Friday, July 7, 2023, full episode recap of B&B: Steffy fills Finn in on what happened with her brother, Wyatt asks Liam if he can forgive, and Hope tells Thomas this is all on her.
Thursday’s B&B recap: Liam told Hope he can’t forgive her and wants a divorce and she accused him of wanting Steffy again then ran into Thomas’ arms.
Hope hugs Thomas at his place and tells her everything will be okay.
She says it won’t because her husband saw her kiss him in Rome.
She steps back and says everyone warned her.
Thomas was Liam’s biggest fear and she kissed him.
Now her whole world is upside-down because of what she did.
He’s sure Liam will get over it. She’s always forgiven his mistakes.
Hope says this is different because it’s him and that was the ultimate betrayal. Now he wants divorce.
Thomas is sorry but she assures him this is all on her. “I kissed you,” she says, looking into his eyes with quivering lips.
She doesn’t want him feeling guilty. He makes excuses for her and says he should have kept his distance.
Hope admits she’s been fighting her desire to be close to him. She doesn’t understand it but gave in knowing the risks.
There must be something wrong with her.
He can’t accept that. She thinks she’s destroyed her family, and for what?
Thomas tells her she made one mistake and that doesn’t take away from all the wonderful things she’s done.
Hope tells him that Liam wants Steffy again. The same old song and dance.
When she’s with Thomas and he looks at her, he makes her feel like she’s the only woman in the world. That’s why she will always remember their kiss.
Inching closer to him, she says Liam wants Steffy and she wants a man who only wants her. “I want you,” she says, kissing him.
Wyatt arrives in the Spencer office and is surprised that Liam is there.
When his brother is silent, he guesses things went badly with Hope.
Gulping some coffee, Liam says his wife apologized. Wyatt asks if he can forgive her.
Liam would have to understand why she did what she did.
She can’t explain it and that scares him.
His brother reminds him that he’s been in this situation before and they got past it.
Liam says it may be a fact that he can’t trust her anymore.
He can’t constantly walk around wondering if his wife is cheating on him.
He still wants a divorce. Wyatt assumes she doesn’t.
Liam explains she was fighting for another chance… at first. His brother asks if he’s really thought the divorce through.
Liam doesn’t want this. The marriage could survive anything but Thomas. His wife clearly has feelings for him.

At the cliff house, Steffy holds socks and thinks of Liam kissing her repeatedly.
After she huffs, Finn arrives and asks if she’s okay. He’s sure Thomas is freaking out.
She explains her brother was blind-sided, upset, and concerned about Hope’s marriage.
Thomas said they were just caught up in the moment. He feels terrible and doesn’t want Hope to be hurt.
She doesn’t see this ending well. Liam doesn’t trust Thomas or Hope. He could always blame Thomas but now has to face that his wife is the issue.
He’s surprised that Thomas was willing to take all the blame. Steffy thinks her brother has grown and become protective.
Finn thinks that shows how deep his feelings for Hope are.
She says those feelings are clearly mutual. Her husband admires how much she cares about people getting hurt.
She gets awkward when he goes on about her principles and she keeps flashing back to Liam kissing her.
Finn tells her how grateful he is that he gets to come home to her every day.
They kiss and he holds her. She looks worried.
