Thursday, April 11, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Luna meets RJ to tell him the truth, Carter asks Zende what’s wrong, and Finn tells Deacon that he’s delusional.
Wednesday’s Early B&B recap: Finn tried to convince Deacon he’s imagining things, and Zende told Luna he’ll step in if RJ doesn’t want her.
At Il Giardino, Deacon repeats to Finn that he accepted that Sheila was gone but when he was at the crematorium he saw ten toes.
Finn thinks he just saw what he wanted to see and is grieving.
Deacon demands to know why there were ten toes.
Finn repeats his mind must be playing tricks on him.
Trauma can have that effect.
Sharpe says he can buy him a book on neuroscience if he’s wrong, but asks him to listen as her son.
What if they didn’t lose Sheila?
He suggests she could be in hiding.
The doctor points out her body has been identified by numerous people.
He urges him to stay in reality and drop this wishful thinking.
The only way to heal is to accept he will never see Sheila again.
Deacon steps away and shakes his head.
In the design office, Zende tells Luna that he wishes he could forget about that night.
She can’t. She’s been lying to RJ every day since.
She’s terrified of how he will react to the truth.
Zende makes it clear that he will always be there for her, no matter how RJ reacts.
She says that’s nice and she knows he didn’t know what was going on the night they spent together.
She doesn’t blame him but feels horrible that she is bringing drama and anxiety into his amazing family.
Although she doesn’t want to disrupt that, she can’t live with keeping this silent anymore.
She sends RJ a text and announces she’s going.
He asks if she’s really doing this. She is.
She hopes this doesn’t ruin his relationship with his cousin.
Zende is more worried about her.
She can’t handle lying to RJ anymore.
He knows she’s a good person and wouldn’t intentionally hurt someone.
If this is the only way to free herself of guilt, she has to do it.
He hates to see her doing this to herself and RJ deserves to know.
Left alone, Zende sits and thinks about his night with Luna nd shakes his head.
Carter shows up.
He senses he is distracted and reminds him that he now has huge career opportunities before him.
He assures him that he has the skills to do it and shouldn’t let the pressure get to him.
Carter can sense something is definitely bothering him and putting him off his game.
What is it?
He won’t push him to open up but assures him it’s not as bad as he thinks it is.
Zende wishes that were true.
“It’s about Luna,” Zende explains, taking a breath.
Back at Il Giardino, Deacon has another drink and wonders what’s happening.
Ridge lumbers in and suggests that Sheila’s lunacy rubbed off on him.
He asks about the memorial and tells him it was a waste of time and money.
Deacon says she meant something to him.
Ridge repeats that her being gone is good for everyone.
“What if she isn’t gone? What if she isn’t out of our lives?” Deacon wonders.

In the Forrester Creations office, RJ is surprised when Steffy tells him how impressed she is with his latest sketches.
She thinks that Thomas’ absence will be a great opportunity for him to work on HFTF.
He says that Hope has already talked to him about it.
It looks like he, Luna, and Zende will be working together.
RJ mentions how weird the memorial was as Ridge arrives.
His son gets a text from Luna and takes off.
Ridge starts venting about Deacon holding the memorial.
What was he thinking?
They complain about Deacon and his twisted love.
He can’t understand why Finn went.
Steffy has a hard time with it too but doesn’t want her husband resenting her for what she did.
Her dad says that Finn needs to be there to protect her.
Once he wanders out, Finn comes in and makes out with his wife.
They can’t get enough of each other.
He threatens to take her on the desk but she giggles and tells him he’ll have to wait.
She asks about what Deacon said.
The doctor explains he’s losing it and was saying crazy stuff about Sheila.
Deacon was freaking out and saying things that made no sense.
He’s questioning whether or not Sheila is actually gone.
He’s convinced himself Sheila may still be alive.
Steffy arches an eyebrow.
Luna goes to the beach house and sighs as she looks at a picture of her and RJ on the mantle.
He arrives with flowers and asks what she wants to talk about.
Stepping away, she puts the flowers down and he jokes about how nice it was to have an excuse to avoid Charlie’s weekly briefing.
She wanted them to meet somewhere they had nice memories.
He says it’s starting to feel more like a home and they should make a point of spending more time together.
He brought her flowers as a surprise but she’s the one who is always full of surprises. He loves that about her.
They kiss until she breaks away and clears her throat. He guesses something is wrong.
She twitches.
They sit on the couch and he notices she hasn’t been herself lately.
They haven’t been vibing and she’s been drifting.
She admits she’s been stressed and assures him he did nothing wrong.
He wants to help and says he’s a good listener.
She thinks he’s a wonderful guy.
He’s noticed she’s been distant since his grandfather’s party.
She’s sorry and has a reason to be.
