Fri Nov 24: Today on Young and Restless, Victor demands answers about Nikki’s whereabouts, while Nikki receives a painful reminder about her past and Jordan and Claire reveal their motives.
Thursday’s recap: Ryan’s Tempted by Nina, Eve Howard Visits Victor and Michael Makes Nefarious Plans (1993 Rebroadcast) – Wednesday’s recap had everyone celebrating Thanksgiving.

Adam strolls into GCAC and asks if Nate’s seen his father or sister.
Nate hasn’t seen them and reminds him he no longer works at Newman Enterprises.
Adam asks if he’s no longer involved with Victoria.
Nate says it’s none of Adam’s business and assumes they’re keeping him in the dark which isn’t a sign of confidence.
Nate exits and Sally appears. She asks what’s going on with his family and Adam insists his relationship with his dad has never been closer.
They sidle up to the bar and get some tasty martinis and Adam comments that she’s been avoiding him since they had sex.
She needed time to process. He gets it.
She’s conflicted. Adam’s happy about it but knows it wasn’t planned.
Sally doesn’t want to go backwards.
She complains about his plan to ruin his dad. “Yeah, but I didn’t,” he says.
She reminds him he still played them all.
He counters that the old him wouldn’t have come clean. He’s sorry and then tells her Victor made up the entire issue trying to trap someone.
Nate is the one who betrayed him. Sally asks if Adam’s okay with all that.
Adam says it’s what his father does. He drinks some whiskey and Sally mocks his family.
He feels everyone’s been avoiding him.
Not seeing her has been making him crazy and he asks her if she’s thought about what comes next.
“I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel anything.” She feels betrayed herself and maybe Nick thought there’s no reason to.
She didn’t want to stop it which confuses her. She thinks she should regret for backstepping with him but didn’t.
Adam tells her he longs for her, “For us.” He hopes she feels the same. He asks if there’s a chance.
She has no idea. He asks her for dinner tonight as a date. No expectations, or future discussion. “No longing talk.”
They get a table and talk about her career and that Nick isn’t involved. Adam calls him honorable.
He’s glad. She asks if they’ll ever be friends. He thinks the odds are against them. She has faith.
They discuss Connor’s basketball game on Friday and how they’ll wing it the rest of the weekend when he visits.
Adam misses him and says he’s shockingly normal after all he’s been through. He credits Connor for life getting better.
He talks about how having kids changes you and then apologizes. Sally says it’s okay.
She’s not that sensitive. She’s also not hungry but they’ll have a proper date soon.
For now, she needs to be alone and sort through things.
She refuses to let him walk her to her door since bad things happen.
She knows he’s trying to be better.
They say goodnight and she leans in and kisses him.
He wasn’t expecting that.
At the lake house, Nikki sobs into her pillow, miserable.
She finds a photo underneath of Eve Howard.
Confused, she falls asleep.
Downstairs, Cole makes a call to Victoria.
He leaves her a message, telling her that he’s at the lake house that Nikki told him to go to but she’s nowhere to be seen.
Since Victoria’s not there, he thinks he’s alone and finds it weird.
He asks her to call. Behind him, Aunt Jordan holds a hammer and slyly approaches.
When he disconnects, she hits him over the head with the hammer.
Cole goes down and Jordan smiles.
Jordan heads to Nikki’s room.
Nikki’s out of it and wakes up groggy.
She sees Jordan but she’s hazy. Jordan introduces herself.
“You can call me Jordan, for now.”
Nikki wants to know what she wants with her but Jordan says to relax.
She shouldn’t have pulled the IV out. It’s important to stay hydrated.
Nikki is more confused than ever when Jordan says her family should be arriving soon.
She’ll join them but for how she should rest. “You’re not a well woman.”
Nikki starts to yell, “No! You did this to me.” Jordan tells her she did this to herself. Her whole family did this to her.
Downstairs, Claire, Victor, Victoria and Nick arrive. Claire calls for Jordan but there’s no answer.
The Newmans aren’t happy but agree to wait.
Claire gets them some bottled water and promises that Nikki will be fine. Victoria is suspicious of the way she’s acting.
Jordan comes down the stairs with a sling on her fake broken arm and tells the family that Nikki’s still in the hospital overnight.
Victor wants the name of the hospital but Jordan says visiting hours are over.
Victor doesn’t care. “Trust me, they’ll let me in.”
She offers to hire a car for them since hers has issues. Claire goes to make a call and everyone drinks their water before Jordan lies about the lovely visit they had and how effusive Nikki was.
At the end of their meal, she started to ramble as though she’d been drinking.
Nick says his mom’s a recovering alcoholic. No way she had a drink.
Jordan fakes not knowing and says she suggested Nikki stay the night.

Victor guzzles some water and Nick has a few sips.
Victor wants to hear about the seizure. Victoria takes a drink of her water. Jordan says she collapsed and they gave her treatment, anti-seizure medicine, Phentotin. She was fine.
Victor thanks her for her help. Jordan calls Nikki lovely and Clare returns to tell them the car will be arriving in 15 minutes.
Nick downs the rest of his water, as does Victoria and Claire watches, suspiciously. Jordan suggests they all sit and relax.
There won’t be a car. They’re not leaving.
Nick asks what the hell she’s talking about. Jordan removes her sling and says it’s time to tell the truth.
Victor demands answers. Nick threatens to call the police and Victoria asks if they’re supposed to be frightened.
Jordan says they better listen. Nick comes at her and Victor holds him back. Jordan asks if she looks familiar to him.
He’s never seen her. Jordan says he knew her sister intimately.
“Eve Howard.” Jordan says Eve loved him and he betrayed her, broke her heart and threw her away.
Jordan wants them to make amends. Victor says the woman was disturbed.
Jordan says she died while they were estranged. She blames Victor for that.
“It took you 40 years to come up with this cock and bull story?”
They try to leave but she has triple locked all the doors. They’re going nowhere. Claire drags Cole out by the arm.
He’s looking pretty happy after that beating. Victoria’s shocked. “Cole?”
Claire says she had to have him here for the family reunion, “Didn’t he, mother?”
Victoria’s eyes widen in shock at the implication.
He gets up to go and Jordan says his wife’s not at the hospital, nor did she have a seizure.
It’s been a ruse to get them here. They demand to know what’s going on and where Nikki is.
Victor threatens her. He’s done with the games.
She tells them it’s no game and that soon, they’ll feel the affects of the poison, Digoxin that they drank in their water.
She’s going to watch them die.
Upstairs, Nikki dreams that Eve lied to her, telling her that Victor was dead.
They were to be married. Nikki says she talked him into it. Eve says he wanted it.
“I gave him a son. I gave him my life.” Nikki wakes up, startled.
Audra and Nate get coffee at Crimson Lights.
He recaps Victor’s betrayal and Audra’s baffled.
He shares that he was trying to oust a betrayer.
They agree it’s messed up.
Nate genuinely was concerned about the man’s well-being but Audra knows him.
“You were making a play and Victor shot you down.”
She tells him her theory was to clear a path so Victoria and him could take over while he was in treatment.
Nate agrees. Victor needed help and they needed to keep it quiet. Neither think it was wrong.
He was set up to fail. He’s not sure how to think about Victoria though the rest are to blame.
Audra asks if he wants to get back at them.
She has something brewing and will consider roping him in.
He’s not as ruthless as she thinks. She scoffs and takes off.
