Mon April 8, 2024: Today on Young and Restless, Claire and Victoria move into the tack house, Nikki tells Victor she won’t travel, and Summer and Chance relax.
Friday’s recap: Adam and Chelsea were tortured over the doctor’s News, and Billy’s suggestion shocks Lily.

In her suite, Tucker calls Audra to join him in the shower.
She flashes back to him proposing to her and her rejecting him because of her doubts.
She looks at the ring box and reaches out to it.
When he comes out looking for her, she’s gone.
Ash (the young alter) walks into the GCAC fining room with her pink lipstick on.
She checks her messages and complains about what a pain her sister is.
She needs to find Tucker and scare him off before Ashley takes back control and does something stupid.
Sitting at the bar, she orders a ginger ale and then changes it to a martini.
After choking down the olive, she takes a sip.
It’s gross and she nearly spits it out before pouring it down her throat.
Audra comes down, spots her, and is about to walk when Ash waves her over, saying she needs to talk to Tucker.
Audra tells her that he’s done with her.
Ash says she’s not who she thinks she is.
She needs to find Tucker and warn him.
“You’re the only threat here,” says Audra.
Ash tells her that she’s trying to protect him from Ashley.
She needs to talk to him.
Audra says Tucker was right and she is losing her mind.
“That is so not cool of you to say right now,” Ash complains, warning she has no idea what she is planning.
Audra notices something is really off.
The alter in Ashley’s head threatens to shut her down.
Ash tries to make her promise to keep her away.
Something suddenly shifts in her demeanor. Ashley claims she just had too many drinks.
Audra wonders if she’s on meds and doesn’t know who she is now.
She suggests she go home and talk to her family.
Ashley asks her to keep this between them.
Tucker shows up and asks what’s going on.
Audra tells him something is seriously off with Ashley after all.
Ashley claims everything is being blown out of proportion and Audra is trying to mark her territory.
Tucker asks if she’s gone to see anyone professionally yet.
“Oh baby,” coos Ashley. She won’t answer and tells Audra to do the world a favor and get a sense of humor.
Once she walks off, Tucker asks Audra to tell her what happened.
She admits she worried about Ash for a second.
Audra says that his ex kept taking about herself in the third person and shifted between personalities.
Ashley goes up to ha suite at GCAC and tells herself to get that kid in line before she ruins everything.
Sitting in the dark, she closes her eyes and goes to a white room where her three alters sit in beds.
She calls them to wake up.
“We have to get something straight you little brat!” she yells.
Chance joins Summer at Society and tells her things have been pretty tense at the office.
He fills her in and she calls her brother to tell him how sorry she is about him getting fired.
She and Chance thought Lily was more level-headed than this and he worries that this could cause serious problems for the company.
He wants to put this behind them and just enjoy their date.
She can sense he’s tense and offers to relieve it, leading him out.
Summer takes Chance to a suite, gets him to take off his shirt and starts massaging his back.
They make out.
After some horizontal exercise, he asks about her day and the trouble with nanny duty.
She tells him he’s a good dad to Dominic and he loves every second with the little dude, even all the drumming.
She wishes she’d had more time with Harrison as a child.
Unfortunately, he needs a nanny and the only person he’s liked isn’t safe.
He guesses she’s talking about Claire and points out that even Victor has come to trust her.
Summer still finds it hard. Brainwashing is no excuse and she could still be a threat.
Or maybe she is suddenly sane and she’s being a jerk.
He suggests they get drinks and relax.

Claire moves into the tack house with her.
She can’t believe this is happening.
The next thing she knows, she’ll have a puppy.
Her mom is pleased she’s so happy.
Claire realizes this isn’t her dream.
Victoria tells her there’s nothing she wants more than to build a home with her.
Her daughter senses she’s not quite there.
Being there reminds Victoria of the home she lost. It’s just sinking in now.
She’ll need time to process all of that.
The home she loved for so many years is gone.
Her kids will never see it again. It’s hard on her too.
Claire can’t even imagine what she’s lost, but would love to hear about it.
They have tea and Victoria tells her it was a cozy old-fashioned house like out of Father Knows Best.
She’s already pictured what it would have been like to have Claire with them, especially on the holidays when the kids were back from boarding school.
Claire thinks it would have been perfect. Weeping, her mom says it can’t be rebuilt.
All the kids’ stuff is gone. Everything that made it a home is gone.
Claire is sorry that this is another thing Jordan has taken from them.
Her mom tells her she’s with her family now and that’s all that matters.
She hands her daughter a key.
That’s overwhelming for Claire.
Her mom lets her take first dibs on a room.
She’s brought the books she left her at the hospital.
As they hug, Victoria says this is already starting to feel like a home.
In the ranch house, Nikki shoves her bottle of vodka in her purse and Victor enters.
He tells her he knows what’s going on.
Larry told him about the drink in the bar that was sent to her.
She says it was terrifying.
He asks for details so she recaps what happened.
She’s sure Jordan was behind it.
Her husband worries that she wouldn’t have told him about this if Larry hadn’t.
She doesn’t want to be a burden. He says she never could be and he wants to double security.
Nikki doesn’t see what good that will do.
He says this will end.
When he says they can go on vacation, she says they can’t.
She refuses to let That Woman drive her out of town.
She’s also worried about Victoria and Claire’s safety.
She’s come up with a plan.
hey can throw a spectacular anniversary party. Jordan will try to sneak in and they can catch her.
He says that he will get her and there will be justice. He’s on it.
His wife tells him she wants control of her life and sobriety again. She doesn’t want to be a victim and wants to help bring Jordan down.
If Jordan is arrested during their party, it will happen while they are celebrating.
He doesn’t want their celebration to be about that Jordan woman, but their forty years.
His wife reminds him that’s misleading since they have been off and on more than once.
He doesn’t care about that because she’s always been in his heart.
Nikki says he’s such a romantic and suggests that bringing Jordan down would be a tribute to their love.
After a deep sigh, he says they can make this work.
He will have to make some calls.
Once they start this, there is no going back.
She’s sure. They hug and he says it will be the party to end all parties.
Once he walks out, she takes a swig of vodka from her purse and Victoria and Claire show up.
Victoria assumes she must be packing for her getaway. Nikki explains they are focusing on the party for now.
Claire would love to pitch in. Nikki will keep that in mind.
Victoria worries a big party could be a risk. Her mom admits she hopes that Jordan sneaks in.
Claire is impressed and proud to be part of the family.
Victoria says she’s taking her daughter to see the jazz lounge and asks Nikki to come along.
Victor arrives and says that sounds wonderful, suggesting they take Cole along.
Victoria and her daughter leave to change and Victor walks off to make another call.
Nikki steadies herself by her purse.
