Thursday, Feb 1, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Hope can’t get enough of Thomas, Steffy hears her brother proposed, and Zende lays into RJ for getting a boost from his parents.
Wednesday’s Early B&B recap: Zende interrupted RJ and Luna, lashing out in jealousy as Thomas and Hope had sex after agreeing to no more secrets.
Finn visits Steffy in the Forrester office and they make out.
She’s happy he’s there and asks how her grandfather is.
The doctor says they will know more about his prognosis soon.
She’s still nervous but he saved his life.
Ridge enters and tells Finn they owe him a great debt.
It’s all made him realize how lucky they are to be there.
His daughter wonders if something is going on.
Ridge admits he had a discussion with Brooke about “the usual thing.”
Steffy assumes that means Thomas and sighs.
She’s afraid to ask what’s happened.
“Your brother proposed,” Ridge announces.
Steffy sarcastically says it’s romantic. Finn is happy Hope is taking time.
His wife worries about what will happen if Hope leaves him stuck in limbo.
That’s not a healthy place to be.
Ridge thinks they need to let the grown-ups make their own mistakes.
Finn is concerned about Hope but Thomas’ family think he’s worthy of love.
“But with Hope?” Steffy quibbles. She doesn’t think Hope can give him what he needs.
Steffy thinks her brother should be with someone excited to have his ring on her finger.
Ridge says love is not guaranteed.
He thinks they all need to be positive and points out how many ups and downs he’s had with Brooke.
If Thomas thinks he can find happiness with Hope, they should let him try.
Hope and Thomas have sex on the sofa in the cabin.
She’s never felt this way before.
She can’t get enough of him.
He’s never felt such intensity and passion.
She keeps surprising him.
Hope says he brings the uninhibited out in her.
His “spark” ignites all of her desires.
They have sex again.
He tells her he just wants to be with her, loving, touching and kissing her, all the time.
Thomas knows she’s never been with a man she can trust who wants to be with her alone.
He’s given her his heart and she can trust him with hers.
She can have that for the rest of her life if she puts the ring on her finger.
“Say you’ll marry me, Hope?” he asks. Hope thinks.

At the beach house, Zende tells RJ and Luna that it’s a special place.
It’s some of the most expensive real estate in the world.
“Granddad must have cut you a huge bonus to be able to swing this place,” he suggests, before guessing that his parents must be paying for it.
This is getting uncomfortable for Luna and RJ.
She doesn’t like to see this tension and rivalry.
Zende tells her there’s no rivalry. He’s already made a name for himself and Ridge is boosting RJ.
RJ wonders why he’s giving him such a hard time.
His cousin doesn’t think he realizes how lucky he is.
He was left in an orphanage in Africa and had no parents until Kristen adopted him.
His parents are great designers but they aren’t there and they aren’t fashion loyalty.
“You’re the little prince,” he points out.
Zende wants him to understand where he’s coming from.
He’s been doing this for years and RJ is new at this.
If he was in his shoes, he’d be frustrated to. “Be real man,” Zende encourages.
RJ gets it and admires all his passion for the company.
He assures him he doesn’t have to worry about being overlooked or underestimated.
He’ll look at his designs in the morning because he has plans with Luna tonight.
As Zende leaves, RJ reminds him they are family.
They used to be close and he hopes they can be again.
“Have a nice night,” says Zende, exiting.
RJ turns to focus on Luna. They make out.
They look around and wonder if they will be interrupted again.
She’s waited her whole life for this night. He wants it to be beautiful and perfect for her.
They get back to kissing.
