CBS aired a repeat of The Young and the Restless’ special Masquerade Ball episode from 1991.
In the previous episode, Sally confided in Chloe and asked for a pregnancy test, Lily asked Billy for time apart, Jack kisses Diane, and Traci, Lauren and Danny reunited.

All the bright lights of Genoa City have gathered in the Colonnade Room for the big Masquerade Ball.
Katherine arrives as the Queen of Hearts with Rex on her arm as the Mad Hatter.
John arrives as George Washington with Leanna a Cupid.
Olivia arrives as Diane Ross with Neil as Dionysos.
Esther shows up in a French maid’s uniform.
Christine arrives as Marilyn with Danny in costume as the Beast. Up on a balcony, David is also dressed as the beast.
Jill shows up dressed as Cleopatra flanked by two muscled men. Jack arrives as Prince Charming.
Katherine makes a jab about Jill’s ostentatious entrance and suggests she was lucky to manage to pay two men to come with her.
She teases Jack for coming with Jill instead of with his wife.
Lauren is introduced as Marie Antoinette and Paul is a superhero.
David is cornered by an usher offering to publicly introduce him. He insists he’s shy and stays in the shadows.
Victoria has Ryan outside. She’s insisted on not taking him down the red carpet. He assumes her father is coming as something big.
John admits to Leanna that he felt a bit silly coming in his costume, but now he’s feeling comfortable.
Jill scowls at them as they dance.
Victor arrives as The Roman Conqueror with Ashley on his arm as Scheherazade.
Jack jokes Victor probably wears his costume to bed.
Sheila arrives as a panther, which Lauren jokes is appropriate.
When she and Scott as the lion tamer corner them in the garden, Lauren makes a joke about him cracking the whip and Sheila says he wouldn’t dare.
Scott suggests that the four of them try to put the tension behind them.
Paul is confused by the timing. Lauren is amazed by the change in Sheila’s attitude.
Sheila says that people change and she would like to try to be friends.
Lauren agrees to have dinner with them next week.
After Sheila and Scott walk off to dance, Lauren tells Paul that was weird. He’s distracted by thoughts of Danny and Cricket.
Douglas Austin introduces himself to Madame Chauvin. He recognizes her as a famous ballerina.
They spot David, assuming he’s Danny.
David growls when they try talking to him and privately hopes his costume fools everyone else.
Traci arrives as Mae West with Brad as Zorro. After the dance for a while, he gets them drinks.
He senses she is far away and tells her the baby is on his mind too. She just wants to focus on having a good time.
They toast to that and return to dancing.
John asks Ashley to dance. They watch Brad and Traci dancing and hope they will make it.
Rex calls her back on the stage with Colonel Austin to kick off the entertainment.
They perform “Put on a Happy Face.”

New! Y&R spoilers into December
Neil and Olivia mingle and he tries to steer them away from Dru before Katherine and Rex go up on stage. They announce they will be making a record contribution this year.
Nathan and Dru spot Olivia. He immediately gets her away from Neil and onto the dance floor.
Dru accuses Neil of still having the hots for her sister and trying to keep her away from her husband.
When Victor shows up, Dru swans off. Neil apologizes, claiming he’s been trying to help her improve her English.
Victor cuts in on John so he can dance with his wife.
Victoria and Ryan are watching the dancing from the balcony. She admits to him that her father had a date picked out for her tonight.
He suggests she introduce him to her father and leads her down to the dancefloor.
Katherine goes back on stage and introduces Esther to provide the next performance.
Esther sings “Everybody Out to Have a Maid” and Jill huffs and puffs as she taps and bumps around the stage to applause.
Ryan needs something to drink, leaving Victoria alone. Victor strolls over and asks where her escort Tyler is and why she isn’t wearing the dress he bought her.
“I guess you’re playing Juliet aren’t you? Please don’t tell me this boy Ryan is Romeo?” he asks.
As Christine dances with Danny, she tells him how warm and safe his costume makes her feel. David spies on them from a few feet away.
Danny remembers he has to see someone and leaves her alone.
Victor wanders over to Jack to ask where his date is. He’s curious about why he brought Jill instead of Nikki.
The Mustache still has a lot of questions about the trip Nikki took.
Ashley gets between them to say it’s a wonderful party. Her husband agrees.
Katherine corners Jill in the dressing room and compliments her again on her entrance, telling her she has a lot of nerve. She accuses her of trying to eat her way into John’s heart.
Jill is sure John will realize he’s had enough of that “twit” Leanna and come back to her.
Katherine taunts her about that, reminding her that he’s performing with Leanna tonight and they are great.
Katherine goes back on stage to call Gina Roma up. She performs “This Masquerade.”
Danny goes out to the garden to see Ray.
David comes out in the same costume.
Danny assumes it’s a gag.
“I assure you it’s no gag,” David says, shooting him.
“One down. Two to go,” he laughs.
