Sarah tries to get Xander’s attention in his room at the Salem Inn. He’s too busy with the flash drive so she pesters him, calling him dull. When he finally looks at her, he notices how sexy she looks. But he has to keep searching through the flash drive. He’s close to finding out what Philip’s secret is. Sarah huffs and pouts. She wants sex. She starts picking up his laundry and calls Xandy a pig. He hears the word laundry and realizes that’s the key. He finally is ready for “dirty dealings” of his own, he tells her and Sarah jumps him.

At the square, Philip wonders if he’s off the hook, looking at the missing person flyer of Ava. Bonnie finds him there and lashes out about him “dumping my daughter like garbage.” Philip didn’t even want to be with Mimi. She pursued him “relentlessly.” He calls Mimi attractive and fun but being with her wasn’t good for him. She got him into bad habits that he’s paying the price for. Bonnie thinks he dumped her for someone else and asks who the lucky girl is. Chloe appears at that moment and both Philip and Chloe tell Bon Bon to get lost. Bonnie realizes he’s back together with “Ghoul Girl” and takes off. Chloe brings up him laundering money for the mob. Philip told her to forget about that. It’s under control. He hopes Ava’s family will forget about the money since she’s missing. He receives a call from Angelo Vitali who is taking over for Ava while she’s missing. Chloe worries he’s in over his head and needs to call the cops. Philip says he’d be in prison.

At the pub, Abe and Val chat about cooking. He learns she and Billy broke up. Abe digests her news and is sorry. He admits he never thought Billy was a good enough romantic partner for her. Val says that’s “flattering, I suppose.” Abe says she has so much to offer. The man good enough for her would have to be a lot like him. Val laughs and says it’s true. She agrees he’s most compatible. But he’d have to live in a reasonably close zip code. Abe reminds her she has two grandkids in Salem. He says she may decide to move back. If that’s the case, maybe they can give it another go. Val grins. She’s seeing someone else. They’re not serious but she has feelings for Abe still. She’s ensconced with her work. Abe looks crushed that she’s not coming back to him.

At the hospital, Eli wants Lani to savor the moment they have alone. It may be the first time they’re able to have a minute together for 18 years or so. They kiss and he apologizes for going behind her back and forcing Kristen to confess. Lani says he’s a good man. Meanwhile, someone takes both babies from the nursery department. When Eli and Lani show up, the babies are gone. Eli calls his mom to see if she has the kids. She doesn’t and learns he thinks they’re missing. Abe and Val appear minutes later and the head nurse confirms the babies are unaccounted for. Val says there’s a security check and there’s no way anyone left the building with their babies. Lani cries and Eli worries as Val tries to calm them down. Meanwhile, Abe calls Rafe to check into the missing kids. Eli tries to get Lani to stop sobbing and be a cop for now. They check the security footage but the perp avoided the cameras. In another room, Val and Abe have a meltdown when Abe shows her the baby bracelets that were found in a stairwell.

At the prison, Kristen’s upset looking at something on a computer, when Brady walks in to tell her that Lani had her babies. Kristen’s too wrapped up in what she’s looking at to realize what he’s saying and confronts him about kissing Chloe Lane. Brady calls it a kiss between friends. Kristen learns they went together and that she works for Basic Black now. Kristen’s upset that he’s just now telling her. Brady tries to explain that when he’s with her, he only wants to talk about her and Rachel. Kristen cries, feeling insecure. Kristen holds his hands. Brady can’t imagine how she’s been keeping, missing them. Brady shows her Jules and Carver’s photos. Kristen cries at their beauty. He printed them for her so she could be reminded of her sacrifice so that Lani could be with her family. Kristen stands by her choice, but shouldn’t have made it without him. Brady only wants to go forward.

Dr. Raynor (Victoria Platt) calls someone to tell them it’s her. She has the Grant twins and will bring them to her now. Bonnie finds her and stops her. “Wait!” She dropped her binky. Raynor takes it and Bonnie looks at the children, swooning once she realizes they’re twins. Raynor freaks out, wanting to get away but when one of the babies cries, Bonnie picks it up and snuggles it. Raynor looks like she might have an aneurysm.

Brady finds Philip with Chloe and asks what’s going on. They’re working out the rental agreement for Basic Black to use Titan’s warehouse. Chloe says that’s not true. Philip’s in trouble and they need Brady’s help.
