Monday, June 12
Monday’s Days recap!
Bonnie opens her mouth to Justin, blabbing about the baby.
At the Kiriakis house, Bonnie ends a call with Sarah, reassuring her that her pregnancy secret is safe with her.
Bonnie’s so excited when Justin arrives and hugs him. She shows him photos of Emily and says she’s teaching her poker, which is basically math.
Justin laughs, thinking Mimi won’t be pleased about that. When he asks how her visit with Sarah went, she gets “hotter than a billy goat with a blow torch.”
She’s evasive and he comments on it. She claims she has jetlag but Justin reminds her she drove and it’s in the same time zone.
He begs her to open up and she blurts that Sarah’s pregnant with Xander’s baby before giggling.
Chad visits Abby’s grave on the anniversary of her death.
Chad passes on seeing Stephanie so he can spend a long time at Abigail’s grave, talking to her. Julie interrupts with flowers and assumes he wants privacy but he asks her to stay.
She leaves the flowers and they discuss the kids going to Boston with Jack and Jennifer for a visit.
Chad says they’ve been acting out lately and he blames himself.
He wonders what Abby would have felt knowing he was with Steph so soon after her death. He feels guilt.
Julie calls guilt corrosive and tells him not to let it steal his happiness.
He deserves happiness and thinks the ring is holding him back from moving on. He agrees it might be but has been afraid to remove it, making it final.
Once she’s gone, he twists it and finally takes it off, claiming he’ll always love Abby.
Gwen interviews Dimitri.
Dimitri explodes upon finding Leo in Gwen’s room. He ruined his plans and ensured he lost a lot of money.
Leo tries to leave and Dimitri grabs him. Leo yells for Guinevere who comes from the bathroom and tells Dimitri to let go of “Matty.”
Dimitri scoffs at that name and Leo says, “You’re not the only one with an alias, Kyle.” Dimitri barks at Gwennie, asking if she knows what “Matty” did.
She doesn’t know or care. Matty’s her BFF.
She threatens to call the cops and at the same time, Megan texts Dimitri with the hopes that he’s making good on his promise. Leo goes and Gwen defends Leo.
“He’s a lot but he has a good heart and he makes me laugh.” She wants to take him to The Bistro but he wants to stay where it’s more intimate.
He’ll pay for room service and says he’s happy to do this when usually, he doesn’t like interviews.
She smiles curiously and they dine while she asks him questions about himself.
He says he was an only child, raised by his needy mother, who he loves dearly. He always felt like he was the adult in the relationship. She can identify.
Oscar Von Leuschner, his father, didn’t have much of a relationship with him.
He traveled a lot and when he was home, he was cold and distant. He says they were well off but he would have traded it for unconditional love, something he doesn’t believe in.
She does. As he talks, Gwen sees herself in him, not realizing he’s manipulating her after he read her bio.
He says the way he was brought up brought on his need to be loved. Gwen touches her face and says she gets it.
They discuss him loving someone once and that it didn’t work out. He thinks she knows what that’s like and admits he eavesdropped on her conversation about Xander.
She’s uncomfortable but he says he’s sorry. They seem to have a connection. She agrees that it’s uncanny how much they have in common.
Maggie interrupts Xander and Chloe, offering him a job.
Chloe impresses Xander with a new deal from Saxton’s and he wants to kiss her but she’d prefer to keep their relationship professional at work.
Maggie interrupts to tell Xandy that Alex was fired again and she wants him to replace him at Titan.
Xander isn’t sure Uncle Vic would like it but she says it’s up to her. Not him.
Xander’s not sure he’s ready to leave the paper and takes time to consider his options.
Chloe hugs Maggie and agrees to tell Parker she loved the birthday gift she got her before she goes.
It seems like Xander wants to take the job but he prefers to spend time with Chloe. He decides not to take the job.
Besides, he can’t abandon her to battle Gwen. He moves in for a kiss and Leo walks in on them.
They part and he asks for his check. Xander hands it over and goes to talk to Maggie and Leo tells Chloe that Gwen’s on a date and he doesn’t think Chloe has anything to worry about with her.
Still, he thinks Chloe will still play second fiddle to Sarah. Chloe scoffs and Leo takes off, but he does what he came to do. She looks nervous.
Stephanie tells Alex all about Chad.
Steph learns that Alex is working for the competition now.
She tells him Chad isn’t coming over today for their meeting and believes he’s visiting Abigail’s grave.
Alex is concerned that Chad still wears his wedding ring.
Stephaine knows and understands.
Alex is surprised and wonders how she feels living in Abigail’s shadow. Steph gives him the eye and he apologizes.
She says the client wants the numbers crunched. He gives the papers to her and she notices his ring is missing but says nothing.
They sit super close to each other as they get to work.
That isn’t what he meant but Chad’s lucky to have her. Stephanie thanks him. He laughs and credits Dr. Marlena’s therapy.
Once he’s gone, Chad turns up with an apology for missing the meeting. She brushes it off and they kiss.
Maggie arrives home and overhears Bonnie talking to Justin about Sarah being pregnant.
Maggie asks who is pregnant and Bonnie says Mimi’s pregnant and doesn’t want anyone to know.
Maggie agrees to keep quiet and admits she’d love to be a grandmother again. She congratulates Bonnie and goes, leaving Bonnie to curse her lack of lying skills since falling in love with Justin.
Tuesday, June 13
Tuesday’s Days recap!
Nicole has news for Eric about her baby.
Nicole sees Eric in the square. They hope that Abe makes a quick and safe return and Nicole says she and EJ have an appointment with a specialist tomorrow.
Eric hopes this means she’ll be able to carry until term.
She goes to see Chloe at The Spectator and they embrace before Nicole explains she’s pregnant with EJ’s baby. She explains the hallucinogenics story. Chloe prays she gets good news at the doctor’s and learns EJ’s so happy.
When Chloe asks if Nicole’s in love with him she has no answer and tells her friend that she doesn’t wish Eric was the baby’s father. Chloe thinks she’s protesting far too much.
Bonnie tries keeping Sarah’s pregnancy a secret from Xander.
Bonnie chants to herself at the Kiriakis mansion to keep quiet about Sarah’s baby.
She has to stay away from Xander, who strolls in and asks why. She freaks out and covers that she heard him coming with those “big clodhoppers” he wears.
He assumes she’s still afraid of him for holding her captive. She lies that it’s true and he thinks she’s having trauma flashbacks.
She talks about Sarah leaving him while she babbles and says nothing is for certain “except for death and babies and change, death and taxes and change.”
She reveals she’s forgiven him for the kidnapping but he wonders then why she shrieked when he walked in.
She fakes a sneezing attack and covers her face with tissue.
He gets a notification on his phone from the Lady Whistleblower column and mentions someone being pregnant. Bonnie says, “She told you?” Bonnie blathers some more until he says Nicole’s pregnant.
She tells Xandy she’s a “little blowie” and for $4.99 a month, she gets the hot goss before everyone else. Xander’s glad to have her.
They discuss him not taking the job at Titan and that he wants to work with Chloe since they’re sort of together.
Bonnie gets upset and says this will hurt Sarah. She blurts that she saw her when she visited Mimi.
He’s glad to hear she’s well but otherwise, she’s in the past. He takes off and Bonnie thinks after she gives birth, it’ll be different.
She calls Justin and tells him what happened with Xandy and keeps sneezing. She thinks that God is punishing her for lying.
EJ and Stefan fight and Gabi suggests they have a bigger threat.
While Stefan and Gabi canoodle, EJ tells them he secured Megan’s vote for the board. They complain about this at length and he hopes the best DiMera will win.
Megan woos Li.
Li returns home from a trip abroad to see his father, Wen, and looks at the divorce papers sadly before Megan shows up. He’s not impressed, remembering who she is.
She tells him there’s a power struggle at DiMera and she is representing her own interests.
She calls EJ a sweet boy who doesn’t bat in her league when it comes to all things cutthroat.
Li promised his vote to Gabi but Megan asks why he’d do that when she used and betrayed him. She knows what he did to get Gabi back and thinks they should work together.
When he thinks she means killing EJ, she merely stares and then says her brothers are kings, slow-moving pieces while she’s a queen free to move around the board.
Gabi’s an emotional queen she says and brings up the thought of Hope with Bo which makes her have homicidal impulses.
She relates it to how he must feel because Gabi’s with Stefan and not him. She thinks offing Stefan means he’ll get Gabi back.
At the pub, Sloan tells Eric that her brother is still refusing to plead guilty. What he did to Paulina and Chanel was unspeakable but he’s the only family she has left. Eric says she has him and he’s there for her.
They hug and she notices he’s got a lot on his mind. He tells her about running into Nicole and since he wants babies, she suggests he have a baby with her. He says he loves her but doesn’t want to rush into anything.
Back at The Spectator, Nic and Chloe discuss Chloe’s love life with Xander and that they kissed a few times.
She reminds Chloe of the terrible things he’s done but Chloe admits he has his charms.
Rocked, Nicole calls him smug and arrogant and violent. Xander walks in on the discussion and says she has sour grapes for missing out on being with him when she had the chance.
He kisses Chloe and Nicole wants to slap him.
Megan returns home and Li calls to tell her she’s in. EJ eavesdrops as she tells him that with his help, her brother is not long for this world.

Days of our Lives recap!
Paulina asks Steve and John if they found Abe.
John and Steve work hard trying to find Abe, but they tell Paulina that they have nothing so far.
They discuss Nurse Whitley seeing Abe before he went missing.
Paulina knows they understand how worried she is and they’re pretty sure that eventually, they’re going to find him. He’s a recognizable person.
Abe learns something of his past.
At Whitley’s apartment, Abe learns he was mayor, but is puzzled since “Paulina” (Whitley) said he was a retired ice cream shop owner.
He wonders what’s going on. He watches Body and Soul.
Charlemagne asks what ace Kassandra has up her sleeve.
Kassandra says she knows she held Rhett’s twin brother, Thrust, against his will.
Kassandra asks how long she expected to keep her secret.
Char acts innocent and Kassandra says, “Oh don’t play dumb.” The entire town was searching for Thrust while she held him captive.
Abe says to himself, “Well, answer her, Charlemagne.”
Whitley turns up. She knew he’d get into watching her soap.
She wants to put the fishsticks away but he wants to know why she didn’t tell him he was mayor of this town. “Mayor,” Whitley says.
He asks what else she’s lying about. She worries he has his memory back.
He wants answers so she tells him a horrible man named EJ DiMera had him impeached for no reason.
She lies that his “shady opponent” EJ and Jennifer Horton tried to ruin him and then lies that EJ’s been mayor ever since.
More popular than Doug Williams. Abe says it doesn’t feel right. They watch Body and Soul and Charlemange telsl Kassandra she didn’t hold Thrust against his will.
“He was with me because he wanted to be.” Kassandra says BS. Like his brother, Rhett, he had amnesia. Abe’s astounded that both Thrust and Rhett had amnesia. Whitley turns off the tube and wants to play Checkers.
Stefan decides to spend his evening with Gabi.
Stefan tells Gabi that Megan won’t stop at anything to get what she wants.
For tonight, he doesn’t want to talk about his siblings. Instead, they have sex a few times.
Later, Stabi discusses showering together, but first, Stefan will get Cook to make them some dinner.
After overhearing her deadly plans, EJ confronts Megan.
EJ overhears Li on a call discussing murder and she disconnects as EJ confronts her about plotting his demise.
He tells her he won’t be an easy target and tells her to pack up her things. She refuses.
She’s leaving the mansion.
Megan doesn’t like that and says he can’t kick her out.
She’s one of Stefano’s children but EJ says the house belongs to him now, not Stefano, Gabi nor Stefan.
Megan admits she wants to kill Stefan so Gabi will be vulnerable and free up power in the family and company.
He’s surprised she’d do that to her own family and she sniffs. They’re DiMeras. He is sure Father wouldn’t want her to kill her own brother.
Megan asks if he thinks his legacy belongs to him, the little boy he sired with a bucktoothed imbecile via turkey baster?
Elvis tells her not to speak of his mother again and Megan’s bored by his self-righteousness.
Besides, Stefan’s his brother and a decent man. Megan rolls her eyes. EJ thinks he’s conspiring with Kristen and says he’s going to warn Stefan. He’s done a lot of despicable things but he’s not doing this.
When he turns his back, she hits him with a vase. He goes down and she curses him for making her do that.
She drags him to the tunnels as Gabi and Stefan wander in. Stefan finds the vase and complains about the maids not being cautious.
Li convinces Wendy he’s moved on from Gabi.
At the apartment, Wendy overhears Li talking about a big plan on a call with Megan.
He covers that he hired a matchmaker and shows her divorce papers — his divorce is final.
His sister is proud that he moved on and embraces him.
Thursday, June 15
Thursday’s Days recap!
Leo realizes that Gwen has the hots for Dimitri.
At Salem Inn, Leo reads Gwen’s interview with the murderer, Dimitri which came off rather sweet. He thinks she’s soft on the man and gets it.
The scoundrel is easy on the eyes. She starts to tell him about her dinner and he horns in with a story of his own.
She barks at him that she’s trying to tell him about The Bistro. She finally explains that they had a lot in common and there’s a connection there.
Leo seems weirded out and reminds her of his misdeeds.
He thinks the man has an ulterior motive when it comes to Gwen but she only thinks Leo’s jealous but he swears, the guy has a “grand and sinful” plan in store for her.
Leo assumes he used her to rehabilitate his reputation. Gwen shrugs that it’s a good way to get over Xander and can make him see that Leo’s not the annoying person everyone thinks he is.
At the DiMera mansion, Kristen reads the interview and thinks that Dimitri made headway with Gwen.
He’s surprised his mama isn’t waiting to discuss it so Kristen tells him she’ll listen.
They discuss Gwen and how much she finds her savvy and likes her.
Dimitri enjoyed her company and related to a number of his life experiences. Kirsten laughs, knowing that he faked his past.
He admits he embellished a few details. Kristen talks about staying on his mother’s good side until she helps her get custody of Rachel.
She wants Sloan Peterson’s help, who has a weakness for a very rare vintage champagne, a 96 Louis XV Brut.
They have some in the wine cellar and she’ll give her a few bottles for a retainer. She had to the wine cellar.
PeacockMegan and Li plot.
Megan drops by the apartment to finish scheming with Li. She tells him EJ interrupted her discussion about their plan to kill her brother.
She had no choice but to explain everything and sighs that he had an attack of consciousness and she knocked him out.
Li’s surprised she has him tied up in the secret room. She tells him he won’t kill Stefan, but she knows someone who is trained to kill.
She wants to reprogram Harris Michaels to do her bidding and asks Li to help her find Rolf to help.
Nicole goes to Stefan while looking for EJ.
At the DiMera mansion, Nicole pounds on Stefan’s door and asks if he’s seen EJ.
They’re headed to a specialist who can help her carry to term and it’s strange that he’s gone missing.
Stefan couldn’t care less. He thinks his brother is a pompous arse and probably took off on a trip alone.
Nicole babbles that EJ moved mountains to get this appointment. She takes off and leaves EJ a message from the hospital, telling him she’s worried.
EJ is stuck in a bad situation.
EJ dreams he bangs on Stefan’s door and when it opens, his brother is on the bed with a knife in his back and is dead.
EJ screams himself awake.
He’s tied up in the wine cellar (“secret room”).
He screams to get help but nobody comes.
Finally, Kristen appears, surprised to see him. EJ explains Megan locked him there so he wouldn’t stop her from killing Stefan.
Harris agrees to help Kate get rid of Megan.
Kate meets Harris in the park and they discuss how to get rid of Megan. He says he’s learned there’s more than one way to get rid of someone.
He won’t tell her details and they agree everyone will sleep better with her gone. They agree to keep it secret.
Kate says if he’s picking Megan up, she thinks he should get rid of Dimitri, too.
Megan arrives home to Stefan and they discuss how EJ’s missing. They agree he’s probably on a beach somewhere.
When he asks if she’s looked over his and Gabi’s proposal, she recalls tossing it in the fireplace and says they can discuss it later.
She finds Dimitri in the morning room and he admits he’s smitten with Gwen. He asks what she’s been up to and she denies anything.
Before he goes to see Gwen, he tells her that Kristen’s gone down to the wine cellar. She rushes down there.
In the wine cellar, Kristen can’t seem to untie EJ.
“There was this game Brady and I used to play,” she says. EJ yells, “No! NO!”
He tells her Megan has a diseased plan for him. She moves to find something to cut the rope and Megan turns up with a gun.
Later, Kristen’s now tied up and fuming while Megan heads upstairs to text Nicole from EJ’s phone that he can’t make the appointment.
When she turns around, Harris is standing there.
Dimitri turns up at Gwen’s room at Salem Inn, while outside, Li runs into Stefan, who thanks him for letting the divorce go through smoothly.
He asks when the big day is and learns it’s in a month. Li congratulates the DiMera.
Once Stefan’s gone, Li says it’s too bad he won’t live long enough to say I do.
Friday, June 16
Leo gets between Gwen and Dimitri.
Leo thinks Dimitri’s using Gwen and tells him so.
Dimitri admits he did have an ulterior motive to want to see her but that it’s because he’s attracted to her and feels a connection toward her.
Dimitri and Gwen share their first kiss and wind up in bed, ripping off each other’s clothing.
Belle finds Shawn losing it.
Shawn pulls booze from a bag and Belle tries to get him to stop drinking. She wants him to go to therapy and he laughs and storms out on her.
Harris prepares to kidnap Megan.
Shawn goes to the DiMera mansion and interrupts Harris from kidnapping Megan, unwittingly.
Shawn mocks Megan and Harris, assuming that they’re working together.
Megan can see Shawn’s drunk and taunts him about Bo and Hope before pulling a gun on him when he threatens her.
Harris convinces Shawn to leave before she shoots him.
Sloan encourages Eric to have a baby with her.
Sloan and Eric have sex after he comforts her about her brother’s legal issues.
Sloan brings up having a kid again at the pub but Eric thinks the timing is off. Kate overhears and tells him life is too short. If he wants to be a father, he should just go to town.
Eric and Sloan see Nicole who tells them good news. She could carry to term. They’re happy for her and share that they too are going to have a child together.
EJ and Kristen ponder how to handle Megan.
Back at home, Belle offers coffee to Shawn after he tells her what happened with Megan.
He wishes she had shot him, the guilt pouring out of him.
Kate meets Harris and fills her in on what happened.
He still plans on getting rid of the DiMera.
