SoapsSpoilers’ General Hospital recap for the Tuesday, February 1, 2022 episode. Today, Kristina and Alexis discuss Harmony, Britt gives Austin advice about Maxie, and Ned and Olivia renew their vows. We also have Monday’s GH recap where Sonny was determined to make a grand gesture, Esme played victim, and Stella confronted Marshall.
Britt joins Austin at Kelly’s and he asks her what it means when a woman kisses a man. He admits he’s talking about Maxie kissing him and then apologizing.
What he remembered in Pautauk is even more confusing. She tells him memories can be tricky and inaccurate then turns the topic back to Maxie.
After she encourages him to call Maxie, he tells her she’s busy today. She suggests he should go to the vow ceremony.
Brad arrives and Austin excuses himself. Brad worries that he has BFF competition but she assures him no. She’s surprised he wanted to meet in public.
His aunt wouldn’t be caught dead there. The doctor tells him Peter is headed back to Pentonville. He wonders if his aunt will even let him get there alive. She just hopes it doesn’t happen in her hospital.
In the gatehouse, Willow tells Michael she hopes her mom has a copy of her birth certificate so she can get her passport.
Harmony soon arrives and her daughter asks for the certificate. Michael heads out. Willow’s mom offers to looks for her birth certificate, but the second she is alone looks worried.
Drew bumps into Carly laying low in the Quartermaine library. She’s hoping that Sonny won’t make a scene when this is supposed to be Ned and Olivia’s day.
Chase wanders into the Quartermaine kitchen after putting Bailey to sleep. He finds Brook Lynn and they talk about Peter being locked up soon.
Then they can stop pretending. They hear the baby cry and grab for the monitor at the same moment, touching hands.
Flustered Brook Lynn bustles into the other room where Maxie is setting up chairs for the vow renewal ceremony.
Maxie tells her that Austin remembered them talking when they were in Pautauk. She even kissed him to try and distract him. Tracy interrupts, telling them that putting their heads together looks suspicious.
Leo and Ned are in the foyer chatting with Dante when Olivia comes down the steps. Laura arrives to officiate and Sonny comes in after.
Olivia wasn’t sure he would make it given how his life is going. He assures her that he and Carly will make it.
Laura and Sonny chat. Neither have news on the Cyrus threat. He tells her everything is looking up with Carly. He just needs to prove they belong together.
Carly pops up and Tracy leads Laura away. Sonny reminds Carly they are supposed to meet tonight. Michael joins them and his mother wanders off to check on Olivia.
When Michael asks his father if everything is okay, Sonny says he’s not a bomb about to go off.
The men dole out compliments to Olivia until Maxie and Tracy allow them into the other room. Ned talks about the blissful mood and his daughter gives him a hug.
When she starts apologizing, Olivia says they are only looking forward to today.
Chase bumps into Dante in the kitchen. He misses being at work and feels like he’s in limbo. Reluctantly, Dante tells him that he and Sam have lost their momentum since Drew got back.
Back in the big room, Sonny tells Ned about his big move to win Carly back.
Willow joins Michael and he tells her his parents are being painfully polite.
Tracy and Laura chat about her plans to return to Amsterdam. She’s funding her future endeavors with a piece of the Ice Princess.

Austin arrives in time for the ceremony. Leo calls everyone together and Ned declares it’s time for him to marry the woman of his dreams… again.
They head to the front of the room and Laura invites them to say some words. Olivia promises to love and cherish Ned, raise their son and eat Chinese food for the rest of their lives.
She can’t believe how blessed she is. He vows to fight the good fight with her, sing duets, and raise their son. He loves her endlessly and doesn’t know how he got this lucky.
After they have exchanged rings, Laura affirms their re-commitment. They kiss and everyone claps. Monica congratulates her son.
She knew that he and Olivia would be in it for the long haul. Meanwhile, Dante and Sam tell Olivia that she’s glowing. She feels like a bride all over again.
Austin tells Maxie he rejected the invitation to this event at first. But he came because he knew she would be there. Once they are alone, he wants to know what their kiss meant to her.
Tracy takes Ned aside and tells him she loves him. The Feds arrive and arrest her for fraud, accusing her of counterfeiting the Ice Princess.
Drew finds Carly in the library again. She tells him about bumping into Sonny earlier. She’s determined to keep the peace. So is he. That’s why he’s avoiding her husband. Drew explains Sonny blowing up at him at The Savoy.
When Carly returns to the guests, Olivia warns her that Sonny is planning something big. “I’m on it,” Carly says. She corners Sonny in the foyer and asks to speak privately.
In the gatehouse, Carly accuses Sonny of still not listening to her. “That stops now,” she says.
Kristina bursts into Alexis’ office at The Invader with coffee. She notices the gift Harmony gave her. Alexis assures her that she won’t be spending time with her anymore.
Kristina tells her that Sam overstepped when she told her to stay away from Harmony. Sam just did it to distract from her mess of a life. Her mom accuses her of talking about Sam to avoid talking about Harmony.
Kristina tells her she doesn’t need her permission to have a friend. Alexis worries about hurting her. Her daughter admits seeing her brings up a lot of memories of Dawn of Day.
She may not be there yet, but she will reach the point where she’s okay with her. Harmony was a victim like the rest of them. She thinks her mom deserves a friend. Alexis thinks she’s a great daughter and hugs her.
They discuss Alexis’ time in Spring Ridge and how helpful Harmony was. That’s how Alexis realized that she was Shiloh’s victim too. After Kristina leaves, Harmony arrives. She’s upset. “It’s Willow,” she says.
