Days of our Lives Peacock recap for Monday, October 25, 2022.
In today’s Days episode, Alex mends his broken heart with Sloan, Stephanie and Chad try to pull one over on Sloan, and Paulina hires Leo, while Sonny considers moving to L.A.
In the last Days recap, Eric got his job back, Chloe was hurt to find out that Kristen moved in with Brady, and Gabi’s threats to Dr. Rolf had him altering her memory.
From Alice’s house, Stephanie jumps on a call with Paulina as Chad watches. Steph assures that Sloan Peterson will not be a problem from now on. Paulina barks that she’d better not be.
Stephanie has come up with a plan. The women disconnect and Stephanie admits to Chad she has no foolproof plan.
They need to find something on her. Chad thinks they could pay off the client but Paulina won’t be a party to extortion.
Chad offers to pay it himself. Steph tells him it’s a million bucks. Chad will use his trust fund. Steph refuses.
If the wrong person finds out, people could think she used a DiMera to get a governor in his pocket. He didn’t think of that. It sparks something in Steph.
They’ll give “Greedy Sloan Peterson the payday she’s been looking for!” Chad will get his checkbook but Steph says she’ll go to her father.
Steve has counterfeit money stashed at Black Patch from their last case. It fooled a drug lord and it’ll fool Sloan.
Chad will give her the cash while Steph breaks into her apartment. She admits she picked a lock at school to the teacher’s lounge.
Plus, she’s Patch Johnson’s kid.
Allie arrives home and tells Chanel how cute it is when she dropped Henry off with Holly and Nicole.
They ponder what to do with a free night and Allie admits she’d like to call Alex. Chanel thought the threesome was one time.
Allie knows. She just wanted to go for drinks with him.
The sooner they hang out together, the less awkward it’ll be. Chanel agrees but admits she’s not in the mood to go out tonight.
Before she can say why Johnny arrives asking for a favor. He tells them Ava left town. Allie’s shocked she didn’t say goodbye to Henry but Johnny says his dad was about to have her arrested. He shares why and scoffs, “Like he hasn’t done worse,”
than what Ava did. Johnny asks to crash on their sofa but Allie refuses. Johnny says it’s for his friend, Wendy.
The women think she could move into the mansion but he doesn’t want that.
They’re working on something involving his dad and her brother. He doesn’t want them to catch on that they’re working together.
The women agree to it and he hugs his sister. Johnny goes to get Wendy and Chanel realizes she missed a call from her mama.
Allie asks what was up with her earlier.
From the Kriakis mansion, Sonny talks to Will on a call.
He was looking forward to seeing him but Will’s work is too busy. He asks about next weekend and doesn’t get anywhere.
Alex strolls in and the men disconnect. Sonny wants to hang out with Alex tonight but Alex is about to get lucky.
Sonny questions why he’s back to his player ways. Alex tells him Steph’s into Chad now. Alex fills his brother in on finding the two together.
He’s soothing his broken heart with as much meaningless sex as possible. Sonny urges him not to give up on ‘the one’.
He’s met her in Steph. He tells Sonny that he had a hot threesome with Allie Horton and Chanel Dupree.
Sonny’s fingers go to his ears as he yells, “No, no, no.” That’s Will’s sister!
Alex thinks the Kiriakis brothers have great taste in Hortons.
Someone dances around at the square in a donkey head, promoting Paulina for governor candidacy.
They see Sloan and Leo’s voice is heard. “Oh no, not her.” Sloan stops to take a cookie from him and asks “the jackass” to take off their mask.
Leo takes it off and shoots her a look.
She accuses him of hiding but this is his job. She calls a resume and a rap sheet. He calls her rude, but she doesn’t care.
She demands her money. He lies that she told him the free publicity would be enough. She snaps that she’d never say that. She’ll send him to collections, the kind that breaks bones.
He reminds her she’s threatening him with bodily harm. She acts like he misconstrued her words. “You cannot get blood from a turnip,” he says.
Sloan doesn’t care. “By the way, you bet on the wrong horse, donkey,” she says Paulina will never be governor.
All it takes is one dirty scandal and her career be over like the romance with that Zaddy doctor of his, Craig.

Back at Paulina’s office, she’s happy that things are looking up for her daughter.
Abe strolls on in and she tells him her polling numbers went up, just like he said.
Abe’s proud that she wants to be of service to the people of this state. It’s why he’s made an important decision.
Paulina’s worried but he shares that if she’s elected, he’ll resign as mayor and move to the capitol with her.
She can’t let him leave town! There’s nothing he wants more.
She asks what she did to deserve him. He kisses her and she has to tell him something. Leo walks in with the mask looking for his check.
“Oh. Mary didn’t send those checks,” Paulina says, exasperated.
Abe goes to get them dinner while Paulina takes care of it.
Leo takes off his mask. She recognizes him.
Back at the Kiriakis house, Alex gets a text from Sloan.
They’re skipping dinner tonight. He should come straight to her place.
Alex tells Sonny his companion for the evening is ripping and roaring. He runs off, leaving Sonny yelling that he’s messing with him about the threesome.
Alex arrives at Sloan’s. “Sup,” he says as she opens the door.
“Sup? Is that how you greet your dates?” He just thought it was a booty call.
She lets him in and tells him not to talk. She has friends for that.
They start making out. After sex, they have a drink and make out some more.
Alex gets uptight when she takes a call.
Stephanie tells her that she’s getting what she wants.
Her associate will be at the pub in an hour. Sloan will be there.
She disconnects and tells Alex to stay. The meeting won’t take long.
“What do I do? Sit around twiddling my…” he looks down between his legs. “Thumbs until you get back?”
She handcuffs him to the bed. He’s in.
She leaves and outside, Steph arrives and calls Chad that Sloan’s on her way.
Steph picks Sloan’s lock and lets herself inside.
She and Alex see each other and both yell, “What the hell are you doing here!”
Abe finds Maggie shopping for Victor at the square.
They hug and she tells him that the whole Kiriakis clan is behind Paulina.
She’s mailed in their votes. “Mail-in voting is the way to go,” Abe says.
He tells her if Paulina is elected, he’ll leave Salem.
Maggie arrives home to Sonny watching a sad movie.
He says it’s fitting for his mood. He misses Will. Sonny sniffles away tears and tells Mag Mags that she knows about men married to their careers.
Sonny asks if she wished they’d put her first more. She says yes.
So does Sonny, who fights more tears. He can’t let this break them up again.
Maggie tells him that Abe will follow Paulina if she is elected. Sonny considers that he’ll quit and move to L.A. with Will.
But he feels he was born to be CEO at Titan. She goes and Sonny calls Will. “We gotta talk.”
Back in Paulina’s office, Leo distracts Paulina by asking if her shoes are Theresa Donovan’s new Jeannie collection.
She says they are. She gives him the check and he’s bummed out.
“Ever have a money-grubbing shyster lawyer breathing down your neck?”
He tells her about Sloan. Paulina’s shocked. She thinks she can help Leo. She’s offering a job.
She complains about her assistant Maaaaarrry, who is in Florida and doesn’t get the job done right.
She wants him to replace her. Leo accepts and Paulina tells him that Mary will tell him that she’s like Miranda Priestly (Devil Wears Prada) in thinking assistants are to be used.
She tells him to ignore that. She rhymes off the benefits package and Leo’s thrilled.
He’ll take it. Abe strolls in wondering what the heck Stark is doing there.
She reveals he’s her new assistant. Abe narrows his eyes.
Sloan arrives at the pub to find Chad waiting to hand off the money.
