Mon April 15, 2024: Today on Young and Restless, Phyllis tells Daniel she’s not letting the bug and Danny hold her back, Claire tells Kyle about her life with Jordan, and Nikki tells Jack she thinks she’s moved past needing to drink.
Friday’s recap: Jordan stalked Nikki and Victor as they celebrated their anniversary with friends and family.

At Society, Phyllis tries shoveling risotto into her son’s mouth as she asks what happened with Lily.
He explains that he thought it would be fair for her to give him Princess Louise. She wouldn’t budge.
His mom is impressed that he stood his ground and threatened to file a lawsuit.
He warns her that things could get ugly and some of the fallow could fall on her since she still works at Chancellor-Winters.
She claims she can get a job anywhere and she’s not wild about working for people who fired him childishly.
She thinks she should get the whole division to quit with her.
He appreciates the loyalty but she needs to work.
Phyllis doesn’t want to be the office mouse to people who sold off his life’s work.
She hasn’t decided on her next move but will go out to grab an opportunity.
This worries him and he assumes she’s already cooking something up.
She changes the topic back to him and she tells him he shouldn’t have to pay for saving his family.
Daniel asks to talk about something else, like her and Danny. She claims there is nothing to tell.
They realized the timing isn’t right and they wouldn’t pursue things.
He assumes she actually realized romance wasn’t on the table.
He knows how important Danny’s support and friendship are to her.
A Danny stamp of approval is a sigh that you don’t suck.
“I beg to differ,” she grumbles.
Phyllis claims she has moved on and he drops the subject as she rubs in how she was right about him and Heather.
Danny and the bug are together, she says.
He made a ridiculous choice and she won’t let it slow her down.
In Daniel’s apartment, Danny tells Christine that tomorrow is the big day.
He’s prepared an itinerary for her.
As he excitedly shows it to her, she stops him and says she hates the thought of letting him down.
She explains that she was asked by an old colleague to help on a big case.
They are in a bind. The case will take months.
She’s torn. Part of her wants to take off on an adventure with him but the other is attorney.
What they have is also a once-in-a-lifetime thing, so what do you do when two things collide?
He won’t tell her what to do. She doesn’t know if she wants the career anymore.
Danny can’t judge her for wanting a sense of satisfaction.
She tells him he makes her feel wanted too and it feels right when they are together.
He won’t hold her back. The case and his tour won’t last forever.
She can’t help feeling that this is their last best chance and she doesn’t know how she can walk away.
He urges her to sleep on it and they can decide tomorrow.
If this will be their last night for a while, they should enjoy every second.
They kiss.
After their romp, they relax on the couch and she tells him how happy she is. So is he.
She wishes she could just enjoy what they have and let the rest go.
He says nothing is wrong with her, she just has to make a decision.
“Cricket and Danny are meant to be,” he says.
Whatever choice she makes will be the right one.

In the jazz lounge, the Newmans continue to celebrate the anniversary.
At the bar, Nick tells his father that he has been in contact with security all night and there’s no sight of Jordan.
Victor still doesn’t believe that she’s left town.
Jack checks on Nikki. He knows it’s an alcohol free party but even that can be hard on an addict.
She tells him not to be too proud of her because she’s not alcohol-free.
She explains that Jordan’s co-conspirator set her off and she bought a bottle of vodka.
Desperate to end this, she wanted this event to bring Jordan out in the open but she hasn’t shown herself.
She’s been drinking to fortify herself.
Jack thinks this was a bad plan.
Nikki adds that something amazing has happened. She slipped away to drink but was able to stop herself because she’s surrounded by people who care about her.
For the first time, she feels like she can beat this thing. There is love all around and she feels free.
Victor joins them and asks if everything is alright.
They tell him it is and Jack gives him kudo for having an alcohol-free party.
The Abbott walks off.
Adam keeps checking his phone. Sally tells him no news could be a good thing.
Maybe Connor’s therapy is working. He hopes so.
She asks how she can make this easier for him.
She admires how much love his father has for Nikki. It is inspiring.
He says the Newmans love hard and profoundly. They kiss and she asks him upstairs.
When Adam and Sally get to her suite, he asks where she sees herself in 40 years.
She hopes he’s still in the picture.
He thinks they could do 50 or 60 years easily. She thinks that’s ambitious. He never wants it to end.
They kiss and start undressing.
Jordan mills about outside the GCAC in disguise.
Harrison and his dad return to the Abbot estate. Before Harrison can go upstairs to change for bed, he notices his lucky bunny charm is gone.
He can’t sleep without it and tells his dad they have to find it.
They retrace his steps and Kyle offers to call Summer and get her to bring his charm by.
He calls her and she looks for the charm. No luck.
Someone shows up at the door. It’s Claire. She found the bunny.
Kyle proclaims her the hero of the hour and thanks her. She knows how important it is to Harrison and wouldn’t want him to go a night without it.
She tells him that her aunt took hers. One day, she found a stone and hid it from Jordan. She’d talk to it when she was alone and wish on it.
One day, Jordan caught her and snatched the stone away, telling her she couldn’t count on luck.
Kyle is sure that was awful.
When she offers to go, he asks her to stay.
They drink water and she tells him how her life had to revolve around her aunt. She’s spent her whole life afarid.
He tells her she doesn’t have to be afraid anymore.
She admits it’s overwhelming to finally be free but she’s getting used to it.
Harrison runs in and hugs her when he sees she has the bunny.
She tells him about all the other lucky charms he could have, like four leaf clovers.
The kid asks if Clare can read a book to him and Kyle thinks that’s a great idea.
He sends them upstairs.
Kyle calls Summer and tells her that Claire brought the bunny over and is reading Harrison a story.
Summer furrows her brow.
In Harrison’s room, he hand Claire a story and then leaves for the bathroom.
Jordan suddenly appears and knocks her out.
Phyllis arrives in the jazz lounge and Nick asks how she got past security when she wasn’t on the list.
She had no idea there was a party and says 40 years is incredible.
He thinks she’s feeling sorry for herself and searching for supportive compliments.
Summer joins them and Phyllis assumes they didn’t tell her about the party because they didn’t want her to know she is still persona non grata.
She warns that things are about to bust wide open at Chancellor-Winters and she has big plans.
Summer asks her to be careful.
“Baby, you know I’m always careful,” says Phyllis.
Nick and Summer stare.
On their way out, Michael and Lauren thank Nikki and Victor for the party.
Nick tells his parents there is no sign of Jordan and security will be there until they leave.
Once he exits, Victor promises his wife that he will catch Jordan.
He doesn’t want her to think about that.
This evening is about them. They hug.
When Jack and Diane arrive at the Abbott estate, they find Kyle in a panic on the phone.
He tells his parents that he thinks Claire has taken Harrison.
