Phyllis storms into the ranch to gloat to Nikki about seeing Jack and Diane talking about some issue at work.
Nikki’s thrilled and demands details. “She was crying!” Nikki clutches her pearls and gasps.
Phyllis says they both looked rattled.
Whatever happened is big!
Nikki’s frustrated that Phyllis didn’t try harder to get details but Red reminds the blonde that she and Jack aren’t in a good place.
They discuss Summer and how Diane needs to get out of their lives so Summer will be happy. Nikki understands completely.
She appreciates her sacrifice, working at Marchetti. They both know it’ll pay off. Phyllis admits she likes the job and is good at it.
At home, Jack flashes back to Diane confessing that she was a money mule for Jeremy.
Ashley pops up and he tells her that she, Nikki and Phyllis were right all along about Diane.
He doesn’t give his sister specifics but says that Diane was the woman in the Bentley and Tucker blackmailed her for her transgressions and in return, she fed him information on Ashley.
She has been lying since the beginning. Ashley finds it disgusting that they preyed on Allie, an innocent girl.
Jack must be furious. He’s caught off-guard.
Ashley’s sorry to see him like this. They worry about how Kyle will take it.
Jack believes he’ll be devastated. He admits he doesn’t think Diane had other motives other than survival.
He asks if she can still get information out of him. She’s sure trying.
Tucker finds Diane at Crimson Lights and notices her mood.
“What’s happened? Do we need to go somewhere private?” She tells him to take a hike.
She’d rather never talk to him and bemoans his blackmail.
He realizes someone found out what they were up to in L.A. Diane admits she told Jack everything.
Tucker’s not happy.
He asks if she regrets it, after all of the information that he gave her about her family.
She’s not sure. He wishes she would have kept her mouth shut.
She snaps that he forced her hand. He thinks Jack will tell Kyle and possibly everyone else what she confessed.
He rips the straw from her drink and tears it in two and throws it. What was she thinking?
He calls her the same self-serving liar she’s always been. He pounds the table as he reminds her of their objectives.
He’s thrown his chance at reconciliation with Ashley along with his other plans.
Diane doesn’t believe it. Tucker never had a chance with Ashley to begin with.
Tucker snipes that what she did was a bad move all around.
Diane tries to talk him down. Things will work out. He can’t believe she thinks this. Nobody will see her as a victim.
She should be worried about how he sees her. “And right now, I see you as a liability.”
She thinks if that’s so, they need to part ways but he’s not done with her.
Ashley texts to meet for a drink. Tucker tells Diane that for her sake, he hopes that Jack hasn’t told Ashley.
If he has, “I’m going to make your life so hard.” Diane gasps.

At Noah’s club, Devon apologizes to Abby and Chance for fighting with his cousin.
He thanks Chance for stepping in and Abby wants to know what the argument was about.
He would rather not say but it’s bad.
Chance gets a text from work and has to take off to GCPD so Devon steps in.
They drink and talk about her seeing him with Tucker.
She won’t criticize him for seeing his father. He’s grateful.
He admits he had a good time with his bio dad. Devon opens up that Nate no longer works with him and that Nate thinks that he’s holding on too tight to Neil’s memory and hasn’t opened up to a partnership.
Abby’s confused. He and Lily are partners.
Devon says that Nate doesn’t believe he can let anyone step into Neil’s territory.
Abby asks if there’s validity to any of it. If it’s untrue, why is it bothering him so much?
He admits he’s had discomfort with the merger. He felt pushed into it and suppressed his feelings about it.
He isn’t sure what Nate says is true though.
As they talk, Chance returns and catches them in a close moment where Abby has her hand on Devon.
Abby can’t believe he returned and so fast.
Devon leaves them alone to dance and takes off.
Lily meets Billy at Society where he has a bottle of champagne chilling.
They celebrate him leaving Chancellor-Winters before things get even stickier. She questions him.
He means when they tell Jill he’s left the company.
He thinks she’ll be upset but believes that she thinks it’s in better hands with Lily. She smiles as he calls her amazing.
Lily calls it bittersweet and worrisome.
In the past, when he’s had time on his hands, he has gotten himself into trouble. “Trouble?”
Billy asks. Maybe he’ll become a couch potato. She laughs and he asks her to promise not to worry.
He takes her hand and dances with her. They share a kiss.
Back at the Abbott manse, Jack continues to think about Diane’s confession and to another day when she told him he made her feel safe and then kissed him.
Phyllis finds Diane upset and alone at Crimson Lights. She asks how she is and what she did this time.
Diane calls her relentlessly disturbed, akin to a vulture. “Wow,” Phyllis says, calling that a vicious attack.
Tucker meets Ashley at Society. They run into Billy and Lily on their way out and Tucker tries to put his hand on the small of Ashley’s back.
She pushes him off and can see that Billy’s not happy his sister is with her ex.
Once they’re gone, Ashley asks for Tucker’s honesty tonight.
He calls himself an open book to her. She asks about him and Diane in LA. “Go slow and start from the beginning,” she requests.
