Wednesday, July 26 recap of B&B: Sheila and Deacon reunite, and Liam tattles on Finn hugging Sheila, after Wyatt suggests he’s only upset about this because he wants Steffy back.
Tuesday’s B&B recap: Brooke Tells Ridge Her Secret, Steffy Won’t Let Finn Contact Sheila and Hope Has Good News for Thomas.
At the Cliff house, Steffy hears a noise and goes to the patio door.
Hauling it open, she yells, “Sheila!” She realizes it’s her imagination and goes inside, locking the patio door behind her.
At Spencer Publications, Wyatt, hands on his hips, asks Liam if he thinks Finn would let Sheila anywhere near the children after everything.
Liam says Finn was holding his mom in his arms. It was intense and creepy and he can’t trust the man’s judgment after that.
Wyatt asks what he’ll do. Liam’s not sure.
He trusted Finn to protect Steffy and Kelly but he can’t do that and won’t let Sheila strike again. Liam’s never doubted Finn, an upstanding guy.
In the video, he looks happy that his mother is released. It makes Liam question everything he knows about the doctor.
Wyatt understands why his brother is disturbed by Finn’s relationship with “that psychopath” but he needs to call him out.
He kissed Steffy in Rome! Wyatt doesn’t see what that has to do with anything.
Maybe he’s affected by his feelings and overreacting. Is he looking for an excuse to insert himself into Steffy’s life again, to upend her marriage to Finn just so he can have another shot at her?
Upset, Liam takes off, making his brother assume he’s off to see Steffy.
At a very packed Il Giardino, Brooke and Hope dine together as they boost Deacon’s ego.
He’s grateful they love the place and asks why they wanted to talk to him. Hope realizes he doesn’t know.

She fills him in on initiating a kiss with Thomas in Italy. He is immediately angry and is sorry Liam saw. Hope says she’s not really okay. Liam left her. “Over one kiss?” Deacon asks.
Hope takes responsibility for it and Deacon asks why. She says it’s always been her, Liam and Steffy in this relationship.
Hope thinks Liam still loves her and doesn’t want to do what Brooke did with Ridge and Taylor.
Brooke’s sorry. Hope knows but she deserves more than half his heart.
Both Brooke and Deacon are shocked when Hope admits she had divorce papers drawn up and they both signed them.
She can’t believe it, either. Brooke urges her daughter not to give up on her marriage but Hope says it’s too late, just as Sheila sits at a table across the restaurant, behind some other patrons.
Either way, Deacon says they support her.
Brooke is heartbroken on Hope’s behalf and believes Liam’s the love of her life. Except Hope reminds her mom that he loves Steffy too. Hope’s tired of the competition.
A package arrived upstairs for Deacon so he leaves while Sheila watches and Brooke tells Hope she supports her.
Brooke asks if sleeping with Thomas was the reason for the divorce. Hope just knows she deserves to be with someone whose feelings aren’t divided.
Liam arrives at Steffy’s place “to check on her” he says.
She lets out a stressed sigh and says she doesn’t think she can let her guard down.
Liam’s there to tell her about Sheila and Finn. Steffy vows nothing will happen to the kids but Liam’s not sure. He tells her Finn left the room.
“He was checking on a patient,” she says.
Liam followed him and tells her Sheila was in Finn’s arms. “What? No. It can’t be,” she says.
At Deacon’s apartment, he can’t find the package Hollis said he left for him.
He turns to see Sheila walk in and lock the door. “I’m back, Daddy,” she says. They laugh and make out.
