Wednesday, Nov 22, 2023: Today on General Hospital, Anna freaks Charlotte out, Nina agrees to help Curtis with his investigation, and Alexis suggests Martin take Finn’s case.
Tuesday’s GH recap: Sonny put Cyrus on notice, Anna ended things with Valentin, and Charlotte made a tearful revelation to Nina.
At home, Sasha smiles as she looks at the photos of she and Cody and then picks up a picture of Brando. Sonny arrives.
He sits down with her and they chat about her getting back to work and how well it is going.
The mobster wants to discuss her finances. He wants her accounts audited so they can see how much Gladys stole.
She doesn’t see the point but thanks him for being merciful and only sending Gladys back to Connecticut.
He thinks she also deserves to get her money back.
He feels responsible because he always knew how lousy Gladys is. He should never have allowed her to be Sasha’s guardian.
Sonny wants to reimburse her for every dime she lost.
She is touched by the gesture but doesn’t need the money. If this ordeal has taught her anything, it’s that she’s stronger than she thought.
He’s happy for her and she’s happy for the first time in ages. Now she sees every day as a gift.
When he continues offering to help, she suggests he make a charitable donation in Brando’s name.
Curtis meets with Nina at the Metro Court. She apologizes for not getting in touch sooner.
He’s not sure she’ll be so happy after he asks her for a favor.
They talk about the case of his shooting coming up with no leads. He wants her to give him complete access to the hotel as he investigates for himself.
She gives him the master key but she’s not sure they still have the security footage. It might be on the mainframe.
Nina gives him her password to the system and they talk about who the person who shot him intended to hit. If they were after Sonny, she definitely wants them caught.
He’s impressed that she’s fierce about protecting her man. She tells him she’s happier than she’s ever been…but she’s scared to death.
Having everything means she has everything to lose. He reminds her that Sonny is a survivor and doesn’t need much protection.
She just doesn’t want anyone to take her family away.
He guesses something is bothering her. Reluctantly, she admits there is tension with Michael.
He offers to talk to him but she suggests she needs to deal with this on her own. Curtis will help her if she needs it, no questions asked.
In the mayor’s office, Martin thanks Laura for her help in a real estate case. The topic turns to their brother.
He wishes she could banish Cyrus. She points out this isn’t Sherwood Forest and she’s not sure she would do it if she could.
They both doubt his reform but she thinks they should at least acknowledge him as a sibling.
He’ll admit that part of him wants to believe him. Jordan interrupts.
The lawyer takes off and Jordan says it will only be a matter of time until Cyrus breaks the law so the courts will decide what to do about him.
Jordan asks her to look into something off the record for her. She explains Curtis’ situation and thinks it would be good for him to get involved with this.
The mayor gives her blessing for them to pursue this and points out there is a lot of information to go over.
Jordan thinks it needs some fresh eyes and Laura assures her she won’t hit any red tape.
She tells Laura how great it was to see Curtis being bright-eyed and enthusiastic about something again. Seeing him focused is incredible.

Gregory stops by The Invader and shows Alexis his cane. He admits it makes him feel a bit secure.
He asks her to help his son because Diane can’t since she’s on retainer with the family suing Finn.
Alexis warns this could be a disaster. Diane never loses.
She tells him about how her friend has beaten her court because she’s relentless. She’s sure Diane will make Finn look bad to a jury.
She calls Martin over. After introductions, she explains that Martin can make someone like Valentin seem sympathetic so he should be able to do the same for Finn.
Gregory appreciates the suggestion but it’s not his place to hire a lawyer. He asks Martin if he’s interested.
The lawyer wants information about the case first so they fill him in.
Martin tells him that juries are swayed more by their feelings about those in the case than the facts that are presented. If Finn gets defensive and is confronted with a grieving widow, it will be bad.
The best thing they can do is present him as a consummate doctor who can still do good.
Chase and Dante go to the morgue and are told about a corpse that got run over by a speeding truck. They wonder if the vehicle was driven at him deliberately.
They’ve been looking for video footage but have had no luck. Chase adds that the corpse had three IDs and they were all legit.
Dante suggests he flag the search through the intelligence services.
Once Chase takes off, the mortician shows Dante a key they found in the corpse’s shoe. Dante asks him to bag it and keep it quiet.
Chase hurries back in and says they got a hit on the ID for Jameson Forsyth.
Charlotte flips out when Anna shows up in her hospital room. Anna tells her she didn’t knowingly shoot her.
As she tries to explain, Charlotte screams for help. Valentin and Liz burst in.
Liz backs Anna out as Valentin holds his daughter.
Anna tells the nurse she didn’t want to herm her but Liz says she just did.
The nurse lectures Anna for doing something so unthinkable until Valentin comes out and demands to know what she was doing.
Anna claims she was only trying to undo the damage he and his father did.
He tells her that if she really wants to help, she needs to stay away. Appalled, she accuses him of blaming her.
“No, I blame myself,” he says.
After he walks off, Dante calls and asks her over to the morgue.
Meanwhile, Liz promises Charlotte that Anna won’t be back.
When the nurse goes to Valentin to apologize, he tells her that he’s starting to think Anna just doesn’t like anyone to think she’s wrong.
He returns to his daughter and assures her she’s in no danger. She tells him he’s wrong.
Anna arrives at the morgue and Dante fills her in about the hit and run that was likely a murder. Given that he had three IDs, he suspects he could have been a WSB agent.
He shows her the body and she recognizes him as Jameson Forsyth. She explains that’s the guy she found all the evidence on, the evidence that went missing.
He must have gotten into her apartment. But who killed him and where is the evidence he stole?
