mason just nods, Cyrus yells, “Say it!” Mason complies and Cyrus slaps his arm.
Outside, TJ finds Portia and tells her about Mason and how creeped out he is by the man.
When Cyrus comes from Mason’s room, he skirts past Portia.
Michael overhears his dad telling Sal on a call he’s the happiest he’s been in his life.
Michael looks grim as he says he has something to tell him.
Sonny shows him the photos of the kids Nina had put into frames for everyone.
Michael agrees not to spoil the surprise. Sonny says he knows what it’s like to love someone so much it hurts.
Nothing against Carly. Sonny thinks that Nina can use her magazine to help Drew and Carly and goes to make a call when Michael barks for him to stop.
He almost spills the news but decides against it and calls to talk to Nina, who is unavailable.
Back at Metro Court, Martin arrives and Scott tells him if he sees Lucy to tell her to give him his pen back.
Nina appears and says she just heard what he did. He was supposed to file some contracts by end of day.
Martin scrambles, thinking she was confronting him about tattling on her.
Lucy barges in on BLQ, Chase and Lois, demanding to see Tracy.
