General Hospital recap for Wednesday, May 4, 2022. In today’s GH episode, Mac and Felicia talk to Robert and Anna about parenthood, Nina and Valentin catch up, and Sonny dreams of Lenny.
We also have Tuesday’s GH recap where Liz was shocked when her room was trashed and Harmony gasped Nina’s name .
At Anna’s, she and Robert bicker about what to watch on Hulu. They used to face deadly assassins and now they argue about TV. The doorbell rings. Mac and Felicia are there.
The couple want to skip the movie. Felicia drags Anna outside to look at the stars. She tells her there will be a lunar eclipse at the end of the month. In some cultures, that’s considered a bad omen for a pregnant woman.
Anna assumes she is pregnant. Her friend says no, but Mac wants a baby. Felicia isn’t sure how to feel about the idea. She and Mac have shared many adventures, but raising a child has never been one of them.
Meanwhile, Mac tells Robert how great looking after Bailey has been. Robert knows being a grandad is great. Mac thinks Felicia wants a baby. His brother bursts out laughing.
Robert hands him a drink and tells him a story about an old man who becomes a father but thinks the diaper than needs changing is his own. He adds that he’ll always be grateful for him for raising Robin.
Mac admits it isn’t only Felicia who may want to raise a child. Robert thinks they should just ask his wife what she wants.
Anna and Felicia come in and Robert cracks some jokes while Felicia asks Anna to forget all she said. When the couple walk out, they look at the stars and she asks if she should make a wish. Twining their pinkies together, they close their eyes and wish.
Nina drops by Charlie’s to see Phyllis. She tells her about Harmony’s accident. “Life is so short,” Phyllis comments. Nina remembers dancing with Sonny and stares into space.
Her friend guesses she saw Sonny today. Nina thinks there may be a way forward for her and Sonny, if they are brave enough to take it. Valentin strolls in and is invited to join them.
When he sits, they chat about how Charlotte is doing in boarding school. He wanted her far away from the problems in Port Charles. Nina reminds him she will always be there for him when it comes to his daughter.
He admits that he misses Charlotte desperately. He’s come to appreciate why brook Lynn did what she did to him. Nina knows what it’s like to lose a child, but she’s already learned that it’s even more painful when you discover the child was never yours.
He’ll always regret how he manipulated her with Sasha. She can appreciate he was just trying to give her what she always wanted. Ironically, Nelle was in town all along.
Valentin starts needling her about Sonny and how the tone of her voice changes whenever she says his name.
He assures her that whether she gets all she wants or it all comes crashing down, she can count on him. They hold hands. He shows her out and Phyllis shuts up the pub. Lenny’s spirit appears and holds her.

Sonny arrives at his condo and asks his guard to try his meatballs. Then he paces the room alone before trying to rest on the couch. As he drifts off, he imagines being in Nixon Falls with Lenny.
Lenny hands him a cowboy hat. Sonny reminds him he’s dead and Lenny points out Sonny has been dead too.
Sitting down, Lenny asks to be regaled about everything that’s happened since he left. Sonny tells him about the divorce and how the kids are handling it.
There’s a strain on his relationship with his son. Lenny tells him not to give up on him. Sonny won’t, but he’s given up on him.
They talk about the Nina situation and Lenny urges him to stop waiting for the right moment. Sonny tells him that Nina has given him the gift of not having to take sides against his son.
Lenny encourages him to do something for Nina. Sonny snaps out of it and wakes up yelling. His guard comes in to check on him. He assures him he was just having a dream and sends him out.
Sonny calls Nina and leaves a message, telling her how happy he was to see her tonight. He can’t wait to see her again soon.
At General Hospital, Michael tells Willow about their upcoming trip to Paris. Sasha and Brando join them to wait for news.
Willow explains that harmony is awake. Sasha says that means there is hope.
Sasha goes to the bathroom and flushes some of her pills, telling herself not to blow her second chance.
When she returns to Brando, he tells her he knows the place holds painful memories.
Willow leans on Michael and tells him how much she regrets pushing Harmony out of her life.
In Harmony’s room, she gasps to Carly that she needs to protect Willow. She apologizes for almost killing her and beats herself up for being selfish.
She wanted to repair things with Willow and should have told the truth when she had the chance.
If she had, there would have been more time and things could have been different.
“Willow isn’t safe with her.. and Willow can never know,” Harmony says, breathlessly. She warns her biological mother is obsessive and dangerous and would be bad for Willow.
Willow already knows her and hates her. Nelle was her twin.
Carly has to think this over for a minute, but realizes that Nina is Willow’s biological mother. Harmony begs her to protect Willow from Nina.
Her machines start beeping so TJ runs in with the nurses and they try to revive her.
Carly watches as they try desperately to bring Harmony back but she flatlines. TJ declares the time of death.
Carly goes to the waiting area and tells Michael and Willow they need to go to the ICU. Sasha assumes that Harmony is dead. Brando reminds her it was an accident.
When Michael and Willow get to the ICU, they can tell by the look on TJ’s face that Harmony is gone. She sobs on Michael’s shoulder and then asks for a minute alone.
She and Michael go in to see Harmony.
Taking her hand, she says that she forgives her and loves her more than she ever realized. She recalls a picnic they had in Colorado and says they had memories filled with magic and love. That’s what she’ll tell Wiley about.
Carly watches them and shakes her head as she remembers Harmony’s last wish.
Down the hall, TJ tells Brando and Sasha that Willow will need her friends more than ever.
